Technical Field
The invention relates to an ecological gravel bed technology in a river treatment technology, in particular to an aeration and backwashing water and gas distribution combined system for an ecological gravel bed.
Background
The method is improved and opened, and along with the continuous and high-speed development of economy in China, a plurality of river channels are seriously polluted to become 'black and odorous river channels'. According to relevant statistics, more than 80% of urban river channels in China are polluted, and seasonal and even perennial black and odorous phenomena appear in many river channels. In 2015, a water pollution prevention and control action plan (abbreviated as 'ten pieces of water') issued by a state institute provides a clear target for water quality control of rivers and lakes, and black and odorous water bodies in established areas of the cities of grade and above are controlled within 10% in 2020 and are totally eliminated in 2030.
As an inter-gravel contact oxidation technology, the ecological gravel bed technology can further treat river water with low pollutant content to improve water quality, meanwhile, the ecological gravel bed can be constructed according to the on-site situation in-situ or ex-situ treatment and is combined with landscape, the ecological gravel bed technology also has the function of beautifying the landscape while carrying out water treatment, and the ecological gravel bed technology has good requirements in river and lake basin treatment projects.
The ecological gravel bed technology is a mode for rapidly treating sewage, and the removal of pollutants is mainly realized through multiple actions of contact precipitation, adsorption, biodegradation and the like. Organic substances in water contact with the gravel surface, and due to the electrification of the gravel surface, the organic substances in the water are adsorbed to a biofilm on the gravel surface, and microorganisms or algae growing on the gravel surface decompose and oxidize the adsorbed pollutants. The removal of the pollutants by microorganisms needs to be carried out in an aerobic environment, and when the concentration of dissolved oxygen in river water is not enough to remove the pollutants to a target value, the ecological gravel bed needs to be aerated, so that a set of aeration system is needed in the bed body. The ecological gravel bed has small pores among the fillers and short settling distance, continuous water flow channels are formed among the gravels, when sewage passes through the ecological gravel bed, suspended solid in the water moves to the surface of the gravels due to precipitation, physical interception, hydrodynamic force and the like to contact with the surface of the gravels and precipitate, so that the gaps of the ecological gravel bed are gradually reduced, the filtration resistance is gradually increased, the ecological gravel bed has the risk of blockage, the fillers of the ecological gravel bed need to be cleaned, and the existing mature method of backwashing is air-water combined backwashing and needs a set of backwashing water distribution pipeline system and a set of backwashing gas distribution pipeline system. The pipeline system in the ecological gravel bed body is complex, and the water distribution and gas distribution are difficult to ensure even except for high manufacturing cost, difficult installation and high maintenance cost, so that the development of an aeration and backwashing combined system with simple construction, low manufacturing cost and reliable performance is urgently needed.

Furthermore, the ecological gravel bed is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and a water distribution tracery wall, the water inlet is connected with one side of the ecological gravel bed through the water distribution tracery wall, and the water outlet is connected with the other side of the ecological gravel bed through the water distribution tracery wall.
Further, the backwash water inlet chamber includes: the backwashing water distributor comprises a water inlet cavity, a backwashing water inlet pipe and holes, wherein the backwashing water inlet pipe is connected with the water inlet cavity, and the water inlet cavity is connected with a backwashing water distribution box through the holes.

compared with the prior art, the invention replaces the complex current situation of three sets of pipeline systems of an aeration pipeline system, a backwashing gas distribution system and a backwashing water distribution system in the traditional ecological gravel bed by additionally arranging the ecological gravel bed aeration and backwashing combined system, realizes that aeration, backwashing water distribution and gas distribution are more uniform, ensures that the installation is more convenient, the investment is more saved, the pollutant removal effect is better, the backwashing effect is more excellent, and reduces the risk of blockage of the ecological gravel bed.

The backwash water inlet chamber 400 includes: the backwashing water distribution box comprises a water inlet cavity body 410, a backwashing water inlet pipe 420 and a hole 430, wherein the backwashing water inlet pipe 420 is connected with the water inlet cavity body 410, and the water inlet cavity body 410 is connected with the backwashing water distribution box 300 through the hole 430.
The working principle of the invention is that the water and gas distribution filter bricks 200 are arranged at the bottom of the ecological gravel bed 100 to play the roles of supporting filter materials, aerating and backwashing water and gas distribution, and are used for aerating under the normal operation condition, when the ecological gravel bed 100 needs backwashing, the water and gas distribution filter bricks 200 play the roles of backwashing water and gas distribution to ensure the uniformity of backwashing water and gas distribution, backwashing water enters a backwashing water inlet cavity 400 through a backwashing water inlet pipe 420, the water inlet cavity 410 primarily distributes backwashing water, the water inlet cavity 410 is connected with backwashing water distribution boxes 300 through holes 430, each backwashing water distribution box 300 corresponds to one hole 430, backwashing water enters the backwashing water distribution box 300 through the holes 430, the backwashing water distribution boxes 300 are made of stainless steel materials, the backwashing water distribution boxes 300 are fixed on the partition walls of the ecological gravel bed 100 to play the role of connecting the filter brick structures 210 with a concrete pool body, meanwhile, backwashing water is distributed into the filter bricks and then enters the filter brick structure 210 to be distributed into the ecological gravel bed 100, so that the filler of the ecological gravel bed 100 is fully cleaned, the ecological gravel bed 100 utilizes a PLC automatic control system to control the operation and backwashing of the ecological gravel bed 100, the opening of a valve of an aeration backwashing air source distribution pipe is adjusted during normal operation, the system performs an aeration function, the opening of the valve of the aeration backwashing air source distribution pipe is increased during backwashing, a backwashing water inlet device is opened, the gas production rate of the backwashing air source device is increased, and the system performs backwashing water and gas distribution functions. The invention replaces the complex current situation of three sets of pipeline systems of an aeration pipeline system, a backwashing gas distribution system and a backwashing water distribution system in the traditional ecological gravel bed by arranging the ecological gravel bed aeration and backwashing combined system, realizes that aeration and backwashing water distribution and gas distribution are more uniform, ensures that the installation is more convenient, the investment is more saved, the pollutant removal effect is better, the backwashing effect is more excellent, and reduces the risk of blockage of the ecological gravel bed.
