Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The continuous voice interaction method based on the cooking device can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the cooking appliance 102 communicates with the server 104 over a network. The cooking appliance 102 itself wakes up the cooking appliance 102 by acquiring a wake-up word issued by the user for the cooking appliance 102 in response to the wake-up word. And after the voice control command is successfully awakened, acquiring voice information sent by a user, and executing cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control command when the voice information is determined to be an effective voice control command. The preset voice control instruction for matching the voice information can be locally stored in the cooking device 102, and the collected voice information can be sent to the server 104, so that the server 104 processes the collected voice information and matches the voice information in cloud storage managed by the server 104. Whether voice information is detected within preset waiting time is monitored in the process that the cooking equipment 102 executes cooking processing operation, if voice information is detected on the cooking equipment 102 within the preset waiting time, the step of executing the cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control instruction when the voice information is determined to be an effective voice control instruction is returned until the voice information is not detected within the preset waiting time. The cooking device 102 includes but is not limited to an oven, a steam box, a steaming and baking all-in-one machine, a steaming and micro-combining machine, an automatic cooker and other intelligent cooking devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a continuous voice interaction method based on a cooking device is provided, which is described by taking the cooking device in fig. 1 as an example, and comprises the following steps:
step S202, acquiring a wake-up word aiming at the cooking equipment, responding to the wake-up word, and waking up the cooking equipment.
Specifically, when a user starts to use the cooking apparatus, the cooking apparatus is turned on by controlling an on key of the cooking apparatus so that the cooking apparatus is in a standby state. And in the standby state, the cooking equipment wakes up by acquiring the wake-up word of the user aiming at the cooking equipment and responding to the wake-up word.
Further, the cooking equipment can include intelligent cooking equipment such as an oven, a steam box, a steaming and baking all-in-one machine, a steaming and micro-combining machine and an automatic cooker. Taking the steaming and baking all-in-one machine as an example, when a user starts to use the steaming and baking all-in-one machine, the user can trigger an open key of the steaming and baking all-in-one machine to open the steaming and baking all-in-one machine, so that the steaming and baking all-in-one machine is in a standby state, namely, the state that the user sends a wake-up word is waited for, for example, the wake-up word sent by the user is the steaming and baking all-in-one machine, and when the wake-up word for the steaming and baking all-in-one machine is obtained, the steaming and baking all-in-one machine is awakened in response to the wake-up word. Among them, it may be a voice assistant provided on the cooking appliance to acquire and respond to the wakeup word.
And step S204, collecting voice information.
Specifically, after the cooking device is successfully awakened in response to an awakening word sent by the user, voice information sent by the user is collected, wherein the voice information comprises a recognizable voice control instruction and unrecognizable voice information sent by the user. And sending prompt information by the cooking equipment aiming at the voice information which cannot be identified, and prompting the user to resend the voice information.
Further, after collecting the voice information, the method further comprises:
and identifying the collected voice information and generating corresponding text information. The text information is displayed on a display screen of the cooking equipment in a bullet screen mode, so that a voice feedback result of a user for the text information is obtained. And when the recognition result of the voice information is determined to be correct according to the voice feedback result of the user, namely the cooking equipment can correctly recognize the voice information sent by the user and can correctly match the corresponding voice control instruction, determining the collected voice information as an effective voice control instruction.
When the recognition result aiming at the voice information is determined to be correct, the voice information can be matched by utilizing a standard voice control instruction preset in the local cooking equipment, and when the matching is successful, the collected voice information is determined to be an effective voice control instruction. Similarly, the collected voice information can be sent to the server, so that the server matches the voice information according to the standard voice control instruction stored in the cloud, and when the matching is successful, the collected voice information is determined to be an effective voice control instruction.
And step S206, when the voice information is determined to be the effective voice control instruction, executing the cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control instruction.
Specifically, when the collected voice information is determined to be an effective voice control instruction, the cooking processing operation corresponding to the effective voice control instruction, and the corresponding cooking processing flow and the cooking information are acquired. And setting and modifying cooking parameters on the cooking equipment according to the corresponding cooking information, and executing the cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control instruction to complete the corresponding cooking processing flow.
