Abstract

The invention realizes the standardized installation of the external wall door and window of the precision opening building, particularly the assembled building, the window sash, the window frame and the auxiliary frame are used as a whole to receive the wind load detection of the door and window, the safety is high, the installation is standard, the surface of the window frame has no screw hole, and the appearance is more attractive and more water seepage-proof. In addition, the most common mounting technology of doors and windows is that screws directly penetrate through the door and window frame to be fixed on the auxiliary frame, gaps between the back of the outer frame and the auxiliary frame are too small, foaming cannot be filled, and waterproof glue between the outer frame and a wall body is caused to play a role, but after a long time, the glue is easy to crack and degum, and further door and window leakage is caused. And the screw holes of the outer frame surface are also the cause of the leakage of the door and window. The other common installation mode is that the slide fastener is used for fixing, but the slide fastener has various specifications and is not easy to use, the slide fastener cannot be installed on a multi-system window, and the cold bridge phenomenon can be formed indoors and outdoors due to the installation of the slide fastener. After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the following positive effects:
(1) the invention realizes the standardized installation of the whole system window, the installation process is simple and convenient, the sash, the window frame and the auxiliary frame are used as a whole to receive the wind load detection of the door and the window, the safety is higher, certain space allowance is provided for the displacement and settlement of buildings or the expansion and contraction of the door and the window, and the deformation of the door and the window can not be caused.
(2) The invention is suitable for the construction of the existing assembly type building, and is convenient and quick.
(3) The auxiliary frame is suitable for old house reconstruction, the original structure of the original wall opening is not needed to be damaged, the auxiliary frame is directly installed on the original opening, and the method is convenient and fast.
(4) The invention is suitable for the installation of the fine opening, and does not need to be plastered and whitewashed after the door and window frame or the auxiliary frame is installed on the wall like the original door and window opening.
