Abstract
本发明公开了一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料,包括依次设置的亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层,所述亲肤层与人体皮肤直接接触,所述阻隔层与空气直接接触;所述亲肤层由竹纤维和羊毛纤维制成;所述吸附层以PP熔喷无纺布为基布,采用点黏复合技术,将球形活性炭颗粒黏合到PP熔喷无纺布上,制得中间吸附层;所述阻隔层由抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成。本发明的布料包括依次设置的亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层,亲肤层采用竹纤维和羊毛纤维制成,不仅具有亲肤柔软的舒适触感,而且具有极高的透气舒适性;本发明制得的布料在具有极高的透气舒适性的基础上,还具有优良的阻隔、吸附和抗菌功能,适用于一次性口罩的制造。

技术领域
本发明属于口罩加工领域,具体地,涉及一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料及其制备方法。
背景技术
空气质量的恶化、病毒病菌的传播和呼吸道疾病的流传,使得口罩在防护方面有了极高的使用率。目前,市场上流通的普通口罩一般用脱脂棉纱布或无纺布制作而成,能够阻挡空气中悬浮的绝大多数粒径较大的灰尘颗粒,并不能有效地防PM2.5、抗菌抗毒的功效。为了提高对颗粒物或者病毒等的阻隔效果,现有技术中一般会缩小口罩面料的孔径,但是缩小口罩面料的孔径会增大对气体的阻隔率,从而影响口罩的透气性能,影响口罩的佩戴舒适性。
专利号为CN201710529779.X的中国发明专利公开了一种透气口罩,口罩本体的过滤层下方铺设透气片,透气片铺设至靠近口罩本体两侧边,透气片面积大于口罩本体表层面积60%,口罩本体四角端处切边折叠。该申请通过过滤片的位置设置,比一般口罩增加过滤片有效面积一倍左右,从而增加透气性。但是该申请是从口罩结构方面对口罩的透气性进行改善,虽然也能一定程度上提高口罩透气性,但是该口罩采用的还是现有技术中的口罩布料,仍然存在难以兼具高阻隔和透气的性能,进而影响口罩的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料及其制备方法,该布料包括依次设置的亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层,亲肤层采用竹纤维和羊毛纤维制成,不仅具有亲肤柔软的舒适触感,而且具有极高的透气舒适性;吸附层表面点黏复合有活性炭颗粒,点黏的方式不会影响PP无纺布的透气性,而且还增加了物理吸附和化学杀菌的双重效果,提高了吸附层对空气的进一步净化过程;阻隔层直接与空气接触,采用的是抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成,抗菌纤维是经过改性的棉纤维,使得阻隔层仍然具有较好的透气性能,并且棉纤维经过改性处理后,具有良好的抑菌效果,使阻隔层能够初步对人体吸入的空气进行阻隔和杀菌;本发明制得的布料在具有极高的透气舒适性的基础上,还具有优良的阻隔、吸附和抗菌功能,适用于一次性口罩的制造。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料,包括依次设置的亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层,所述亲肤层与人体皮肤直接接触,所述阻隔层与空气直接接触;
其中,所述亲肤层由竹纤维和羊毛纤维制成;将竹纤维和羊毛纤维按照质量比10:7-8混合后,经开松机开松,经过梳理机梳棉成网,进行热粘合加固或水刺加固成均匀的纤维层,得到亲肤层;
所述吸附层以PP熔喷无纺布为基布,采用点黏复合技术,将球形活性炭颗粒黏合到PP熔喷无纺布上,制得中间吸附层;
所述阻隔层由抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成;将抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维按照质量比1:1混合后,经开松机开松,经过梳理机梳棉成网,进行热粘合加固或水刺加固成均匀的纤维层,得到阻隔层;
通过缝纫或超声波粘合的方式将亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层加固复合,得到一次性口罩制造用的透气布料。
进一步地,所述抗菌纤维由如下方法制备:
S1、将棉纤维加入正己烷中,再加入4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯,室温下搅拌反应24h,用乙醇和蒸馏水分别洗涤5-6次,抽滤,干燥,得到预处理棉纤维;
S2、取一定质量的预处理棉纤维加入到装有二甲基甲酰胺的三口烧瓶中,先通入氮气10-15min,除去烧瓶内的氧气,再进行加热和搅拌,当混合液温度升高至60-65℃时,加入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀后,于68-70℃搅拌反应7-8h,反应结束后离心,洗涤,干燥,得到接枝棉纤维;