Further, taking a cooking device as an integrated steaming and baking machine as an example, when the recognized voice information is 'making roasted chicken wings', and the voice information is determined to be an effective voice control instruction, the cooking processing operation corresponding to 'making roasted chicken wings', the cooking information and a complete cooking processing flow are obtained. According to the cooking information, cooking parameters such as a cooking mode, cooking time and cooking temperature are set, in the embodiment, the cooking mode can be set to be a steaming and baking mode, the cooking time is set to be 20 minutes, and the cooking temperature is set to be 200 ℃ so as to meet the requirement of cooking chicken wings.
Step S208, monitoring whether voice information is detected within a preset waiting time during the cooking device performs the cooking processing operation.
Specifically, whether the voice information can be detected within the preset waiting time can be monitored during the cooking device performs the cooking processing operation by presetting the corresponding preset waiting time on the cooking device. If the voice information sent by the user is not collected again by the cooking equipment within the preset waiting time, the cooking processing operation currently executed by the cooking equipment is judged to be completed, no modification or adjustment is needed, the voice interaction operation is completed, and the cooking equipment is enabled to be in a standby state so as to obtain the awakening word sent by the user aiming at the cooking equipment again. If the voice information sent by the user is detected within the preset waiting time, the cooking processing operation currently executed by the cooking equipment is not completed, and further operation is required according to the voice information detected again. Step S210, if the voice information is detected within the preset waiting time, returning to the step of executing the cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control instruction when the voice information is determined to be the effective voice control instruction until the voice information is not detected within the preset waiting time.
Specifically, during the cooking processing operation performed by the cooking device, voice information sent by the user is continuously monitored and collected within a preset waiting time. And when the voice information is detected within the preset waiting time, returning to the step of executing the cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control instruction when the voice information is determined to be an effective voice control instruction, and ending the current process of circularly executing the cooking processing operation corresponding to the effective voice control instruction until the voice information is not detected within the preset waiting time.
According to the continuous voice interaction method based on the cooking equipment, after responding to the awakening word triggered by the cooking equipment and awakening the cooking equipment, language information is collected. When the voice information is determined to be the effective voice control instruction, the cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control instruction is executed, and misoperation of the cooking equipment is reduced. Whether the voice information is detected within the preset waiting time is monitored in the cooking equipment cooking processing operation process, so that the voice information can be continuously monitored and collected, the current interactive operation does not need to be finished after single voice interaction, the complex operation that the cooking equipment needs to be awakened for multiple times due to continuous voice information is avoided, and the convenience of using the cooking equipment by a user is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the manner of determining whether the voice information is a valid voice control instruction comprises the steps of:
and S302, recognizing the voice information to generate corresponding text information, and displaying the text information on a display screen of the cooking equipment in a bullet screen mode.
Specifically, the text information comprises first text information, the cooking device generates corresponding semantic information by performing recognition operation on the collected voice information, translates and converts the generated semantic information to obtain the corresponding first text information, and the first text information is displayed on a display screen of the cooking device in a pop-up screen mode.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 provides a schematic view of a display device interface of a cooking device based on a continuous voice interaction method of the cooking device, and referring to fig. 4, text information obtained by recognizing collected voice information is "make roast chicken wings", and the "make roast chicken wings" is displayed on a display screen of the cooking device in a pop-up form for a user to view.
In one embodiment, the text information further includes second text information, and the cooking device obtains an analysis result for the semantic information by analyzing the semantic information recognized according to the voice information, and further determines the user intention according to the analysis result. And generating second text information according to the intention of the user, displaying the second text information on a display screen of the cooking equipment in a bullet screen mode, displaying the second text information on the display screen, and simultaneously performing voice broadcast on the cooking equipment according to the second text information, thereby providing different forms of information acquisition ways for the user.
And step S304, acquiring a voice feedback result of the user for the text information.
