The invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer anti-sticking agent, a preparation method and application thereof, which are composed of fatty acid amide or fatty acid ethanol amide, solvent and water, wherein the mass percent of each component is as follows: 5-50% fatty acid amide or fatty acid ethanolamide, 5-50% solvent and 0-90% water; the fatty acid amide or fatty acid ethanol amide is prepared by reacting fatty acid with amine compound, wherein the carbon number of the fatty acid carbon chain is 12-22, and the solvent is isopropanol, ethanol or methanol. The anti-sticking agent takes amide substances as main materials, can be dissolved in a xylene solvent, can be dissolved or dispersed with an elastomer in the solvent into a whole, can form a solid film after being dried to achieve the anti-sticking effect, and does not influence the production and molding of the elastomer; the anti-sticking agent is an organic matter consisting of C, H, O elements, does not contain metal elements or metal ions, and does not have chemical action with any catalyst or heavy metal ion treating agent.
