In the prior art, the control of household appliances (such as light control) is basically realized by touching keys or a fixed-time delay function. Therefore, in the cooking process, a user needs to manually touch the related household appliances to wake up and normally operate the overall functions of the household appliances, and the convenience in operating the household appliances is reduced by the manual operation mode. This not only makes the user comparatively hard waste time at the in-process that uses domestic appliance, has greatly influenced domestic appliance holistic intellectuality moreover. In order to facilitate the cooking process of a user and reduce the number of times of manually touching the keys, a soft and warm kitchen display effect can be created, and further improvement on the household appliance is needed.

The control box 11 is fixedly arranged at the front part 12 of the cavity 10, so that certain operation of the control box 11 by a user is facilitated.
The distance detector 31 of the control box 11 may include a receiving end 312 and a transmitting end 314, and referring to fig. 2, the distance detector 31 may be used to detect a distance between an object and the home appliance 100. In the present embodiment, the distance detector 31 is connected to a controller, and the controller is connected to an indicator lamp 32. In case that an object (e.g., a user) approaches the household appliance 100, the distance detector 31 may detect a distance between the object and the household appliance 100, and at this time, the controller connected to the distance detector 31 further controls an operating state of the indicator lamp 32 according to the distance detected by the distance detector 31 and a preset distance. The predicted distance may be [20, 60] cm, and preferably, the predicted distance may be [30, 50] cm. In one example, when the distance detector 31 detects that an object is near the household appliance 100 at a position 35cm away from the household appliance, the distance detector 31 may feed back a distance signal to the controller, and the controller receives that the distance at this time is smaller than a preset distance, and outputs a signal to control the indicator light 32 to turn on in a manner that the indicator light 32 presents a light effect of changing light from weak to strong. When the controller receives that the distance between the object and the household appliance 100 is greater than or equal to the preset distance, the controller outputs a signal to control the indicator lamp 32 to be turned off. Thus, the intelligent user experience function of intelligently sensing the approach of the user and lighting the indicator lamp 32 is achieved. In addition, the indicator light 32 may be referred to as a breathing light or an atmosphere light.
The household appliance 100 includes, but is not limited to, a microwave oven, an oven, a rice cooker, an induction cooker, a steam box, a refrigerator, a dish washer, etc. And is not particularly limited herein.
