Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of measuring equipment, and particularly relates to a protection device for storing RTK measuring equipment.
Background
RTK is a real-time dynamic differential technology based on carrier phase observation, is a new GPS measurement method, can obtain centimeter-level positioning accuracy in real time in the field, and greatly improves the field operation efficiency. However, in the actual use process, due to the structural particularity of the instrument, the centering rod, the receiver and the receiving antenna need to be assembled before each operation, and the centering rod, the receiver and the receiver antenna input platform need to be disassembled after each operation, so that the receiver, the centering rod, the receiving antenna and the input platform are abraded and even damaged to different degrees in the long-term past, and the stability, the precision and the working efficiency of the equipment are reduced.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a protection device for storing RTK measuring equipment, which solves the problem of low stability caused by repeated assembly and disassembly of the equipment before and after each operation, better protects the equipment and improves the working efficiency.

2. The first abrasion sleeve and the abrasion pad are utilized, so that the abrasion of the middle rod and the middle rod tip of the RTK measuring equipment can be effectively prevented.
3. The fixing holes are matched with the fixing devices arranged on the fixing holes, so that the device can be firmly fixed on the ground, cannot topple over and damage RTK equipment even in windy weather, and is convenient and safe to use.
4. The cylindrical pipe in the fixing device is rotatably arranged in the fixing hole through the threads arranged on the outer wall of the cylindrical pipe, so that the fixing device is more convenient to disassemble and assemble, the inclination of the fixing device caused by uneven ground is avoided, the fixing device is suitable for more complicated terrains, particularly mountainous areas, and the optimal balance state can be kept by rotating the cylindrical pipe when the ground is uneven.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a protection device for storing an RTK measuring apparatus, including a first partition plate 1, a second partition plate 2 located below the first partition plate 1, a plurality of through holes 4 provided in the first partition plate 1, a plurality of seating holes 7 provided in the second partition plate 2, a first wear sleeve 5 provided in each of the through holes 4, a wear pad 9 provided on a bottom of each of the seating holes 7, four fixing holes 6 provided at four corners of the second partition plate 2, and a fixing device 10 mounted on each of the fixing holes 6, wherein the first partition plate 1 is fixedly connected to the second partition plate 2 by a plurality of support columns 3, and one seating hole 7 is provided directly below each of the through holes 4.
The first partition plate is fixedly connected with the second partition plate through the support columns, the first partition plate and the second partition plate are respectively provided with the through holes and the placing holes, and the placing holes are positioned right below the through holes, so that the problem of low stability caused by repeated assembling and disassembling of equipment before and after each operation is solved, the equipment is protected better, and the working efficiency is improved; the first abrasion sleeve and the abrasion pad are utilized to prevent the middle rod and the middle rod tip of the RTK measuring equipment from being abraded; the invention can be fixed on the ground by utilizing the fixing holes; the invention utilizes the fixing device, so that the invention can be fixed on the ground, and meanwhile, the invention can not be inclined due to uneven ground.
When the device is used, the RTK measuring equipment can be placed only by inserting the middle rod of the RTK measuring equipment into the through hole 4 and the placing hole 7. The fixing device can be directly fixed on the ground through the fixing holes in the using process, and can also be fixed on the ground through the fixing devices arranged on the fixing holes.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the height of the support column 3 is determined according to the height of the king-rod of the RTK measuring apparatus.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing hole 6 is provided as a screw hole for better connection with the fixing device 10.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to better reduce the abrasion of the second partition plate 2 to the mandril tip of the RTK measuring device, the invention also provides a second abrasion sleeve 8 in each mounting hole 7, and the second abrasion sleeve 8 is arranged on an abrasion pad 9.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the fixing device 10 of the present invention includes a cylindrical tube 12 and a plurality of fixing rods 13, a roller 15 located in the roller cavity, a threaded rod 17 connected to the roller 15 through a U-shaped plate 14, and two nuts 16 installed at the upper and lower ends of the cylindrical tube 12, wherein the plurality of fixing rods 13 are arranged in a circular array in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical tube 12, and in this embodiment, 3 fixing rods 13 are provided. One end of the fixing rod 13 is fixedly installed on the cylindrical tube 12, and the other end is formed with a tip portion. The outer wall of the cylindrical pipe 12 is provided with threads, and the cylindrical pipe 12 is connected with the fixing hole 6 through the threads. The roller 15 of the fixing device 10 is positioned in the roller cavity, the roller 15 is connected with the threaded rod 17 through the U-shaped plate 14, the threaded rod 17 passes through the nut 16 and is in threaded connection with the nut 16, and meanwhile, the nut 16 is arranged in the inner cavity of the cylindrical tube 12, so that the invention is more convenient and rapid to move; when the invention needs to move, the handle 11 rotates the threaded rod 17, so that the threaded rod 17 drives the roller 15 to move downwards, when the roller 15 moves out of the roller cavity, the handle 11 stops rotating, and the first clapboard 1 or the second clapboard 2 is pushed, so that the invention can be driven to move.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first wear sleeve 5, the second wear sleeve 8, the wear pad 9 are made of a rubber material.

The protector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing means comprises a cylindrical tube and a plurality of fixing rods arranged in a circular array in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical tube, one end of the fixing rods being fixedly mounted on the cylindrical tube and the other end thereof being formed with a pointed end.