Specifically, the text information comprises first text information and second text information, the obtained voice feedback result comprises a first voice feedback result of the user for the first text information displayed on the display screen, a second voice feedback result of the second text information displayed on the display screen, and a third voice feedback result of the user for the cooking equipment for voice broadcasting of the second text information.
The first text information, the second text information and the voice broadcast are feedback output of the cooking equipment at different time points in the cooking processing operation process, and after the voice information is sent by the user, the cooking equipment performs semantic analysis, and before the cooking equipment executes a voice control instruction corresponding to the user intention.
Step S306, when the recognition result of the voice information is determined to be correct according to the voice feedback result and the corresponding voice control instruction is matched, the voice information is determined to be an effective voice control instruction.
Specifically, for the first text information and the second text information displayed on the display screen of the cooking device, the corresponding first voice feedback result and the second voice feedback result sent by the user can be obtained. Wherein, to the voice broadcast that cooking equipment goes on with regard to the second text message, still include the third voice feedback information that the user was directed against the voice broadcast. And when the recognition result of the voice information is determined to be correct according to the acquired voice feedback result and the corresponding voice control instruction can be successfully matched in the local storage of the cooking equipment or the cloud storage of the server, determining that the acquired voice information is an effective voice control instruction.
The voice broadcasting aiming at the second text information is carried out aiming at the cooking equipment, and when the recognition result aiming at the user intention is determined to be correct according to the voice feedback result and the corresponding voice control instruction is matched, the voice control instruction corresponding to the second text information can be determined to be an effective voice control instruction.
In this embodiment, the corresponding text information is generated by recognizing the voice information, and the text information is displayed on the display screen of the cooking device in a pop-up screen manner, so that a voice feedback result of the user for the text information is obtained. When the recognition result of the voice information is determined to be correct according to the voice feedback result and the corresponding voice control instruction is matched, the voice information is determined to be the effective voice control instruction, multiple interactions with the user can be achieved, whether the voice control instruction sent by the user is accurately recognized or not is determined, misoperation of the cooking equipment is reduced, the problem that the user needs to operate repeatedly due to misoperation is avoided, and convenience of the user in using the cooking equipment is further improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the step of monitoring whether the voice information is detected within the preset waiting time, that is, the step of monitoring whether the voice information is detected within the preset waiting time during the cooking device performs the cooking processing operation, specifically includes the following steps S502 to S506:
Step S502, in the process of executing cooking processing operation by the cooking equipment, determining current scene information of the cooking processing operation according to the currently collected voice information.
Specifically, during the cooking processing operation executed by the cooking device, current scene information of the cooking processing operation executed by the cooking device is determined according to the currently collected voice information. For example, in the process of executing cooking processing of "making chicken wings" by the cooking device, the current scene information of the cooking processing operation of "making chicken wings" executed by the cooking device is determined according to the currently collected voice information sent by the user, which may include "pause", "cool down", and "add ingredients". The current scenario information may include an execution status of a complete cooking process flow in the cooking process operation, i.e., whether all cooking process operations have been completely executed, and a current scenario determined according to the cooking process operation, an associated scenario involved with the complete cooking process flow, and the like.
And step S504, when the condition that the cooking processing operation is not finished is determined according to the current scene information, determining that the current scene state of the cooking equipment is a continuous voice scene.
Specifically, whether the cooking equipment reaches the end condition of the cooking processing operation is determined by acquiring the end condition of the cooking processing operation, including whether the cooking time of the cooking equipment for performing the cooking operation reaches the preset cooking time, whether the cooking equipment has executed a complete cooking processing flow, whether the associated scenes of the cooking processing operation have been completely executed, and the like, and comparing the current scene information with the end condition. For example, if the preset cooking time for "making roasted chicken wings" is 20 minutes, it is determined whether the cooking processing operation for "making roasted chicken wings" reaches the end condition by calculating the time length between the start time of the cooking operation and the current time node and comparing the calculated time length with the preset cooking time.
