Further, the support structure 3 is further provided with a reinforcing part 33 for reinforcing the strength of the support structure 3, because the guiding part 31 of the support structure 3 is formed by bending a tubular body/cylindrical body, the tubular body/cylindrical body has a small size in order to save space, so that the support structure 3 formed by bending is easy to deform after the wire 5 is bound/wound, and the reinforcing part 33 is provided for reinforcing the strength of the support structure 3 to prevent the support structure 3 from deforming, so that the effect of guiding the wire 5 cannot be realized, and the wire 5 is contacted with other parts or moving parts to be abraded or damaged.
Preferably, the reinforcing part 33 is formed by bending during the process of forming the guiding part 31/guiding support part 36 by bending the tubular body/cylindrical body, because the guiding part 31/guiding support part 36 extends for a longer distance and is more easily deformed, and it is more necessary to increase the strength of the reinforcing part 33 itself to place the deformed reinforcing part 33.
More preferably, the reinforcing part 33 is a protrusion formed by bending a tubular body/a cylindrical body. The reinforcing strength is excellent and the strength can be increased without additionally providing other members, and moreover the protrusion can be used to prevent the wire 5 from slipping off the guide portion 31/prevent the structure of the binding wire 5 from slipping off and the wire 5 cannot be bound.
Further, the supporting structure 3 further includes a connecting portion 34 for fixedly connecting the supporting structure 3, and a limiting portion 35 for limiting the connection of the connecting portion 34 and preventing the supporting structure 3 from rotating. The support structure 3 is fixedly connected with a corresponding position in the washing machine through a connecting part 34 so as to realize the guiding function of the lead 5 at the position; since the support structure 3 is connected by the connecting holes disposed at the two ends, when the support structure 3 bears a load, the support structure 3 inevitably rotates under the action of its own weight and the weight of the wire 5, which may affect the guiding function of the guiding portion 31, and may cause the wire 5 to touch the outer cylinder 1 or other components or other moving components after deflection, resulting in damage and abrasion to the wire 5.
Preferably, the connection part 34 includes connection holes provided at both ends of the tubular body/cylindrical body, and the fastening member is connected to the control panel and the hanging lug 2 through the connection holes, respectively. In one embodiment, the fastening member may be a screw/bolt, the control panel and the suspension loop 2 are respectively provided with a threaded hole, the screw/bolt passes through the connecting hole to be in threaded connection with the control panel and the suspension loop 2, the connection mode is simple, the fastening member is detachable and reliable, and the fastening member is common and low in cost. In another embodiment, the fastener passes through the connecting hole and then is clamped with the control panel and the hanging lug 2. More preferably, the connection hole is formed by bending both end portions of the tubular body/the cylindrical body. Integrated into one piece need not extra processing or connection on supporting structure 3, simple structure, and the shaping is convenient.
Preferably, the limiting part 35 includes a limiting protrusion disposed on the connecting hole, and the control board and/or the hanging lug 2 is provided with a limiting groove/a limiting hole matched with the limiting protrusion. The limiting protrusions are arranged on the connecting holes and inserted into the limiting grooves/limiting holes, and the limiting protrusions and the limiting grooves/limiting holes are matched to prevent the connecting holes from rotating, so that the support structure 3 is prevented from rotating. More preferably, the limiting protrusion is an end protruding out of the connecting hole formed by bending the tubular body/the columnar body to form the connecting hole and then bending the connecting hole again. No additional molding is needed, so that the end head also has the function of preventing the connecting hole from rotating.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. A wall-mounted washing machine, comprising:
a control panel;
an electronic control box;
a bracket structure including a guide portion that guides a wire extending from the control board to the electrical control box;
the outer drum of the washing machine is provided with a hanging lug, the electric control box is arranged on the hanging lug, and the guide part guides a lead to extend from the control panel to the hanging lug;
the support structure is formed by bending a tubular body or a columnar body,
connecting holes are formed in two ends of the tubular body or the columnar body, and the fastening piece penetrates through the connecting holes to be connected with the control panel and the hanging lug respectively;
the connecting hole is provided with a limiting bulge, and the control panel and/or the hanging lug are/is provided with a limiting groove or a limiting hole matched with the limiting bulge.
2. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control panel is disposed in front of the tub, the control box is disposed behind a side of the tub, and the guide wire extends from the front of the tub away from the tub to the rear of the side of the tub.
3. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer tub has at least one hanging lug protruding radially outward from a wall thereof, the outer tub is mounted on the wall via the hanging lug, and the control box is disposed at a portion of the hanging lug protruding from the outer tub.
4. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the control panel is provided at a lower left side of the outer tub, and the control box is provided at a lower right side of the outer tub.
5. A wall mounted washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the tubular or cylindrical body is rounded.
6. A wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the bends of the frame structure are rounded.
7. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the tubular body or the cylindrical body extends from the control panel in a direction away from the tub for a distance and then is bent in a direction toward the ear to form a guide portion, and the wire is bound or wound around the guide portion and extends toward the electric control box on the ear.
8. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the wire is provided with an insulation part for preventing conduction outside.
9. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bracket is further structurally provided with a slip prevention part for preventing the wire from slipping off the guide part or preventing the wire binding structure from slipping off without binding the wire.
10. The wall-hung washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the coming-off preventive portion is formed by bending during a process of forming the guide portion by bending the tubular body or the cylindrical body.
11. The wall-hung washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the coming-off preventing part is a projection formed by bending a tubular body or a cylindrical body.
12. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the run-off preventing part is provided on a bent section of the guide part extending toward the hanging lug, and the run-off preventing part is smoothly transited.
13. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bracket structure is further provided with a reinforcing part for reinforcing the structural strength of the bracket, the reinforcing part is formed by bending the tubular body or the cylindrical body in the process of bending the guide part, and the reinforcing part is a protrusion formed by bending the tubular body or the cylindrical body.
14. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 13, wherein the reinforcement is provided on a bent section of the guide portion extending toward the hanging lug, and the reinforcement is smoothly transited.
15. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the coupling hole constitutes a coupling part fixedly coupling the support structure; the connection hole is formed by bending both end portions of the tubular body or the cylindrical body.
16. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the limit protrusion and the limit groove or the limit hole constitute a limit part for limiting the connection of the connection part and preventing the rotation of the bracket structure;
the limiting bulge is an end head protruding out of the connecting hole, and the end head is formed by bending the tubular body or the columnar body to form the connecting hole and then bending the connecting hole again.
