Abstract
本发明提供了一种串联泵,包括泵体、第一泵盖、叶片、转子、真空泵传动轴、真空泵传动齿轮、机油泵传动齿轮、机油泵主动轮、第二泵盖、机油泵传动轴、机油泵从动轮、机油泵从动轴,所述泵体上设有第一泵腔和第二泵腔。将机油泵的相关部件安装于第一泵腔内并通过第一泵盖进行封闭,将真空泵的相关部件安装于第二泵腔内并通过第二泵盖进行封闭,这样就将机油泵和真空泵集成在一个泵体上,可减轻发动机整机重量,降低发动机功耗,同时减少加工、装配工序。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机润滑***和真空泵技术领域,具体涉及一种串联泵。
背景技术
汽车发动机一般都配有机油泵为发动机润滑***提供油压,随着增压发动机、GDI发动机、柴油机等机型的普及,以真空泵作为制动***真空源也得到了广泛应用。真空泵和机油泵一般配有各自的驱动形式,常见如:凸轮轴经联轴器或带轮驱动真空泵,机油泵由曲轴经齿轮、带传动等形式进行驱动。
目前与发动机匹配的机械式真空泵多以单旋片或双叶片配合椭圆或帕斯卡涡线型腔进行设计,但是如果与机油泵进行联动并满足商用车制动时真空源的需求,常见的以PF或PPS为旋片,以PEEK为滑片的匹配结构无法满足5000rpm以上的工况(常见的机械真空泵的最高转速3000rpm左右),常见的失效形式为旋片快速磨损或断裂。
转子、旋片、叶片在高速旋转时需润滑油提供润滑并带走旋片和转子、滑片和泵腔内壁摩擦所产生的热量,单旋片或双旋片式机械真空泵结构简单,润滑油道通常直接设计在泵体上通向转子小头后流入泵腔,设计控制点为润滑油油压和润滑油路直径。在转速超过5000rpm后,为了满足润滑油能及时、充分的润滑转子、叶片并带走热量,需进行专门的润滑油路设计。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种串联泵,能够同时实现为发动机润滑***供油和为制动***提供真空源,从而降低发动机整机重量,降低发动机功耗。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种串联泵,包括泵体、第一泵盖、叶片、转子、真空泵传动轴、真空泵传动齿轮、机油泵传动齿轮、机油泵主动轮、第二泵盖、机油泵传动轴、机油泵从动轮、机油泵从动轴;所述泵体上设有第一泵腔和第二泵腔,所述叶片和转子通过真空泵传动轴安装于第一泵腔内,真空泵传动轴的内侧端可转动地安装于第一泵腔底部的盲孔中,真空泵传动轴的外侧端从第一泵盖的轴孔中穿出并固定安装于真空泵传动齿轮的轴孔中,第一泵盖封盖住第一泵腔并通过螺钉固定在泵体上;机油泵主动轮固定安装在机油泵主动轴上,机油泵从动轮固定安装在机油泵从动轴上,机油泵主动轴和机油泵从动轴的内侧端分别可转动地安装于第二泵腔底部的两个盲孔中,机油泵主动轴的外侧端从第二泵盖的轴孔中穿出并固定安装于机油泵传动齿轮的轴孔中,机油泵从动轴的外侧端可转动地安装于第二泵盖的盲孔中,机油泵主动轮和机油泵从动轮在第二泵腔内互相啮合,第二泵盖封盖住第二泵腔并通过螺钉固定在泵体上;真空泵传动齿轮和机油泵传动齿轮在泵体外互相啮合;第一泵盖上还设有一个阀孔,所述阀孔内安装有阻尼阀,该阻尼阀包括阀体、橡胶弹簧、支撑环,阀体尾部插装于泵体上的阻尼孔,橡胶弹簧用于压装于发动机缸体上,与缸体润滑油道贴合;所述阻尼阀与第一泵盖的轴孔内侧段之间通过一条润滑油道连通。
上述技术方案中,通过将机油泵和真空泵集成在一个泵体上,可减轻发动机整机重量,降低发动机功耗,同时减少加工、装配工序。使用时,将发动机曲轴轴端齿轮与机油泵传动齿轮啮合,由于机油泵主动轮与机油泵传动齿轮同轴装配,机油泵传动齿轮同时与真空泵传动齿轮啮合,这样就能将动力同时传递给真空泵和机油泵。由于第一泵盖上设置了阻尼阀和润滑油道,润滑油可以经第一泵盖上的润滑油道流入转子端面和中心部位,并经泵盖和转子的端面间隙流入第一泵腔和叶片槽,对叶片两侧大端面进行润滑,润滑油流入第一泵腔底部后,可在转子下端面存储保压,从而解决了真空泵的润滑问题。
进一步地,第一泵腔底部开有便于让润滑油进入盲孔的油道,实现对真空泵传动轴的冷却和润滑。
进一步地,第二泵腔底部的两个盲孔通过油道与进油口相通。机油泵传动齿轮转动时,机油泵的进油口产生负压,润滑油进入第二泵腔,同时进入底部的盲孔,实现对机油泵主、从动轴的润滑和冷却。

使用时,将发动机曲轴轴端齿轮与机油泵传动齿轮9啮合,由于机油泵主动轮10与机油泵传动齿轮9同轴装配,机油泵传动齿轮9同时与真空泵传动齿轮8啮合,这样就能将动力同时传递给真空泵和机油泵。
如图5所示,润滑油经第一泵盖4上的润滑油道15流入转子端面和中心部位,实现对真空泵的润滑和冷却;如图4所示,第一泵腔底部开有便于让润滑油进入盲孔的油道,实现对真空泵传动轴7的冷却和润滑。
如图1所示,第二泵腔底部的两个盲孔通过油道与进油口相通,机油泵传动齿轮9转动时,机油泵的进油口产生负压,润滑油进入第二泵腔,同时进入底部的盲孔,实现对机油泵主、从动轴的润滑和冷却。

2.根据权利要求1所述的串联泵,其特征在于:第一泵腔底部开有便于让润滑油进入盲孔的油道,实现对真空泵传动轴(7)的冷却和润滑。
