本发明公开了一种海产品信息透明化网络直销平台的操作方法,具体步骤如下:(1)水产品供应商在平台注册,填写提交供应商基本信息;(2)平台方委托供应商所在地第三方检测机构对水产品进行检测,同时平台也将派人抽查;(3)平台将委托第三方检测机构每季度对水产品质量进行检测;(4)平台收集历史消费者的反馈评价,提供给消费者参考;(5)用户根据平台所提供的水产品信息,产地信息,其他消费者的评价以及自己营养元素补充所需;(6)消费者在网络平台进行下单,完成购买工作。本发明提供水产品各类感官指标、鲜度指标、安全卫生指标,让水产品信息透明化,感官指标、鲜度指标、安全卫生指标透明化,消费者买的放心,吃的安全。

本发明涉及网络销售平台技术领域,具体涉及一种能实现海产品信息透明化功能,方便消费者更好选取所需产品的海产品信息透明化网络直销平台的操作方法。
背景技术
在人类文明发展早期,人类获取食物的工具和贮藏运输手段等都非常原始,人类的饮食受所处地理环境条件的影响,形成了“靠山吃山,靠海吃海”的饮食文化特征。到了现代,发达的渔业、先进的海鲜贮藏技术、便捷的运输***、更为多样的烹饪技巧,还有国民对海鲜营养价值全面科学的认知,无不令人们对海鲜趋之若鹜。目前的海产品销售方式主要为:传统的市场销售与“互联网直销”两种模式。尤其是随着互联网的发展与新零售概念的开始,“传统商超+网络销售(销售平台、APP等)”,开创了互联网驱动、线下体验的复合模式,一定程度上成为新零售模式的标杆。
“互联网+”作为当今各行各业发展的重要渠道,与人们生活、社会生产之间的联系愈加密切。海产品推广与营销结合“互联网+”,不仅拓宽了营销渠道,同时也可以提高品牌形象。网页上会提供海产品的产地、价格、规格包装、商品评价等信息,可供用户参考选择。新零售概念:线下与线上零售深度结合,再结合现代物流,服务商利用大数据、云计算等创新技术,构成未来新零售概念。
随着人类生活水平不断提高,交通便利,越来越多的人选择在节假日到海岛旅游,享受海岛美丽风光,品尝当地美味海鲜,返程时通常会带一些海鲜回去给家人和朋友分享。然而,人们在采用现代互联网销售方式进行购买海产品时,经常会遭遇选择难题:不知如何选择适合自己的海产品,或者担忧选择的海产品的质量不能保证,同时,因为目前海产品网络销售平台上关于销售产品的信息不够全面,也时有发生一些消费者与供应方产生纠纷的事情,影响了互联网销售产业的健康发展。
随着社会发展,人们不再局限于吃饱穿暖,开始关心吃的质量,水产品是否鲜活,新零售概念解决了这类困惑,但是这种模式的销售已无法满足消费者对食用水产品健康安全的顾虑。
(1)越来越多发生因海产品中有机/无机污染物超标,对食用该类水产品的消费者造成健康危害的事件,目前的销售渠道无法让消费者知悉水产品中该类指标;
(2)由于水产品中富含丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物质等,人类通过摄食水产品补充相应的营养物质,不同人群需要补充的营养成分不同,且较多消费者对每种营养成分的功效更是不了解,也就无法更好的选择水产品提高自身健康水平;
(3)目前现有“互联网+”平台中消费者仅能知道水产品采购地点,在新零售模式中消费者对其未能获知,而事实上水产品的产地的水质、气候条件等直接关系到所选取的水产品的质量是否良好。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种海产品信息透明化网络直销平台的操作方法,以解决现有技术中的以上问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种海产品信息透明化网络直销平台的操作方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)水产品供应商在平台注册,填写提交供应商基本信息,平台方的管理维护人员对提交的信息进行审核;
(2)平台方委托供应商所在地第三方检测机构对水产品进行检测,同时平台也将派人抽查部分水产品进行检测,通过检测,则联系供应商将水产品上架,并将所测海产品的营养、污染等各类物化、生化相关结果及水产品产地的水质、气候相关信息一同公布在平台上,实现水产品信息透明化;
(3)为避免不同批次水产品差异较大,平台将委托第三方检测机构每季度对水产品质量进行检测,保证平台数据有效性,保护保障消费者权益;
(4)平台收集历史消费者的反馈评价,提供给消费者参考;
(5)平台提供不同供应商信息,用户根据平台所提供的水产品信息,产地信息,其他消费者的评价以及自己营养元素补充所需,选取最佳水产品;
(6)消费者在网络平台进行下单,完成线上水产品的完全透明、公开化销售。

进一步,所述步骤(3)中避免不同批次海产品差异,需要定期对水产品抽查。
本发明具有以下有益效果:

(4)水产品产地信息透明化,便于进一步了解水产品的安全性;
(5)水产品营养成分及其功效具体化,消费者根据所需补充营养物质,选取最佳水产品。

如图1所示,一种海产品信息透明化网络直销平台的操作方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)水产品供应商在平台注册,填写提交供应商基本信息,所述基本信息,包括销售水产品种类、规格、价格,平台方的管理维护人员对提交的信息进行审核;
(2)平台方委托供应商所在地第三方检测机构对水产品的感官指标、鲜度指标、营养指标、安全卫生指标进行检测,同时平台也将派人抽查部分水产品进行检测,通过检测,则联系供应商将水产品上架,并将所测结果及水产品产地的水质、气候相关信息一同公布在平台上,实现水产品信息透明化;
(3)为避免不同批次水产品差异较大,平台将委托第三方检测机构每季度对水产品质量进行检测,保证平台数据有效性,保护保障消费者权益;
(4)平台收集历史消费者的反馈评价,提供给消费者参考;
(5)平台提供不同供应商信息,用户根据平台所提供的水产品信息,产地信息,其他消费者的评价以及自己营养元素补充所需,选取最佳水产品;
(6)消费者在网络平台进行下单,完成第三方检测机构水产品信息透明化购买平台工作。
实施例1:
如图2所示,供应商通过审核,检测其水产品各项指标,平台发布信息,以明虾售卖为例,展示了单只约13厘米毛重3斤装明虾的平台价,配送地址是否有货,选择种类等信息,最后还依次展示了商品介绍、商品指标、产地信息、规格与包装、售后保障、商品评价。