S3、配制质量分数为10%的次氯酸钠溶液,并用硫酸调节溶液的pH值至7,按照固液比1g:35-40mL将接枝棉纤维置于该溶液中,室温下搅拌反应60-70min,反应完成后,先用自来水冲洗5-6次,再用去离子水冲洗5-6次,最后将产物置于46℃烘箱中干燥2-3h,得到抗菌纤维。
进一步地,步骤S1中棉纤维、正己烷、4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯的用量之比为10g:90-100mL:2-3g。
进一步地,步骤S2中催化剂为溴化铜和五甲基二乙烯三胺的混合物,二者的质量之比为1:1;预处理棉纤维、二甲基甲酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、催化剂的用量之比为10g:150-200mL:3-4g:0.1g。
进一步地,所述活性炭颗粒由如下方法制备:
(1)将球形活性炭置于160-180℃下,处理9-10min,得到预处理基碳;
(2)将10g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和45-55mL乙二醇同时置于三口烧瓶中,加热至60℃,搅拌至溶解,将1.5-2.0g硝酸银加入到溶液中,并在120℃下加热回流90-100min,冷却至室温后,获得纳米银胶体溶液;
(3)按照1g:8-10mL将预处理基碳加入至纳米银胶体溶液中,并在120℃下搅拌60-70min,过滤,用无水乙醇和去离子水分别洗涤4-5次,烘干,得到球形活性炭颗粒。
一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料的制备方法,具体如下:
通过缝纫或超声波粘合的方式将亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层依次加固复合,得到一次性口罩制造用的透气布料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的布料中阻隔层采用抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成,抗菌纤维是经过改性后的棉纤维,在棉纤维分子链上通过4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯分子引入卤胺型聚合物,一方面,4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯分子作为桥梁分子,其上含有苯环,刚性苯环能够增大棉纤维的力学性能,并且,大位阻的苯环能够增大纤维分子链之间的间距,提高透气舒适性;另一方面,接枝的卤胺型聚合物本身是一种有效抗菌成分,能够赋予棉纤维良好的抗菌性能,并且,棉纤维表面通过接枝聚合物,表面形貌发生了明显的变化,其表面貌变得粗糙,能够增大棉纤维与微生物细胞的接触面积,并可以将细菌吸附在其表面,有利于棉纤维上的-NCl-中的-Cl发挥作用,从而达到进一步增强抗菌效果的目的;并且,抗菌有效成分是通过化学键合的方式与棉纤维结合的,不易迁移和脱落,因此,存在抗菌持久性;
本发明布料的吸附层以PP熔喷无纺布作为基材,并在PP熔喷无纺布表面点黏复合有活性炭颗粒,经过预处理的活性炭表面通过溶胶法沉积了纳米银颗粒,纳米银颗粒以吸附和化学键合两种方式负载于活性炭上,使活性炭颗粒不仅具备物理吸附作用,而且还具有抗菌作用;将活性炭颗粒采用点黏复合技术吸附于PP熔喷无纺布表面上时,一方面,活性炭颗粒之间的间隙远大于气体流通孔径,因此,不会影响PP熔喷无纺布的透气性能;另一方面,活性炭颗粒本身是一种良好的吸附材料,可以吸附空气中的颗粒杂质物和部分气体物质,起到过滤的效果,此外,活性炭上负载的纳米银颗粒还能直接与进入的空气接触,起到进一步杀菌的作用,净化空气,起到更优的阻隔效果;
本发明的口罩用布料包括依次设置的亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层,亲肤层采用竹纤维和羊毛纤维制成,不仅具有亲肤柔软的舒适触感,而且具有极高的透气舒适性;吸附层表面点黏复合有活性炭颗粒,点黏的方式不会影响PP无纺布的透气性,而且还增加了物理吸附和化学杀菌的双重效果,提高了吸附层对空气的进一步净化过程;阻隔层直接与空气接触,采用的是抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成,抗菌纤维是经过改性的棉纤维,使得阻隔层仍然具有较好的透气性能,并且棉纤维经过改性处理后,具有良好的抑菌效果,使阻隔层能够初步对人体吸入的空气进行阻隔和杀菌;本发明制得的布料在具有极高的透气舒适性的基础上,还具有优良的阻隔、吸附和抗菌功能,适用于一次性口罩的制造。

一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料,包括依次设置的亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层,亲肤层与人体皮肤直接接触,阻隔层与空气直接接触;
