It can be understood that, in the above embodiment, the preset growth period and the jaundice standard table are combined to determine the range of the current growth period and the range of the current jaundice value of the target object, so that the accuracy of the jaundice review message can be further improved, and medical resources can be reasonably allocated.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the accuracy of the jaundice review message, the server may correct the target jaundice review message according to the change rate of the jaundice value of the target object, and send the corrected target jaundice review message to the target terminal, so that the target terminal may output the corrected jaundice review message, and further improve the accuracy of the jaundice review message and reasonably allocate medical resources. The manner of outputting the jaundice review message by the target terminal may refer to the descriptions of other embodiments, which are not repeated herein. And determining corresponding jaundice rechecking information by combining the historical jaundice value and the current jaundice value of the target object.

If the server determines that there is a historical jaundice value associated with the personal identifier, it determines that there is a historical jaundice value for the target object, that is, there is a corresponding jaundice value change rate for the target object, and at this time, the server may calculate a jaundice difference between the historical jaundice value and the current jaundice value, obtain a jaundice value change rate according to the jaundice difference, and further correct the jaundice re-diagnosis information obtained in step S204.
Wherein, for more accurate jaundice value change rate that obtains, the server is obtaining the step of jaundice value change rate according to the jaundice difference, can include: obtaining historical time corresponding to the historical jaundice value, calculating a time difference value between the historical time and the current time, calculating a ratio between the jaundice difference value and the time difference value, and taking a ratio result as a jaundice value change rate.
In order to further improve the accuracy of the jaundice review information, the step of correcting the jaundice review information obtained in step S204 by the server according to the change rate of the jaundice value may include: judging whether the change rate of the jaundice value is greater than a preset change rate, if so, modifying a first re-diagnosis mechanism in the uncorrected jaundice re-diagnosis information (namely the jaundice re-diagnosis information obtained in the step S204) into a second re-diagnosis mechanism with a higher level, and further obtaining corrected jaundice re-diagnosis information; illustratively, the review institution in the jaundice review message before the correction is a community health service center, and after the review institution is corrected to a higher-level review institution, the review institution in the jaundice review message obtained is a regional-level maternal and child care home.
In one scenario, if multiple review institutions for jaundice are included in the jaundice review message, which is equivalent to the first review institution including multiple sub-review institutions, the process of correcting the jaundice review message by the server may include: selecting a target sub-double-diagnosis mechanism with the highest grade from the multiple sub-double-diagnosis mechanisms, taking the target sub-double-diagnosis mechanism as a second double-diagnosis mechanism, loading the second double-diagnosis mechanism into jaundice double-diagnosis information to obtain corrected jaundice double-diagnosis information, and sending the corrected jaundice double-diagnosis information to a target terminal by a server; illustratively, before the correction, the first review institution includes a community health service center and a regional maternal-child healthcare home, and since the regional maternal-child healthcare home is higher in level than the community health service center, the server may select the regional maternal-child healthcare home from the first review institution, use the regional maternal-child healthcare home as a second review institution, and load the regional maternal-child healthcare home into the jaundice review message to obtain the corrected jaundice review message.
The server may determine the level of the review department according to a preset review department level table (for example, as shown in table 6).
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 2 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a jaundice review message processing apparatus 400, including: a request receiving module 402, a review message determining module 404 and a review message sending module 406, wherein:
a request receiving module 402, configured to receive a request for obtaining review message sent by a target terminal; the re-diagnosis information acquisition request carries the current jaundice value and the current growth period of the target object; the current growth period is determined according to the birth time and the current time of the target object;
a review message determining module 404, configured to determine target jaundice review messages from a preset jaundice review message table according to the current jaundice value and the current growth period; the jaundice re-diagnosis information table stores jaundice re-diagnosis information, wherein the jaundice re-diagnosis information corresponds to a jaundice value and a growth period;
and a review message sending module 406, configured to send the target jaundice review message to the target terminal.
In one embodiment, the review message determining module 404 is further configured to obtain a jaundice value change rate of the target object, and modify the target jaundice review message according to the jaundice value change rate; the change rate of the jaundice value is obtained according to the current jaundice value; and sending the corrected target jaundice rechecking information to a target terminal.
In one embodiment, the unmodified target jaundice review message includes a first review facility; the review message determining module 404 is further configured to, if it is determined that the target object has the corresponding historical jaundice value, obtain a jaundice difference between the historical jaundice value and the current jaundice value; obtaining the change rate of the jaundice value according to the jaundice difference value; if the change rate of the jaundice value is larger than the preset change rate, the first re-diagnosis mechanism is modified into a second re-diagnosis mechanism, and modified target jaundice re-diagnosis information is obtained; the second review facility is ranked higher than the first review facility.
In one embodiment, the review information determination module 404 is further configured to select a target sub-review facility from the plurality of sub-review facilities if the first review facility includes the plurality of sub-review facilities; the target sub-consultation mechanism is the highest mechanism in the plurality of sub-consultation mechanisms; and taking the target sub-consultation mechanism as a second consultation mechanism.
