Referring to fig. 7 and 9, the water storage tank 6 includes a water falling plate 41, the water falling plate 41 is fixed on the lower end face of the water tank bottom plate 16 through bolts, a water falling hole 7 is formed in the water falling plate 41, and water in the lower water tank 2-2 enters the water storage tank 6 through a water passing hole 43 and then enters the steam ironing room 3 through the water falling hole 7 to be vaporized. The water tank bottom plate 16 is also provided with a steam rod 5 at the upper end of the water storage tank 6, the lower end of the steam rod 5 is directly inserted into the water falling hole 7 after passing through the water tank bottom plate 16, and the control of the water yield of the water tank 2 is realized through the adjustment of the gap between the bottom end of the steam rod 5 and the water falling hole 7.
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, a connecting rod support 16-1 is arranged on the lower end face of the upper cover 17, an adjusting rod 8 is rotatably connected to the connecting rod support 16-1, the middle of the adjusting rod 8 is rotatably connected with the connecting rod support through a pin shaft, the front end of the adjusting rod is rotatably connected with the steam rod 5, and the rear end of the adjusting rod is positioned on the temperature adjusting knob 4. The temperature adjusting knob 4 comprises a fixing seat 9 fixed on the water tank bottom plate 16, a knob cover 10 rotatably connected on the fixing seat 9, and an adjusting pipe 11 rotatably connected on the fixing seat 9 and provided with a guide thread 13 on the outer wall. The lower end of the adjusting pipe 11 is inserted and fixed on the fixing seat 9, the upper end of the adjusting pipe is inserted and fixed on the lower end face of the knob cover 10, a convex block is arranged on the lower end face of the knob cover 10, the upper end of the adjusting pipe 11 is clamped and connected with the knob cover 10 together in a linkage mode through the convex block, and the middle of the knob cover 10 is further provided with an insertion column 25 which is inserted and fixed on the fixing seat 9.
Referring to fig. 2, 10 and 11, the upper end of the fixing seat 9 is provided with three first buckling columns 27 distributed in the circumferential direction, the inner wall of the adjusting tube 11 is provided with a limiting ring 26 in a protruding manner, when the adjusting tube 11 is placed on the fixing seat 9, the upper end of the limiting ring 26 is clamped by the first buckling columns 27, the adjusting tube 11 realizes the rotation connection of the fixing seat 9, and the axial direction and the radial direction are all positioned. Fixing base 9 middle part is provided with spliced eye 24, and the spliced pole 25 end of knob lid 10 lower extreme is provided with many second buckle post 28 similar with first buckle post 27 structure, directly pegs graft in this spliced eye 24 during the installation of knob lid 10, through second buckle post 28 through 24 rear structure of spliced eye reset, second buckle post 28 is fixed with spacing hole 23 is terminal, this knob lid 10 and fixing base 9 relatively fixed. Meanwhile, a convex block 10-1 arranged on the lower end face of the knob cover 10 is matched with a groove 11-1 of the adjusting pipe 11, and the adjusting pipe 11 is linked with the knob cover 10. On the other hand the upper end direct grafting of control by temperature change connecting rod 12 is fixed inside grafting post 25, and lower extreme grafting simultaneously and temperature controller 15 or potentiometre fixed connection realize adjusting the temperature through the inside sheetmetal of two kinds of different expansion coefficients of the rotation steam ironing portion of temperature controller 15, and this scheme is prior art, no longer elaborates.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, one end of the adjusting rod 8 close to the fixing seat 9 is rotatably connected with a transmission rod 14, and the other end is rotatably connected with the steam rod 5. The transmission rod 14 is vertically inserted into a limit hole 23 formed in the fixed seat 9, an insertion groove 22 is formed in one side of the upper end of the transmission rod 14, and the insertion groove 22 is sleeved on the guide thread 13 on the outer wall of the adjusting pipe 11. Because the transmission rod 14 is limited on the fixed seat 9, when the adjusting pipe 11 rotates, the height of the guide thread 13 at the joint changes, the transmission rod 14 is forced to slide up and down in the limiting hole 23, the adjusting rod 8 connected with the lower end of the transmission rod 14 is driven to rotate, and meanwhile, the position of the steam rod 5 relative to the water falling hole 7 in the water storage tank 6 is forced to be adjusted, so that the water yield of the water tank 2 is controlled.
Referring to fig. 10, the adjusting lever 8 is provided with connectors 19 at both ends thereof, and the connectors 19 are in a cylindrical shape with the side placed. The spacing groove 20 that sets up on the constant head tank 21 that the transfer line 14 lower extreme set up and steam pole 5 can supply this connector 19 to peg graft, because connector 19 is cylindricly for under the condition that realizes pegging graft and sliding, can take place to rotate in spacing groove 20 and constant head tank 21 along with transfer line 14 and steam pole 5 when sliding from top to bottom, effectively avoided the three because rotate and slide from top to bottom and can cause the problem of interference.
