The thickening sleeve 4 is contacted with the side wall of the acetabulum outer cup 1, and the thickening sleeve 4 is not contacted with the bottom of the acetabulum outer cup 1, so that the shape of an acetabulum socket of a human body is met.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the hip joint replacement operation, firstly twisting the acetabulum fossa of a human body into a suitable shape by a file, then fixing the acetabulum outer cup 1 and the thickening sleeve 4, placing the acetabulum outer cup in the acetabulum fossa, then pressing the acetabulum inner liner 2 into the acetabulum outer cup 1 to ensure that the petal bulges 7 are matched with the petal grooves 2, wherein the first arc line surface 12 meets the third arc line surface 14 and then meets the second arc line surface 13 in the pressing-down process of the strip bulges 8, when the acetabulum inner liner 2 completely enters the acetabulum outer cup 1, namely the first arc line surface 12 meets the second arc line surface 13, the first annular groove 15 and the second annular bulge 17 on the special-shaped movable block 11 are pressed tightly, the first annular bulge 16 and the second annular groove 18 are pressed tightly, the pointed cone 19 is pressed out of the special-shaped square hole 9 and the square hole 10 and is fixed on the acetabulum fossa, a screw is driven into the fixing hole 22, so that the acetabulum outer cup 1, the acetabulum inner liner 2 and the thickening sleeve 4 are completely fixed on the acetabulum fossa, then the ball head 3 is pressed into the acetabulum lining 2, when the ball 6 meets the inner wall of the acetabulum lining 2, the ball head 3 is completely pressed, and when the ball head 3 moves with the acetabulum lining 2, the ball 6 reduces the friction force between the two.

A hip joint prosthesis comprises an acetabulum outer cup (1), an acetabulum inner liner (2) and a ball head (3), and is characterized in that: the outer side of the acetabulum outer cup (1) is provided with a thickened sleeve (4), the acetabulum inner liner (2) is positioned inside the acetabulum outer cup (1), the ball head (3) is positioned in the acetabulum lining (2), a plurality of hemispherical grooves (5) are arranged at the lower end of the ball head (3) which is contacted with the acetabulum lining (2), the ball bearing (6) is arranged in the hemispherical groove (5), the ball bearing (6) is contacted with the inner wall of the acetabulum liner (2), a plurality of petal bulges (7) are arranged on the periphery of the upper end of the outer wall of the acetabulum inner liner (2), the lower end of the petal bulge (7) is provided with a strip-shaped bulge (8), the side wall of the acetabulum outer cup (1) and the position corresponding to the strip-shaped bulge (8) are provided with a special-shaped square hole (9), a square hole (10) is arranged on the side wall of the thickening sleeve (4) corresponding to the special-shaped square hole (9), special-shaped movable blocks (11) are arranged in the special-shaped square holes (9) and the square holes (10);