In an embodiment, the review message determining module 404 is further configured to determine whether the current jaundice value is greater than the preset jaundice value if the current growth period is within the range of the preset growth period; if so, determining a corresponding jaundice standard range in the jaundice standard table according to the current jaundice value; and determining target jaundice rechecking information from the jaundice rechecking information table according to the jaundice standard range.
In one embodiment, the review message determining module 404 is further configured to determine a target review institution and a target review time from the jaundice review message table according to the current jaundice value and the current growth period; and combining the target return visit mechanism and the target return visit time into target jaundice return visit information.
In one embodiment, the review information acquisition request also carries phototherapy information; a review message determining module 404, configured to obtain phototherapy messages from the review message obtaining request; and if the phototherapy information is that the target object is not subjected to phototherapy, determining the target jaundice rechecking information from a preset jaundice rechecking information table according to the current jaundice value and the current growth period.
For specific limitations of the jaundice review information processing device, reference may be made to the above limitations on the jaundice review information processing method, and details thereof are not repeated here. All or part of the modules in the jaundice re-diagnosis information processing device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing the processing data of the jaundice review information. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize a method for processing jaundice counterdiagnosis information.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the above-described method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the respective method embodiment as described above.
It should be noted that, the steps executed by the processor in the computer device correspond to the jaundice review message processing method in this application, and the contents and corresponding technical effects described in the embodiments of the jaundice review message processing method are all applicable to the embodiments of the computer device, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile memory may include Read-only memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A jaundice counterdiagnosis information processing method comprises the following steps:
receiving a re-diagnosis information acquisition request sent by a target terminal; the re-diagnosis information acquisition request carries the current jaundice value and the current growth period of the target object; the current growth period is determined according to the birth time and the current time of the target object;
determining target jaundice rechecking information from a preset jaundice rechecking information table according to the current jaundice value and the current growth period; the jaundice re-diagnosis information table stores jaundice re-diagnosis information, wherein the jaundice re-diagnosis information corresponds to a jaundice value and a growth period;
and sending the target jaundice rechecking information to the target terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of determining the target jaundice review message from a pre-set jaundice review message table, the method further comprises:
acquiring the jaundice value change rate of the target object, and correcting the target jaundice rechecking information according to the jaundice value change rate; the jaundice value change rate is obtained according to the current jaundice value;
and sending the corrected target jaundice rechecking information to the target terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the unmodified target jaundice review message comprises a first review facility;
the step of obtaining the change rate of the jaundice value of the target object includes:
if the target object is confirmed to have a corresponding historical jaundice value, acquiring a jaundice difference value between the historical jaundice value and the current jaundice value;
obtaining the change rate of the jaundice value according to the jaundice difference value;
the step of correcting the target jaundice review message according to the jaundice value change rate includes:
if the change rate of the jaundice value is greater than the preset change rate, the first re-diagnosis mechanism is modified into a second re-diagnosis mechanism, and modified target jaundice re-diagnosis information is obtained; the second review facility is ranked higher than the first review facility.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, prior to the step of revising the first review facility to a second review facility:
if the first re-diagnosis mechanism comprises a plurality of sub-re-diagnosis mechanisms, selecting a target sub-re-diagnosis mechanism from the plurality of sub-re-diagnosis mechanisms; the target sub-reviewing mechanism is the highest-level mechanism among the plurality of sub-reviewing mechanisms;
and taking the target sub-consultation mechanism as the second consultation mechanism.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target jaundice review message from a pre-set jaundice review message table based on the current jaundice value and the current growth period comprises:
if the current growth period is within the range of a preset growth period, judging whether the current jaundice value is larger than a preset jaundice value or not;
if so, determining a corresponding jaundice standard range in a jaundice standard table according to the current jaundice value;
and determining target jaundice rechecking information from the jaundice rechecking information table according to the jaundice standard range.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target jaundice review message from a pre-set jaundice review message table based on the current jaundice value and the current growth period comprises:
according to the current jaundice value and the current growth period, determining a target re-diagnosis mechanism and a target re-diagnosis time from the jaundice re-diagnosis information table;
and combining the target rechecking mechanism and the target rechecking time into the target jaundice rechecking information.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the request for obtaining review information further carries phototherapy information;
the step of determining the target jaundice review message from a preset jaundice review message table according to the current jaundice value and the current growth period includes:
acquiring phototherapy information from the re-diagnosis information acquisition request;
and if the phototherapy information indicates that the target object is not phototherapy, determining target jaundice rechecking information from a preset jaundice rechecking information table according to the current jaundice value and the current growth period.
8. A jaundice counterdiagnosis information processing device comprises:
the request receiving module is used for receiving a consultation information acquisition request sent by the target terminal; the re-diagnosis information acquisition request carries the current jaundice value and the current growth period of the target object; the current growth period is determined according to the birth time and the current time of the target object;
the rechecking information determining module is used for determining target jaundice rechecking information from a preset jaundice rechecking information table according to the current jaundice value and the current growth period; the jaundice re-diagnosis information table stores jaundice re-diagnosis information, wherein the jaundice re-diagnosis information corresponds to a jaundice value and a growth period;
and the return diagnosis information sending module is used for sending the target jaundice return diagnosis information to the target terminal.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
