Abstract

The utility model provides an arrange data computer lab temperature at rack top and patrol and examine robot, belongs to data computer lab thermal environment and surveys the field. The invention solves the problems that the space temperature of a data machine room is difficult to monitor and the dust deposited on the top of the cabinet is difficult to clean. The method mainly comprises the following steps: the robot comprises a robot (1), a first robot hairbrush (2), a robot universal wheel (4), a first robot power wheel (5), a first telescopic spring temperature sensor (7), an infrared temperature sensor (9), a first cabinet (10), a first connecting plate (22) and the like. According to the invention, the telescopic temperature sensors are arranged on the two sides of the robot to measure the temperature distribution of the front inlet and the rear outlet of the cabinet, and the temperature distribution of the top of the cabinet is measured by combining the infrared temperature sensors, so that the robot moves at the top of the cabinet, the size of an additional temperature detection system is saved, and meanwhile, the accumulated dust on the top of the cabinet is cleaned.

Description

Data machine room temperature inspection robot arranged at top of cabinet and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a data room temperature inspection robot arranged at the top of a cabinet and a method, belonging to the field of thermal environment detection of data rooms.
Background
A data center (a computer room system) generally has a large number of IT devices (such as servers, network devices, etc.) and infrastructure devices (such as air conditioners, electric power devices, etc.). With the expansion of data center systems, the number of matched IT devices is increasing, and computer rooms have become important components of large units. The energy consumption of a data center system is very large, and the energy consumption of a standard large-scale data center is equivalent to that of a small city with hundreds of thousands of people at present, so that heat energy can be released while electric energy is consumed, temperature accumulation is caused, and a machine room is shut down and even a fire disaster is caused if heat cannot be dissipated timely. This requires real-time detection and analysis of the data room temperature field, especially the cabinet server temperature. In any case, the server or other device is not allowed to operate beyond its operating temperature.
In recent years, research on a data room temperature detection technology has been greatly developed, and for practical application of data room temperature detection, a related technology is also developed, and a detection method and a detection system for data room temperature distribution are provided in patent CN201911370250, wherein the detection method uses a reference point which is convenient to observe on the ground as an origin to establish a temperature distribution space coordinate of a data room; a plurality of detection points are uniformly arranged in the space, a plurality of detection devices are required to be installed for detecting the temperature value of each detection point, the installation process is complex, the system occupies large space, and the system is not suitable for the reconstruction work of the existing machine room; patent CN201721518504 proposes a computer lab temperature detection and control device, and the detecting system of this patent includes that one is located outdoor first temperature sensor and a plurality of setting in the indoor second temperature sensor of different regions, and the temperature sensor quantity of installing in indoor is too much, and is difficult to control, and its check point more emphasizes in the lower floor region in the rack, can not cover the rack top.
Compared with the prior patent achievement, the invention has the advantages that the robot is arranged at the top of the cabinet to move, the redundant space at the top of the data machine room is reasonably utilized, and the partition plate is built, so that the robot can move in all directions at the top of the cabinet, and the space for installing an additional temperature measuring system is effectively saved; carrying a telescopic spring temperature sensor and an infrared temperature sensor, and realizing all-dimensional temperature monitoring of air inlets and air outlets of servers of each cabinet by the stay of a robot at the top of each cabinet; the inspection route of the robot is reasonably planned, and the coverage of the machine cabinet in the machine room is realized; meanwhile, the dust on the top of the cabinet is cleaned by using a brush carried by the robot, so that the heat dissipation space on the top of the cabinet is effectively improved. The invention provides a foundation for the design of a subsequent machine room air conditioner energy-saving and accurate air supply system.
