The hot-pressing device for composite boards with odor removal according to claim 1, wherein the hot-pressing exhaust system consisting of the main box body, the exhaust pipe and the first injection pipe is provided with a plurality of exhaust pipes, the tail ends of the exhaust pipes are arranged below the gas collecting hood in parallel, and the exhaust pipes share the gas collecting hood, the absorption bin, the wide-mouth exhaust pipe, the air suction pipe, the pressurizing air chamber and the second injection pipe.
3. The hot pressing device for composite boards with odor removed according to claim 1, wherein the suction chamber is an inverted cone-shaped tube chamber with a large upper part and a small lower part.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the volume of the activated carbon particles filled in the absorption chamber is no more than two thirds of the volume of the absorption chamber.
5. A composite board press apparatus for deodorising as claimed in claim 1 further including a press fairing mounted around the lifting table and provided with a telescopic mechanism for lifting to effect unidirectional flow of air in the press section during the pressing operation.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the lower plate conveyor and the final product conveyor are a continuous conveyor comprising a conveyor platform and two side clamping conveyors, and the heating plate, the lifting table and the fairing of the apparatus are embedded in the upper surface of the conveyor platform.
7. A composite board press apparatus for removing odors of claim 1, further comprising a glue applicator installed on the conveying path of the lower board conveyor.
