As shown in fig. 4, when the refrigeration equipment 1 applies a pressing force F to the top end of the positioning column 61, the pressure relief piece 60 rotates, the displacement of the second end of the pressure relief piece 60 in the front-back direction is L2, and the displacement of the positioning column 61 in the front-back direction is L1, where L2> L1 is larger, that is, the movement amplitude of the second end of the pressure relief piece 60 is larger.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the second end of the pressure relief piece 60 is flush with the rear surface of the positioning post 61 in the front-rear direction. Like this, on the one hand, can guarantee the planarization of door strip of paper used for sealing 30 surface under the no pressure difference state, make things convenient for door strip of paper used for sealing 30 to closely laminate between the door body and box to guarantee the leakproofness of refrigeration plant 1 under the no pressure difference state, on the other hand, when there is pressure differential inside and outside refrigeration plant 1, the top of reference column 61 can be extruded to the door body, thereby impel pressure relief spare 60 to take place to rotate.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a door seal 30 includes: a first seal 31 and a second seal 32. The first seal 31 is connected with the second seal 32, the first seal 31 is located at the front side of the second seal 32, and the first seal 31 and the second seal 32 jointly define an inner cavity. In this way, the packing of the bleeder 60 and the positioning member 40 is facilitated. For example, the bleeder 60 and the positioning member 40 may be installed first, and the first seal 31 may be connected to the second seal 32 to form the door seal 30.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first seal 31 is provided with an inner groove 33 opened rearward, the pressure relief member 60 and the positioning member 40 are installed in the inner groove 33, and a part of the front wall of the second seal 32 constitutes the rear wall of the inner cavity. Thus, the pressure relief member 60 is more conveniently and accurately installed, ensuring smooth assembly of the overall structure. For example, the bottom wall of the inner tank 33 forms the front wall of the inner chamber, the securing member 40 is secured to the bottom wall of the inner tank 33, and the second end of the pressure relief member 60 is attached to the front wall of the second seal 32.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of door seals 30 are enclosed into a rectangular frame, each door seal 30 being provided with a bleeder 60. Like this, the pressure release effect is better, and the user is laborsaving more opening the door.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a refrigeration apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes: the pressure relief door seal, the door body 10 and the refrigerator body 20 for the refrigeration equipment according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention. Wherein, a plurality of door seals 30 are installed between the door 10 and the cabinet 20.
For example, the refrigeration device 1 may be a refrigerator, the door 10 is fixed to the cabinet 20 by an upper hinge and a lower hinge, a plurality of door seals 30 are arranged in a circle between the door 10 and the cabinet 20, and the door seals 30 are fixed to the door 10 for sealing.
The front wall of the first seal 31 may be glued to the door 10, the positioning member 40 is tightly glued to the side of the door seal 30 contacting the door 10 (i.e. the front wall of the inner cavity), and the positioning member 40 is parallel to the door 10 and the cabinet 20, respectively. The top end of the positioning column 61 is equal to the height of the second end of the pressure relief piece 60 (for example, the front end of the pressure relief piece 60), the top end of the positioning column 61 and the second end of the pressure relief piece 60 just abut against the side of the door seal 30 contacting the box body 20 (i.e., the rear wall of the inner cavity), there is no connection between the positioning column 61 and the door seal 30, and the second end of the pressure relief piece 60 is well connected with the door seal 30 and can drive the door seal 30 to partially deform. The elastomeric post 50 is connected between the securing member 40 and the pressure relief member 60.
From this, through set up the pressure release door seal that is used for refrigeration plant between door body 10 and box 20, can balance the pressure differential inside and outside 1 refrigeration plant fast, make door body 10 open more easily, and, the compression of pressure release 60, resilience mainly relies on the elastic deformation of the bending part between setting element 40 and pressure release 60 and the deformation of elasticity post 50 to realize, namely, utilize the suction between door body 10 and the box 20 to realize the compression of pressure release 60 and elasticity post 50, utilize the elastic deformation of spring steel itself and the elastic deformation of elasticity post 50 self to realize the resilience of pressure release 60, moreover, the steam generator is simple in structure, and automatic work can be realized. In addition, because the positioning column 40, the elastic column 50 and the pressure relief piece 60 are arranged in the door seal 30, the respective structures and process conditions of the door body 10 and the box body 20 are not affected, and the economy is good.