其中,亲肤层由竹纤维和羊毛纤维制成;将竹纤维和羊毛纤维按照质量比10:7-8混合后,经开松机开松,经过梳理机梳棉成网,进行热粘合加固或水刺加固成均匀的纤维层,得到亲肤层;
吸附层以PP熔喷无纺布为基布,采用点黏复合技术,将球形活性炭颗粒黏合到PP熔喷无纺布上,制得中间吸附层;
阻隔层由抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成;将抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维按照质量比1:1混合后,经开松机开松,经过梳理机梳棉成网,进行热粘合加固或水刺加固成均匀的纤维层,得到阻隔层;

其中,抗菌纤维由如下方法制备:
S1、将棉纤维加入正己烷中,再加入4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯,室温下搅拌反应24h,用乙醇和蒸馏水分别洗涤5-6次,抽滤,干燥,得到预处理棉纤维;
其中,棉纤维、正己烷、4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯的用量之比为10g:90-100mL:2-3g;
该步骤中,棉纤维表面的-OH与4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯分子上的酰氯基-COCl发生反应,形成酯基,使4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯分子接枝于棉纤维分子链上;
S2、取一定质量的预处理棉纤维加入到装有二甲基甲酰胺的三口烧瓶中,先通入氮气10-15min,除去烧瓶内的氧气,再进行加热和搅拌,当混合液温度升高至60-65℃时,加入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀后,于68-70℃搅拌反应7-8h,反应结束后离心,洗涤,干燥,得到接枝棉纤维;
其中,催化剂为溴化铜和五甲基二乙烯三胺的混合物,二者的质量之比为1:1;预处理棉纤维、二甲基甲酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、催化剂的用量之比为10g:150-200mL:3-4g:0.1g;
该步骤中,棉纤维表面接枝的4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯分子,其上还含有卤代烃-Cl基,在催化剂的作用下,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺发生自由基聚合反应,形成的聚合物分子接枝于4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯分子的另一端,得到接枝棉纤维;
S3、配制质量分数为10%的次氯酸钠溶液,并用硫酸调节溶液的pH值至7,按照固液比1g:35-40mL将接枝棉纤维置于该溶液中,室温下搅拌反应60-70min,反应完成后,先用自来水冲洗5-6次,再用去离子水冲洗5-6次,最后将产物置于46℃烘箱中干燥2-3h,得到抗菌纤维;
接枝棉纤维上接枝的聚合物,该聚合物分子主链上含有-NH-基,与次氯酸钠溶液中的-Cl发生反应,形成-NCl-基团,即卤胺结构;
在棉纤维分子链上通过4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯分子引入卤胺型聚合物,一方面,4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯分子作为桥梁分子,其上含有苯环,刚性苯环能够增大棉纤维的力学性能,并且,大位阻的苯环能够增大纤维分子链之间的间距,提高透气舒适性;另一方面,接枝的卤胺型聚合物本身是一种有效抗菌成分,能够赋予棉纤维良好的抗菌性能,并且,棉纤维表面通过接枝聚合物,表面形貌发生了明显的变化,其表面貌变得粗糙,能够增大棉纤维与微生物细胞的接触面积,并可以将细菌吸附在其表面,有利于棉纤维上的-NCl-中的-Cl发挥作用,从而达到进一步增强抗菌效果的目的;并且,抗菌有效成分是通过化学键合的方式与棉纤维结合的,不易迁移和脱落,因此,存在抗菌持久性;
活性炭颗粒由如下方法制备:
(1)将球形活性炭置于160-180℃下,处理9-10min,得到预处理基碳;
对基炭预处理的目的是清除活性炭孔隙内部所吸附的水分和其它杂质,为改性剂增加更多的负载空间;特别是在较高处理温度下,对基炭表面具有轻微氧化作用,增加活性炭表面的含氧官能团(-OH、-CHO、-COOH等),不仅有利于后续改性剂的均匀分布,也可避免因炭表面电势和电位不同而导致的改性剂颗粒分散性差和颗粒间的团聚问题;
(2)将10g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和45-55mL乙二醇同时置于三口烧瓶中,加热至60℃,搅拌至溶解,将1.5-2.0g硝酸银加入到溶液中,并在120℃下加热回流90-100min,冷却至室温后,获得纳米银胶体溶液;
(3)按照1g:8-10mL将预处理基碳加入至纳米银胶体溶液中,并在120℃下搅拌60-70min,过滤,用无水乙醇和去离子水分别洗涤4-5次,烘干,得到球形活性炭颗粒;