Further, when it is determined that the end condition of the cooking process operation is not reached according to the current scene information, it is determined that the current scene state of the cooking apparatus is a continuous voice scene. For example, when it is determined that the cooking processing operation time for "making a roasted chicken wing" does not reach the preset cooking time for 20 minutes according to the current scene information, it indicates that the current scene state of the cooking device is a continuous voice scene, that is, the current cooking processing operation for "making a roasted chicken wing" is not completed, and it is further required to continue to acquire voice information sent by the user and continue to execute the cooking processing operation according to an effective voice control instruction determined by the voice information.
In one embodiment, the current scene state further includes a single voice scene, that is, when it is determined that the end condition of the cooking processing operation has been reached according to the current scene information and the voice information sent by the user is not detected within the preset waiting time, it is determined that the current scene state of the cooking apparatus is the single voice scene, and the voice interaction operation is ended, so that the cooking apparatus enters a standby state to obtain the wake-up word sent by the user again, and the cooking apparatus is waken up again by responding to the wake-up word.
Step S506, in a continuous voice scene, monitoring whether voice information is detected within a preset waiting time.
Specifically, after the cooking device is determined to be in the continuous voice scene, whether the user sends the voice information or not is continuously monitored within the preset waiting time under the continuous voice scene until the voice information sent by the user is not detected within the preset waiting time. And when the voice information sent by the user is continuously detected within the preset waiting time, determining an effective voice control instruction according to the collected voice information, and continuously executing the cooking processing operation according to the voice control instruction. And when the voice information sent by the user is not detected within the preset waiting time, ending the current continuous voice scene, enabling the cooking equipment to enter a standby state to obtain the awakening word sent by the user again, and awakening the cooking equipment again by responding the awakening word.
In this embodiment, in the process of executing the cooking processing operation by the cooking device, current scene information of the cooking processing operation is determined according to the currently acquired voice information, when it is determined that the end condition of the cooking processing operation is not reached according to the current scene information, it is determined that the current scene state of the cooking device is a continuous voice scene, and the acquired voice information is continuously monitored in the continuous voice scene until the voice information is not detected within the preset waiting time. The cooking equipment can continuously monitor the voice information sent by the user in the process of executing cooking processing operation by the cooking equipment, does not need to repeatedly receive awakening words and awakens for multiple times, avoids interrupting the cooking processing operation and enables the cooking equipment to be more convenient and fast to use.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a continuous voice interaction method based on a cooking device is provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
1) and acquiring a wakeup word aiming at the cooking equipment, responding to the wakeup word, and waking up the cooking equipment.
2) And voice information is collected.
3) And recognizing the voice information to generate corresponding semantic information.
4) And converting the semantic information into first text information, and displaying the first text information on a display screen of the cooking equipment in a bullet screen mode.
5) And analyzing the semantic information, and determining the user intention according to an analysis result.
6) And generating second text information according to the user intention, and displaying the second text information on a display screen of the cooking equipment in a bullet screen mode.
7) And carrying out voice broadcast on the second text information based on the cooking equipment.
8) And acquiring a voice feedback result of the user aiming at the first text information and the second text information.
9) And when the recognition result of the voice information is determined to be correct according to the voice feedback result and the corresponding voice control instruction is matched, determining that the voice information is an effective voice control instruction.
10) And executing the cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control instruction.
11) And determining current scene information of the cooking processing operation according to the currently collected voice information during the cooking processing operation executed by the cooking equipment.
12) And when the condition that the end condition of the cooking processing operation is not reached is determined according to the current scene information, determining that the current scene state of the cooking equipment is a continuous voice scene.
13) And monitoring whether the voice information is detected within the preset waiting time under the continuous voice scene.
14) And if the voice information is detected within the preset waiting time, returning to the step of executing the cooking processing operation corresponding to the voice control instruction.
15) When the end condition of the cooking processing operation is reached, the voice interaction is ended.
16) And returning to obtain the awakening words triggered by the cooking equipment, responding to the awakening words, and awakening the cooking equipment.
