the roller device comprises a roller control module for receiving a rotation signal, and when the roller control module receives the rotation signal t1 seconds, the roller control module controls the discharging roller to rotate for 1/n of a circle;
the discharging bin comprises a bin gate control module for receiving an opening signal and an ending signal, when the bin gate control module receives the opening signal t2 seconds, the bin gate is controlled to be opened, t2 is more than or equal to 0 and less than t1, and when the bin gate control module receives the ending signal, the bin gate is controlled to be closed.

the roller control module is also used for receiving error reporting signals, and when the roller control module receives the error reporting signals, the roller control module stops working, and the discharging roller cannot rotate.