经过预处理的活性炭表面通过溶胶法沉积了纳米银颗粒,纳米银颗粒以吸附和化学键合两种方式负载于活性炭上,使活性炭颗粒不仅具备物理吸附作用,而且还具有抗菌作用;将活性炭颗粒采用点黏复合技术吸附于PP熔喷无纺布表面上时,一方面,活性炭颗粒之间的间隙远大于气体流通孔径,因此,不会影响PP熔喷无纺布的透气性能;另一方面,活性炭颗粒本身是一种良好的吸附材料,可以吸附空气中的颗粒杂质物和部分气体物质,起到过滤的效果,此外,活性炭上负载的纳米银颗粒还能直接与进入的空气接触,起到进一步杀菌的作用,净化空气,起到更优的阻隔效果。
实施例1
阻隔层由抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成;将抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维按照质量比1:1混合后,经开松机开松,经过梳理机梳棉成网,进行热粘合加固或水刺加固成均匀的纤维层,得到阻隔层;
其中,抗菌纤维由如下方法制备:
S1、将棉纤维加入正己烷中,再加入4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯,室温下搅拌反应24h,用乙醇和蒸馏水分别洗涤5次,抽滤,干燥,得到预处理棉纤维;
其中,棉纤维、正己烷、4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯的用量之比为10g:90mL:2g;
S2、取一定质量的预处理棉纤维加入到装有二甲基甲酰胺的三口烧瓶中,先通入氮气10-15min,除去烧瓶内的氧气,再进行加热和搅拌,当混合液温度升高至60℃时,加入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀后,于68℃搅拌反应8h,反应结束后离心,洗涤,干燥,得到接枝棉纤维;

S3、配制质量分数为10%的次氯酸钠溶液,并用硫酸调节溶液的pH值至7,按照固液比1g:35mL将接枝棉纤维置于该溶液中,室温下搅拌反应60min,反应完成后,先用自来水冲洗5次,再用去离子水冲洗5次,最后将产物置于46℃烘箱中干燥2h,得到抗菌纤维。
实施例2
阻隔层由抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成;将抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维按照质量比1:1混合后,经开松机开松,经过梳理机梳棉成网,进行热粘合加固或水刺加固成均匀的纤维层,得到阻隔层;
其中,抗菌纤维由如下方法制备:
S1、将棉纤维加入正己烷中,再加入4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯,室温下搅拌反应24h,用乙醇和蒸馏水分别洗涤6次,抽滤,干燥,得到预处理棉纤维;
其中,棉纤维、正己烷、4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯的用量之比为10g:100mL:3g;
S2、取一定质量的预处理棉纤维加入到装有二甲基甲酰胺的三口烧瓶中,先通入氮气15min,除去烧瓶内的氧气,再进行加热和搅拌,当混合液温度升高至65℃时,加入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀后,于70℃搅拌反应7h,反应结束后离心,洗涤,干燥,得到接枝棉纤维;
其中,催化剂为溴化铜和五甲基二乙烯三胺的混合物,二者的质量之比为1:1;预处理棉纤维、二甲基甲酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、催化剂的用量之比为10g:200mL:4g:0.1g;
S3、配制质量分数为10%的次氯酸钠溶液,并用硫酸调节溶液的pH值至7,按照固液比1g:40mL将接枝棉纤维置于该溶液中,室温下搅拌反应70min,反应完成后,先用自来水冲洗6次,再用去离子水冲洗6次,最后将产物置于46℃烘箱中干燥3h,得到抗菌纤维。
对比例1
将实施例1中的抗菌纤维换成普通棉纤维,其余原料及制备过程不变。
对实施例1-2和对比例1制得的面料进行如下性能测试:参考GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,测试面料对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率;依据GB/T5453-1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》,测试透气性能;采用AFT8130型自动滤料测试仪测试过滤性能;测试结果如下表1所示:

由上表1可知,实施例1-2制得的阻隔层对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均达到了99.9%以上,说明本发明通过对棉纤维进行改性,能够赋予棉纤维良好的抗菌性能,使阻隔层具备抗菌功能;由上表1可知,实施例1-2制得的阻隔层的透气率为3334.5-3339.2mm·s-1,相较于对比例1,说明本发明对棉纤维经过改性处理,通过引入苯环,不会对棉纤维的透气形成产生影响,使阻隔层仍然具备良好的透气性能;由上表1可知,实施例1-2制得的阻隔层的过滤效率为93.24-93.76%,说明本发明制得的阻隔层具有良好的初步阻隔效果。
