the stirring device (5) is fixed on the slag hopper (1) and is used for stirring the slag soil in the slag hopper (1) to be mixed with water to form mixed slurry;
and the conveying pump (6) is installed in the slag hopper (1) and is provided with a conveying pipeline communicated to the slag-soil pool, and is used for pumping the mixed slurry formed by stirring in the slag hopper (1) to the slag-soil pool.
2. The slag tapping device according to claim 1, further comprising a vibrator (7), said vibrator (7) being fixed to the slag hopper (1) for rapping the wall of the slag hopper (1).

The slag tapping equipment according to claim 2, wherein the vibrator (7) comprises a mounting seat (73) fixed on the slag hopper (1), a rapping driving device (71), an intermediate connecting rod (72) and a rapping bar (74), wherein a rod body of the intermediate connecting rod (72) is rotatably mounted on the mounting seat (73), one end of the intermediate connecting rod (72) is fixedly connected with the rapping bar (74), the other end of the intermediate connecting rod is connected with a driving shaft of the rapping driving device (71), and the intermediate connecting rod (72) can rotate under the driving of the driving shaft of the rapping driving device (71) to drive the rapping bar (74) to rotate and rap the wall of the slag hopper (1).
4. The tapping device according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of travelling wheels (8), the travelling wheels (8) being mounted on an outer bottom surface of the hopper (1).

The slag tapping equipment according to claim 1, wherein the stirring device (5) comprises a stirring rod (51) and a stirring driving device (52), the stirring driving device (52) is fixed on the slag hopper (1), one end of the stirring rod (51) is connected with a driving shaft of the stirring driving device (52), and the other end of the stirring rod extends into the slag hopper (1) to complete the stirring action.
6. The tapping apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the stirring device (5) further comprises a plurality of stirring blades (53), the plurality of stirring blades (53) being arranged in layers in the axial direction of the stirring rod (51).
7. Tapping apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of stirring teeth are provided on the surface of each stirring blade (53).
8. A deslagging method of earth pressure balance pipe jacking construction carried out by adopting the deslagging device in any one of claims 1-7, wherein the deslagging method comprises the following steps:
detecting the water content of the residue soil in the residue hopper (1) through the water content measuring device (3);
controlling the opening and closing of the water outlet by using the water feeding device (4) according to the water content of the residue soil in the residue hopper (1);
stirring the slag in the slag hopper (1) by the stirring device (5) to be mixed with the water conveyed into the slag hopper (1) to form mixed slurry;
and pumping the mixed slurry in the slag hopper (1) to a slag pond through a delivery pump (6).
9. The tapping method according to claim 8, further comprising: the wall of the slag hopper (1) is rapped by the vibrator (7) while the mixed slurry is pumped.
10. The tapping method according to claim 8, further comprising: after the mixed slurry is pumped, the inner cavity of the slag hopper (1) is cleaned by simultaneously working the water feeding device (4), the stirring device (5) and the delivery pump (6).
