For convenience of description, the following embodiments take the vehicle-mounted communication device as an example for description.
First, a driving communication method provided in an embodiment of the present specification will be described in detail.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of a driving communication method according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, where as shown in the figure, the driving communication method provided in this embodiment includes:
s101: before incoming call access, judging an incoming call object through a preset privacy rule;
in this embodiment, when there is an incoming call, before the incoming call is accessed, the incoming call object is judged according to a preset privacy rule, and according to a judgment result, a processing mode of the incoming call is determined.
In some embodiments, the execution main body stores an address book, the address book includes at least one contact and contact information corresponding to the contact, and the contact information includes but is not limited to contact information such as a contact phone number, identity information, and other contact information.
In some embodiments, the privacy rule may be a preset privacy list and an answering policy corresponding to the privacy list. The privacy list can be set based on the address list according to conditions such as identity information, number attributes and the like of the incoming call object; for example, the privacy list comprises at least one privacy object and at least one shielding object, the incoming call object which does not want to disclose the identity information is set as the privacy object, and a corresponding answering strategy is adopted for the privacy object; and setting the incoming call object of which the telephone number is classified as the blacklist number as a shielding object, and adopting a corresponding answering strategy for the shielding object. When the method is applied, a user can flexibly set the privacy list according to different contact persons, and the specification is not particularly limited.
S102: and for the accessed incoming call, carrying out voice recognition on the voice content of the incoming call in the call process, and shielding the audio containing the privacy content when the voice content contains the preset privacy content.
In this embodiment, after the incoming call is accessed, in order to ensure privacy of call content, in the call process, voice recognition is performed on the voice content of the incoming call, whether preset privacy content is contained or not is judged, and if the preset privacy content is contained, the privacy content is shielded, so that the privacy content is prevented from being leaked.
In the embodiment, when an incoming call exists in the driving process, before the incoming call is accessed, the incoming call object is judged according to the preset privacy rule, so that the answering object can determine a proper answering mode according to the judgment result; and for the accessed incoming call, carrying out voice recognition on the voice content of the incoming call in the call process, and shielding the privacy content when the voice content is judged to contain the privacy content, so as to avoid privacy disclosure. By using the driving communication method of the embodiment, the communication privacy in the driving process can be ensured.
In some embodiments, before the incoming call is accessed in step S101, before the determining, according to a preset privacy rule, an incoming call object, the method further includes:
establishing wireless connection with communication terminal equipment;
the communication terminal equipment receives an incoming call, and receives object information of an incoming call object sent by the communication terminal equipment before the incoming call is accessed to the communication terminal equipment;
then, step S101 is performed: and judging the incoming call object through a preset privacy rule based on the object information of the incoming call object.
In this embodiment, the communication terminal device establishes a wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted communication device, and when the communication terminal device has an incoming call, before the incoming call is accessed, the communication terminal device sends object information of an incoming call object to the vehicle-mounted communication device, so that the vehicle-mounted communication device can judge the incoming call object according to the object information of the incoming call object and according to a preset privacy rule. In some embodiments, the object information of the incoming call object includes, but is not limited to, identity information, a phone number, a number attribute, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, before the incoming call is accessed in step S101, determining an incoming call object according to a preset privacy rule includes:
before the incoming call is accessed, judging whether the incoming call object is a preset privacy object or not;
if so, outputting first answering prompt information; wherein the first answering prompt message does not contain the object information of the calling object.
In this embodiment, before incoming call access, whether the incoming call object is a privacy object preset in a privacy list is determined according to incoming call information of the received incoming call object, and if the incoming call object is a privacy object that does not want to disclose identity information, first answer prompt information that does not include object information of the incoming call object is output. Therefore, the user can initially judge that the caller is a certain contact who does not want to disclose the identity information when receiving the first answering prompt message, and can decide to use an earphone to answer or a hands-free answering mode or other suitable answering modes according to the current situation so as to ensure the secrecy of the conversation content.
In an application scenario, when a user drives a car, a mobile phone has an incoming call, an incoming call object is an existing contact in a mobile phone address list, the contact is set as identity information of a non-publicable contact, the mobile phone transmits the identity information of the incoming call object to a vehicle-mounted communication device through Bluetooth, the vehicle-mounted communication device searches a preset privacy list according to the received identity information of the incoming call object, judges that the incoming call object is a privacy object according to a search result, and outputs first answering prompt information, wherein the first answering prompt information is 'incoming call exists, please answer with an earphone', and can also be prompt information of other incoming call information without the incoming call object. When a user receives the first answering prompt message, the user preliminarily judges that the incoming call object is possibly an important contact person, if no fellow passenger exists in the vehicle, the user can select to use the vehicle-mounted communication equipment for hands-free answering, and if the fellow passenger exists in the vehicle, the user can select to use a Bluetooth headset for answering the incoming call, or select modes of hanging up in advance, calling back later and the like due to inconvenience.
