The temperature difference between south and north of China is large, and the temperature in south is above zero and the temperature in north is below zero in spring and autumn; the tractor for running and transporting in the south and north can run in the subzero and subzero areas, the subzero area in the north needs to use minus diesel oil, and the subzero area in the south needs to use zero diesel oil; therefore, such vehicles are generally equipped with two fuel tanks, which are filled with minus diesel fuel and zero diesel fuel, respectively.
The traditional vehicle double-oil-tank system is provided with a mechanical switch on-off valve in the pipelines of two oil tanks, and the on-off of the pipelines between the two oil tanks is controlled through manual operation, so that the use of negative diesel oil in a zero environment is ensured, and the use of zero diesel oil in a zero environment is ensured. The valve needs manual operation of a driver for parking and getting off, and the vehicle running on the highway is not changed and dangerous, so that inconvenience is brought to the user.
The conventional electric switch valve for the diesel vehicle generally has a relatively high response speed, and the electric valve with the response level has high requirements on application conditions such as cleanliness and the like within a millisecond level; the response speed of an electric switch on-off valve for a diesel vehicle oil supply system is not too high, and can be within a second level, and meanwhile, the cleanliness of diesel oil is not good before a diesel oil filter. The application environment characteristics of the diesel vehicle oil supply system are contradictory to the application requirements of the conventional vehicle electric switch valve.
The conventional switch on-off valve generally adopts sealing elements such as O-shaped rings or oil seals to seal and isolate an oil way and outside air, and the sealing elements are worn to cause the risk of sealing failure in long-term use, so that air enters the oil way. The design life of a diesel vehicle is more than 80 km and is generally used for more than 10 years, so that the switch valve used on the diesel vehicle has to solve the problem of sealing failure caused by abrasion. The oil supply system of the diesel vehicle adopts the oil delivery pump to pump oil under negative pressure, and the system is particularly sensitive to air leakage, the condition of insufficient power can occur in a slightly air-leaked engine, and the condition of incapability of starting or automatic flameout can occur in a seriously air-leaked engine, so that the problem of air entering must be solved by a switch valve used on the diesel vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention is to design a low-response diesel electric switch valve for dual fuel tanks, which is fully isolated from air, and which does not require user operation to realize automatic selection and switching of two fuel tanks. When the ambient temperature is higher than-4 ℃, one path of the switching valve is conducted; when the ambient temperature is lower than 4 ℃ above zero, the other path of the switching valve is conducted. The air and the diesel oil are completely isolated by the diaphragm, and the risk that the air enters the diesel oil is avoided.
GB19147 stipulates that zero diesel oil is used at the ambient temperature of above-zero 4 ℃, so the use amount of negative diesel oil can be saved to the maximum extent by setting the valve switching temperature limit value to be above-zero 4 ℃, and the use cost of diesel oil for users can be reduced because the negative diesel oil is expensive.

the top arcs of the oil inlet channel 1.1 and the top arcs of the oil outlet channel 1.2 are parallel, and the drift diameter of the oil outlet channel 1.2 is larger than that of the oil inlet channel 1.1; preferably, the channel 1.1 has a diameter Φ 8mm and the channel 1.2 has a diameter Φ 12 mm.
The bottom end of the sealing plunger 2 exceeds the bottom arc of the channel 1.1 by 2mm, so that the tightness of the channel 1.1 is ensured.
Preferably, the height of the thread tooth 5.1 on the transmission shaft 5 is 1mm, the height of the thread groove 5.2 is 1mm, and the thread tooth 5.1 and the thread groove 5.2 are both rectangular; the uppermost thread of the transmission shaft 5 is 10mm away from the top end of the retainer ring 4.

A low-response diesel electric switch valve with double oil tanks completely isolated from air comprises a valve body 1, a sealing plunger 2, a diaphragm 3, a retainer ring 4, a transmission shaft 5, a bearing 6 and a motor 7. The valve body 1 is provided with a channel 1.1, a channel 1.2 and a pressure balance hole 1.3. The transmission shaft 5 is provided with a thread tooth 5.1 and a thread groove 5.2.
The liquid flow direction flows from channel 1.1 to channel 1.2, and no reverse flow is allowed. The flow of the diesel oil supply system is 500L/h, and in order to ensure the flow resistance under the flow, the drift diameter of the channel 1.1 is phi 8 mm. When the switch valve is opened, in order to ensure that the oil pressure in the channel 1.1 is quickly released, the drift diameter of the channel 1.2 is phi 12 mm.
The top arc of the channel 1.1 is equal to the top arc of the channel 1.2, so that the bottom arc of the channel 1.1 is 4mm higher than the bottom arc of the channel 1.2. When the switch valve is in a closed state, the distance between the bottom end of the sealing plunger 2 and the bottom arc of the channel 1.2 is 2mm, and the channel 1.2 is low pressure, so that the axial direction of the plunger 2 is not pressurized by upward diesel oil in the space of 2mm, the friction force of thread teeth can be reduced, and the torque force requirement of the motor 7 is further reduced. The bottom end of the sealing plunger 2 exceeds the bottom arc of the channel 1.1 by 2mm, and the 2mm ensures the tightness of the channel 1.1.
In order to ensure that the pressures above and below the membrane 3 are basically equivalent, the pressure balance hole 1.3 communicates the space below the membrane with the channel 1.2, and the channel 1.2 is low pressure and basically equal to atmospheric pressure; due to the influence of the surface tension of the liquid, the diameter of the pressure balance hole 1.3 between phi 1mm and phi 2mm can cause unsmooth pressure transmission due to the blockage of the hole by the surface tension of the diesel oil, so the diameter of the pressure balance hole 1.3 is set to be phi 3 mm.
The height of the thread teeth 5.1 on the transmission shaft 5 is 1mm, and the height of the thread grooves 5.2 is 1 mm. The thread tooth 5.1 and the thread groove 5.2 are both rectangular in shape, so that the tooth profile can withstand large axial forces. When the switch valve is in a closed state, the uppermost thread of the transmission shaft 5 is 10mm away from the top end of the retainer ring 4, and the 10mm ensures the movement stroke of the sealing plunger 2.
The motor 7 can rotate in forward and reverse directions, the rotating speed is 3 circles/second, the moving speed of the sealing plunger 2 is 6mm/s, and therefore the opening and closing response time of the switch valve is 1.67 s.
The diaphragm 3 and the sealing plunger 2 are molded into a whole, the diaphragm 3 is pressed on the valve body 1 by the retainer ring 4, and a closed space is formed below the diaphragm 3 and the valve body 1 and is completely isolated from the outside air.
The bearing 6 up end and motor 7 contact, bearing 6 lower extreme face and transmission shaft 5 contact, and bearing 6 does not transmit the axial force of transmission shaft 5 inside motor 7 for the shell body of motor 7, transmission shaft 5. When the transmission shaft 5 rotates, the bearing 6 can reduce the rotation friction force between the transmission shaft 5 and the motor 7.
