本发明公开了一种家庭用电管理用智能配电箱,包括MCU控制芯片、电源模块、电能计量模块、继电器模块、Android平板设备、监控设备、温度测量模块、通信模块、报警模块;MCU控制芯片是用电信息采集与控制的核心,与Android上位机通信,传输数据,执行控制命令;Android平板设备包括触摸屏和触摸主板,显示与人机交互输入的功能,并且能够与MCU控制芯片通信,连接Wi‑Fi之后能与服务器连接;监控设备用于监测室内的情况。本发明提供的智能配电箱极大地丰富配电箱的使用功能,能够实现对家庭多支路用电信息的采集、分析,触摸屏显示与控制,并能通过手机和计算机进行远程监控,方便用户实现家庭用电的管理。

本发明涉及一种家庭用电管理用智能配电箱,属于家庭用电管理技术领域。
背景技术:
随着智能电网的不断发展和规模不断扩大,居民用电意识也在不断改变,人们对于安全、可靠、高效、节约以及环保的用电要求越来越高,对环境保护及节能降耗的意识不断增强,对各自住宅详细用电情况也越来越关心,对家庭能耗管理越来越重视。人们希望能够通过信息化的手段,结合自身用电需求和电力***负荷状况,灵活地选择用电设备的用电时间。
目前,用电用户都是通过查看电力公司安装的电能表或每月电费账单来了解家庭电能消费情况。但是,电费账单只告知用户整个家庭的用电总量,而不能提供详细的用电信息,用户无法了解自身用电习惯对家庭能耗的影响,用电行为随意性比较大,用户参与度差,无法引导用户自觉地采取节能措施并养成节约行为习惯。通过采集用户详细的用电信息,对数据进行统计分析,指导用户科学用电是非常有必要的。这不仅可以降低用户的用电成本,对于电力***来说,在用电高峰期,有序的规模效应的节电行为,能够降低电力设备投资,提高***可靠性。
由空气开关组成的配电箱作为家庭住宅电能分配的终端设备己经有很多年的历史,配电箱是电网到用户端必要的配电设备,目前对大部分家庭用户来说配电箱还是家庭配电的主要设备。传统的配电箱是作为家庭设备提供电能的分配与控制的装置,主要具有配电、短路及过载保护、手动实现用电分合闸等功能。但是传统配电箱无法获取电流、电压、功率等用电参数,用户无法与配电箱进行互动以及实现灵活控制,越来越不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种功能齐全的、方便家庭用电管理的一种家庭用电管理用智能配电箱。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种家庭用电管理用智能配电箱,所述智能配电箱包括MCU控制芯片、电源模块、电能计量模块、继电器模块、Android平板设备、监控设备、温度测量模块、通信模块、报警模块;
所述MCU控制芯片是用电信息采集与控制的核心,与Android上位机通信,传输数据,执行控制命令;
所述电源模块,为智能控制器电路提供稳定的直流电压,保障***能够稳定运行;
所述电能计量模块测量家庭电压、电流、功率以及电能信号;
所述继电器模块用于控制支路的通断;
所述Android平板设备包括触摸屏和触摸主板,显示与人机交互输入,并且能够与MCU控制芯片通信,连接Wi-Fi之后能与服务器连接;
所述监控设备用于监测室内。
进一步地,所述智能配电箱的硬件结构为分体式结构,分体式结构中智能配电箱由多个PCB电路板构成,分成主机和从机,主机为一个,负责Android平板设备的轮询工作和任务的协调;从机负责采集用电信息及控制继电器通断,一个从机上有两个继电器控制两个回路,主机通过RS-485总线和从机通信,收集从机发来的数据,再将数据发送给Android平板设备。
进一步地,所述主机由主控芯片、电源转换模块、USB通信模块、RS-485通信模块、温度采集模块、监控模块、电压采集模块、直流稳压模块、电能计量模块及继电器控制模块构成。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明提供的智能配电箱,能够采集每个支路的电压、电流、功率、电能等电参数信息,并在Android平板设备上显示,可以直接对某个支路进行开关控制,用户可以通过空气断路器来开启或关闭指定的支路,也可以通过智能配电箱门上的Android平板设备,开启或关闭继电器来达到控制线路的作用;用户外出时,通过手机APP和计算机软件下载服务器中的数据后,能够远程查看配电箱每个支路工作情况,并远程控制支路通断和监视室内的情况;用户可对环境最高温度、最高电压、最大功率、最大用电量等进行限制,当支路的工作状态超过所设定的阂值,***将会记录,提示报警,并做出相应的动作;并且还能够检测箱体内部的环境温度,并在触摸屏主界面中显示,提高智能配电箱的安全性能。