As shown in fig. 2, before the incoming call is accessed in step S101, determining an incoming call object according to a preset privacy rule, further includes:
before the incoming call is accessed, judging whether the incoming call object is a preset shielding object or not;
if yes, hanging up the call connection.
In this embodiment, before the incoming call is accessed, whether the incoming call object is a shielding object preset in the privacy list is judged according to the incoming call information of the received incoming call object, and if the incoming call object is the shielding object, the incoming call is directly hung up and the incoming call is not answered.
For example, in the process of driving, a user has an incoming call on a mobile phone, the incoming call object is a marked harassing call (or a phone listed in a blacklist such as a fraud phone, a promotion phone and the like), the mobile phone transmits the number attribute of the harassing call as the incoming call object to the vehicle-mounted communication equipment through bluetooth, the vehicle-mounted communication equipment searches a privacy list according to the number attribute, judges that the incoming call object is a shielding object according to a search result, the vehicle-mounted communication equipment sends a connection disconnection signal to the mobile phone, and the mobile phone hangs up a call connection according to the received connection disconnection signal, so that the call on the blacklist can be directly refused to be answered.
As shown in fig. 2, before the incoming call is accessed in step S101, determining an incoming call object according to a preset privacy rule, further includes:
before the incoming call is accessed, when the incoming call object is judged to be neither the privacy object nor the shielding object, second answering prompt information is output, and the second answering prompt information comprises object information of the incoming call object.
In this embodiment, before the incoming call is accessed, when it is determined that the incoming call object is neither a privacy object in the privacy list nor a mask object according to the incoming call information of the received incoming call object, second answer prompt information including object information of the incoming call object is output. Therefore, the user can judge that the incoming call object is a certain general contact person by receiving the second answering prompt message, and can decide to use an earphone to answer or a hands-free answering mode or other suitable answering modes according to the current situation.
In an application scenario, when a user drives a car, a mobile phone has an incoming call, the incoming call object is an existing contact in an address list of the mobile phone or a stranger not stored in the address list, the mobile phone transmits identity information and/or a phone number of the incoming call object to a vehicle-mounted communication device through Bluetooth, the vehicle-mounted communication device searches a preset privacy list according to the received identity information and/or phone number of the incoming call object, judges that the incoming call object is neither a privacy object nor a shielding object according to a search result, the vehicle-mounted communication device outputs second answering prompt information, and the second answering prompt information is 'a certain incoming call, please answer', or 'a certain number is called and please answer', or can be other prompt information containing the incoming call information of the incoming call object. When the user receives the second answering prompt message, the user preliminarily judges that the incoming call object is possibly a certain general contact person, if no fellow passenger exists in the vehicle, the user can select to use the vehicle-mounted communication equipment for hands-free answering, and if the fellow passenger exists in the vehicle, the user can select to use the Bluetooth headset for answering the incoming call, or select ways of hanging up in advance, calling back later and the like due to inconvenience.
In this embodiment, no matter the contact person is a privacy object or a general contact person, as long as the hands-free mode is selected for answering, whether the call content includes the preset privacy content or not is judged, and if the call content includes the privacy content, the privacy content is shielded so as to ensure the secrecy of the call content.
Then, for the incoming call, in step S102, in the call process, performing voice recognition on the voice content of the incoming call, and when the voice content includes the preset privacy content, shielding the audio including the privacy content, including:
for an accessed incoming call, acquiring the voice content of the incoming call object in the call process;
carrying out voice recognition on the voice content to obtain a recognition result;
judging whether the voice content contains the privacy content or not according to the identification result;
and if so, replacing the audio clip corresponding to the privacy content in the voice content with a preset audio clip.
In this embodiment, after the incoming call is accessed, in the call process, the voice content of the incoming call object is acquired, the voice content is subjected to voice recognition, whether the voice content contains the preset privacy content is judged according to the recognition result of the voice recognition, and if the voice content contains the privacy content, the audio clip where the privacy content is located is replaced by the preset audio clip. Therefore, even in a hands-free answering mode, the privacy of the privacy content in the call content can be ensured, and the privacy content in the call content is prevented from being leaked.
