Abstract
The invention discloses a process model classification code generation method based on a grouping technology, which comprises the following steps: step 1, in the three-dimensional process design process of the component, generating or referring to a corresponding process model for each process, and designating corresponding production workshops and processing units and grouping manufacturing feature classification for MBD information of each process and the corresponding process model; step 2, extracting MBD information of a process model, and automatically encoding the process model by a computer; step 3, the production factory groups the process models according to the production workshops and the group processing units, and optimizes the processing technology and the processing sequence of the process models in the group according to the manufacturing characteristics; and 4, optimizing the geometric structure and technical requirements of the components. The invention automatically generates the process model classification codes, introduces the process group classification codes and the part procedure model view, solves the organization problem of the part model and the procedure model, optimizes the operation plan of production equipment, and improves the product quality and the production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of process model coding systems in the three-dimensional process design process, in particular to a process model classification coding generation method based on a grouping technology.
Background
The method is mainly used for classifying and coding the process model based on the grouping technology in the three-dimensional process design process.