Referring to fig. 7 and 12, a set of cleaning water tank 44 is further disposed on the water tank bottom plate 16, the cleaning water tank 44 is fixed on the lower end surface of the water tank bottom plate 16 through bolts, the cleaning water tank 44 is communicated with a drainage hole 46 formed in the water tank bottom plate 16, a water outlet pipe 45 is disposed at the other end of the cleaning water tank, and water in the water tank 2 can directly enter the steam ironing room 3 through the drainage hole 46 and the water outlet pipe 45 to clean the steam ironing room 3. The opening and closing of the bleed openings 46 are controlled by a set of control mechanisms 47. The control mechanism 47 comprises a cleaning connecting rod 48 which is rotatably connected to the middle of the water tank bottom plate 16, a water permeable rod 50 arranged on the water outlet 46 and a button 51 arranged on the upper cover 17, wherein one end of the cleaning connecting rod 48 is fixed at the upper end of the water permeable rod 50, the cleaning connecting rod and the water permeable rod can be bonded and fixed, and the lower end of the water permeable rod 50 is provided with a sealing sheet for sealing the water outlet 46 after penetrating through the water outlet 46. The other end of the cleaning connecting rod 48 is provided with a ventilating supporting rod 49, and the upper end of the ventilating supporting rod 49 is mutually inserted with a sealing silica gel ring 52 fixed on the upper cover 17. Meanwhile, the ventilation support rod 49 is also sleeved with a spring 55, one end of the spring 55 is fixed at the upper end of the ventilation support rod 49, and the other end of the spring 55 is abutted against the inner wall of the upper cover 17 (refer to fig. 5).
When the cleaning is needed, the button 51 is pressed, the button 51 presses the cleaning connecting rod 48 and the water permeable rod 50, the sealing sheet of the water permeable rod 50 is separated from the water drainage hole 46, on the other hand, the air permeable supporting rod 49 at the other end of the cleaning connecting rod 48 moves upwards, the air permeable supporting rod 49 is separated from the sealing silica gel ring 52, the sealing silica gel ring 52 is ventilated, after the water tank 2 is ventilated, water enters the steam ironing room 3 through the water drainage hole 46 and the water outlet pipe 45, after the button 51 is loosened, the spring 55 resets, the air permeable supporting rod 49 resets and is sealed with the sealing silica gel ring 52 in a fit mode again, meanwhile, the water permeable rod 50 can be driven to move upwards to seal the water permeable hole, and single cleaning is completed.

An electric iron with a combined steam control system, comprising a shell (1), a water tank (2), a steam ironing room (3), a temperature adjusting knob (4) arranged on the water tank (2) and a steam rod (5) arranged in the water tank (2), wherein the lower end of the steam rod (5) is inserted into a water falling hole (7) positioned in a water storage tank (6) of the water tank (2), the water storage tank (6) is communicated with the steam ironing room (3) through the water falling hole (7), and the electric iron is characterized in that:
an adjusting rod (8) is rotatably connected in the water tank (2), one end of the adjusting rod (8) is rotatably positioned on the steam rod (5), and the other end of the adjusting rod (8) is rotatably positioned on the temperature adjusting knob (4);
the temperature adjusting knob (4) comprises a fixed seat (9) arranged in the water tank (2), a knob cover (10) rotatably connected to the fixed seat (9), an adjusting pipe (11) fixed below the knob cover (10) and a temperature control connecting rod (12) connected to the lower end of the knob cover (10), and the upper end of the knob cover (10) is positioned at the outer end of the shell (1);
the outer wall of the adjusting pipe (11) is provided with a guide thread (13), a transmission rod (14) is inserted and slides on the fixed seat (9), the lower end of the transmission rod (14) is rotatably positioned with the adjusting rod (8), and the upper end of the transmission rod is sleeved with the guide thread (13) in a sliding manner;
the lower end of the temperature control connecting rod (12) is connected with a temperature controller (15) or a potentiometer in the steam ironing room (3);
the water tank (2) comprises a water tank bottom plate (16), an upper cover (17) and a partition plate (18) for dividing the water tank (2) into an upper water tank (2-1) and a lower water tank (2-2); the water tank bottom plate (16) is detachably connected with a resin box (29) for communicating the upper water tank (2-1) and the lower water tank (2-2), a water inlet hole (30) for inserting the resin box (29) is formed in the rear end of the upper cover (17), and a water sealing cover (31) is arranged on the rear end of the water inlet hole (30) of the shell (1); a communication pipe (32) for the insertion connection of the resin box (29) is arranged at the rear end of the partition plate (18), the upper end of the communication pipe (32) is positioned above the partition plate (18), the tail end of the communication pipe (32) is in an open shape, and a through groove (33) for communicating the upper water tank (2-1) and the lower water tank (2-2) is formed in the lower end of the communication pipe; be provided with elasticity buckle (34) in communicating pipe (32), resin box (29) bottom be provided with ring channel (35) of elasticity buckle (34) joint.
