the sensor on the third roller line 3 is used for sensing a newly conveyed product on the third roller line 3, transmitting a sensing signal to the PLC, and controlling the lifting device 1 to convey the supporting plate 13 to a working position and to be static through the PLC;
after the product is pushed onto the supporting plate through the first bag pushing machine and the compensation device, the sensor arranged on the lifting device 1 senses that the product is placed on the supporting plate, and a sensing signal is transmitted back to the PLC, so that the transmission crawler of the lifting device 1 continues to operate;
the top of the lifting device 1 is also provided with a sensor, in the normal working process, products conveyed to the top are pushed out by the second bag pushing machine, the products are not normally pushed out when the products are in failure, the sensors transmit signals back to the PLC when the products are lifted to the top of the lifting device 1 through the supporting plate, so that the whole device is controlled to be braked emergently, workers at the site are warned, and a PLC circuit diagram of the whole device is shown in fig. 8.