In some modes, the privacy content comprises general privacy content set for the incoming call objects of all incoming calls and/or private privacy content set for the incoming call objects of specific incoming calls. For example, if the incoming call object is a boss, private privacy content related to client information can be set; if the incoming call object is a family, private privacy content related to family privacy information can be set, if the incoming call object is a client, private privacy content related to information such as price and account can be set, and the user can flexibly set the private content according to actual needs, and the specification is not limited specifically.
In this embodiment, step S102 further includes, for an incoming call, determining whether the incoming call object is a preset specific incoming call object, if not, performing voice recognition on the voice content of the incoming call during the call, and when the voice content includes general privacy content, shielding an audio including the general privacy content; if the voice content of the incoming call is the universal privacy content, the voice content of the incoming call is subjected to voice recognition, and when the voice content comprises the universal privacy content and/or the private privacy content, the audio containing the universal privacy content and/or the private privacy content is shielded. Therefore, the method and the device can shield general privacy contents contained in the call contents of all the caller objects, shield general privacy contents and/or special privacy contents contained in the call contents of specific caller objects, and ensure the privacy of the call contents in a hands-free answering mode.
In an application scenario, when a user has an incoming call in a driving process, the user judges that the user is a general contact according to second answering prompt information output by a vehicle-mounted communication device, and when other fellow persons exist on a vehicle, the user selects a hands-free mode to answer, the vehicle-mounted communication device judges that an incoming call object is a certain client, and in a communication process between the user and the client, the vehicle-mounted communication device acquires voice content of the incoming call object and performs voice recognition on the voice content to obtain a recognition result, and when the voice content of the incoming call object is judged to contain special privacy content related to price and account information, an audio containing the special privacy content is shielded based on the recognition result, so that the privacy of the client is prevented from being revealed.
In some embodiments, replacing the audio clip corresponding to the private content in the voice content with a preset audio clip includes:
determining the position of an audio clip containing the private content from the voice content;
determining the whole sentence segment of the audio segment based on the position of the audio segment;
the whole sentence segment is replaced with a silent segment.
In this embodiment, the method for shielding the privacy content may be that, first, a position of an audio clip including the privacy content is determined from the voice content of the incoming call object, then, based on the position of the audio clip, a whole speech clip in which the audio clip is located is determined, and then, the whole speech clip is replaced with a silent clip. On one hand, it is considered that one or more audio segments related to privacy content may appear in the same speech, so that the whole speech segment where the audio segment is located is shielded, and on the other hand, in order to reduce technical difficulty and not to attract the attention of other fellow passengers, the whole speech segment is replaced by a mute segment, so that during a call, when a certain speech is shielded by mute, the fellow passengers may mistakenly consider a signal failure without paying attention to the call content itself.
In this embodiment, after replacing the audio clip corresponding to the privacy content in the voice content with the preset audio clip, the method further includes: saving the audio clip for playback. That is, the masked-off audio segment is saved for playback listening by the user at a convenient time.
In some implementation manners, the acquired voice content is input into a voice recognition engine asr (automatic Speech recognition) in the form of an audio stream for voice recognition, so as to obtain recognition results corresponding to different audio segments, and store the audio segments and the recognition results corresponding to the audio segments; after the voice recognition is finished, judging whether each recognition result contains privacy content, and if a certain recognition result contains the privacy content, determining a corresponding audio clip according to the recognition result; and then, based on the determined audio clips, utilizing a silence detection module to perform forward detection and backward detection on the audio clips along a time axis, detecting to obtain the nearest silence clip in front of the audio clips and the nearest silence clip behind the audio clips, taking the audio stream between the two silence clips as the whole speech clip in which the audio clips are positioned, replacing the whole speech clip with the silence clip, and simultaneously storing the whole speech clip so as to facilitate subsequent playback and listening. The silence detection module is a functional module for detecting silence segments, and can be implemented by using the prior art, and the detailed description of the specific technical scheme of the module is not provided in the specification.
According to the driving communication method provided by the embodiment of the specification, before incoming call access, an incoming call object can be judged through a preset privacy rule, and different answering strategies are provided according to a judgment result; when a hands-free mode is selected to access the incoming call, the audio frequency containing the privacy content in the voice content of the incoming call object can be shielded, the privacy content is prevented from being leaked, and the secrecy of the privacy content is ensured.
