In the use, through setting up left slotted hole and right slotted hole, can realize the brake purpose that manual brake and electric brake do not influence each other, both satisfied the brake needs when normal work, also satisfied the automatically controlled brake guard action when taking place the hanging point and lose the year accident, simple structure is reliable, and application scope is wide.

The return spring 35 is a prior art spring such as a compression spring and the force limiter 36 is a prior art tension limiter such as model VM105-320, as desired. In the using process, under the normal working state of the oil pumping unit, the armature 34 is separated from the electromagnet 37 under the action of the return spring 35, and under the condition that the oil pumping unit is unloaded and is in an overspeed state, the control module enables the electromagnet 37 to be electrified, the electromagnet 37 drives the armature 34 and the force limiter 36 to move downwards, and finally the electric brake pull rod drives the brake handle 28 to act, so that the electric brake is realized.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the control module includes a speed detector 38 and a counter 39, at least two rim recesses 40 for counting are circumferentially disposed on the outer side of the brake wheel 25, the speed detector 38 facing the rim recesses 40 is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the brake wheel 25, signal output ends of the speed detector 38 are electrically connected to a signal input end of the counter 39 and a signal input end of the driving motor 15, respectively, and a signal output end of the counter 39 is electrically connected to a signal input end of the electromagnet 37.
The tachometer 38 and counter 39 are known in the art, such as an intelligent counter 39 model SF9648J, as required. In the use process, through the arrangement, the running state of the pumping unit can be detected in real time, and if the rotating speed of the brake wheel 25 is too high, the velometer 38 and the counter 39 can cut off the power supply of the motor of the pumping unit, so that the pumping unit is protected conveniently.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, an inductive switch 41 capable of detecting whether the hand brake device 29 is in a braking or non-braking state is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the base 14 corresponding to the position below the hand brake device, and the output end of the inductive switch 41 is electrically connected with the input end of the counter 39.
The inductive switch 41 is a known switch, such as a delaunay travel switch model number LXK3-20H/T, as required. In the use process, through the arrangement, the pumping unit can be ensured to be locked in a stop state, and the safety of the pumping unit in the maintenance process is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, guard rails 44 are installed on the outside of the transmission and the outside of the counterweight 7.
In the use, through such setting, can reduce the risk that beam-pumping unit injures staff at the operation in-process.
The technical characteristics form an embodiment of the invention, which has strong adaptability and implementation effect, and unnecessary technical characteristics can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.