Wherein, the opening degree of pressure release door seal (being the local deformation degree of door strip of paper used for sealing 30) becomes positive correlation with the pressure differential inside and outside refrigeration plant 1, that is to say, the pressure differential inside and outside refrigeration plant 1 is big more, the opening degree of pressure release door seal is big more, and along with the reduction of pressure differential, pressure release 60 and elastic column 50 kick-back gradually and reset, reduce to leak cold to realize automatic pressure release balance.
According to the refrigeration equipment 1 disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the refrigeration equipment 1 can be balanced, the problem that the user needs to open the door difficultly is solved from the source of the labor for opening the door, and meanwhile, the user does not need to add extra actions, so that the use of the user is facilitated, and the user experience is improved; in addition, the space can be saved, the structure can be simplified, the structures and the manufacturing processes of the door body 10 and the box body 20 do not need to be changed, the cost is reduced, and the problems of back suction, abnormal sound, slow reaction and the like of the drain pipe can be avoided.
Alternatively, the positioning members 40 and the elastic pillars 50 are preferentially arranged in the door seals 30 located at four positions corresponding to the upper, lower, left, and right positions of the door body 10, and the number of the elastic pillars 50 may be determined according to specific requirements. Therefore, different arrangement modes can be selected according to different conditions, and the adaptability is strong.
Other constructions and operations of the refrigerating apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (9)

1. A pressure relief door seal for a refrigeration unit, comprising:
a plurality of door seals connected, the door seals having an interior cavity;
a positioning member enclosed within the interior cavity, a rear surface of the positioning member being opposite a rear wall of the interior cavity;
a first end of the elastic column is connected with the rear surface of the positioning piece and a second end of the elastic column is connected with the rear wall of the inner cavity;
further comprising:
the pressure relief piece is packaged in the inner cavity and obliquely extends along the front-back direction, the first end of the pressure relief piece is rotatably connected with the positioning piece, the second end of the pressure relief piece is connected with the rear wall of the inner cavity, a positioning column protruding backwards is arranged on the rear surface of the pressure relief piece, the positioning column is located between the first end and the second end of the pressure relief piece and is abutted against the rear wall of the inner cavity, and the second end of the elastic column is connected with the front surface of the pressure relief piece.
2. The pressure relief door seal for a refrigeration apparatus as recited in claim 1 wherein said pressure relief member and said positioning member are formed by bending an elastic member and said pressure relief member is rotatable by its elastic deformation.
3. The pressure relief door seal for a refrigeration unit of claim 1, wherein a distance between the second end of said pressure relief member and said positioning member is greater than a distance between said positioning post and said positioning member.
4. The pressure relief door seal for a refrigeration unit of claim 1, wherein a second end of said pressure relief member is flush with a rear surface of said positioning post in a front-to-rear direction.
5. The pressure relief dock seal for a refrigeration appliance according to claim 1 wherein said resilient posts are a plurality of said resilient posts spaced from one another, each of said resilient posts being connected to a rear surface of said locating member and a rear wall of said interior cavity.
6. The pressure relief dock seal for a refrigeration appliance of claim 1, wherein the dock seal comprises:
the sealing device comprises a first sealing strip and a second sealing strip, wherein the first sealing strip is connected with the second sealing strip, the first sealing strip is located on the front side of the second sealing strip and defines the inner cavity together with the second sealing strip.
7. The pressure relief dock seal for a refrigeration appliance of claim 6, wherein said first seal defines an interior rearwardly opening slot, said locating member is mounted within said interior slot, and a portion of the front wall of said second seal defines the rear wall of said interior cavity.
8. The pressure relief door seal for a refrigeration unit as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a plurality of said door seals enclose a rectangular frame, each of said door seals being provided with said retainer and said resilient post.
9. A refrigeration apparatus, comprising:
the pressure relief dock seal for a refrigeration appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
the door seal comprises a door body and a box body, wherein a plurality of door seals are arranged between the door body and the box body.