实施例3
吸附层以PP熔喷无纺布为基布,采用点黏复合技术,将球形活性炭颗粒黏合到PP熔喷无纺布上,制得中间吸附层;
其中,活性炭颗粒由如下方法制备:
(1)将球形活性炭置于160℃下,处理9min,得到预处理基碳;
(2)将10g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和45mL乙二醇同时置于三口烧瓶中,加热至60℃,搅拌至溶解,将1.5g硝酸银加入到溶液中,并在120℃下加热回流90min,冷却至室温后,获得纳米银胶体溶液;
(3)按照1g:8mL将预处理基碳加入至纳米银胶体溶液中,并在120℃下搅拌60min,过滤,用无水乙醇和去离子水分别洗涤4次,烘干,得到球形活性炭颗粒。
实施例4
吸附层以PP熔喷无纺布为基布,采用点黏复合技术,将球形活性炭颗粒黏合到PP熔喷无纺布上,制得中间吸附层;
其中,活性炭颗粒由如下方法制备:
(1)将球形活性炭置于180℃下,处理9min,得到预处理基碳;
(2)将10g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和55mL乙二醇同时置于三口烧瓶中,加热至60℃,搅拌至溶解,将2.0g硝酸银加入到溶液中,并在120℃下加热回流100min,冷却至室温后,获得纳米银胶体溶液;
(3)按照1g:10mL将预处理基碳加入至纳米银胶体溶液中,并在120℃下搅拌70min,过滤,用无水乙醇和去离子水分别洗涤5次,烘干,得到球形活性炭颗粒。
对比例2
将实施例3中活性炭颗粒换成普通不经过任何处理的活性炭颗粒,其余原料及制备过程不变。
对比例3
将实施例3中活性炭不经过预处理,直接溶胶负载银,其余原料及制备过程不变。
对比例4
PP熔喷无纺布。
对实施例3-4和对比例2-3制得的吸附层进行如下性能测试:参考GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,测试吸附层对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率;依据GB/T5453-1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》,测试透气性能;采用AFT8130型自动滤料测试仪测试过滤性能;测试结果如下表2:

由上表2可知,实施例3-4制得的吸附层对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别均达到了99.9%以上,说明本发明采用的吸附层具有良好的抗菌功能,说明活性炭颗粒上通过沉积纳米银,使得吸附层不仅具有物理吸附作用还具有抗菌功能;由上表2可知,实施例3-4制得的阻隔层的透气率为2756.4-2830.7mm·s-1,说明本发明制得的阻隔层能够保证透气性;由上表2可知,实施例3-4制得的阻隔层的过滤效率为93.24-93.76%,说明本发明制得的吸附层具有较高的过滤效率,能够起到净化空气的效果;结合对比例3,说明活性炭经过预处理,不仅能够优化自身的孔结构,而且能够形成较多的含氧官能团,有利于后续对纳米银颗粒的化学吸附,也有利于纳米银颗粒的均匀分散;相较于对比例2,说明活性炭通过预处理和沉积纳米银,使活性炭颗粒不仅具有物理吸附作用,而且还具有抗菌功能;结合对比例4,说明本发明的活性炭颗粒采用点黏复合的方式复合于表面,对PP无纺布透气性的影响不大,反而会提高其过滤性能。
实施例5
通过缝纫或超声波粘合的方式将亲肤层、实施例3制得的吸附层和实施例1制得的阻隔层加固复合,得到一次性口罩制造用的透气布料。
实施例6
通过缝纫或超声波粘合的方式将亲肤层、实施例4制得的吸附层和实施例2制得的阻隔层加固复合,得到一次性口罩制造用的透气布料。
对制得的透气布料,进行透气性和过滤性能测试,测试结果如下表3:

由上表3可知,实施例5-6制得的布料的透气率为2553.7-2569.9mm·s-1,过滤效率为95.8-96.2%,说明本发明制得的布料具有良好透气性的基础上,还具有较高的过滤效率和抗菌性能,适用于一次性口罩的制作。

Claims (6)
1.一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料,其特征在于,包括依次设置的亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层,所述亲肤层与人体皮肤直接接触,所述阻隔层与空气直接接触;
其中,所述亲肤层由竹纤维和羊毛纤维制成;将竹纤维和羊毛纤维按照质量比10:7-8混合后,经开松机开松,经过梳理机梳棉成网,进行热粘合加固或水刺加固成均匀的纤维层,得到亲肤层;
所述吸附层以PP熔喷无纺布为基布,采用点黏复合技术,将球形活性炭颗粒黏合到PP熔喷无纺布上,制得中间吸附层;
所述阻隔层由抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维制成;将抗菌纤维和聚酯纤维按照质量比1:1混合后,经开松机开松,经过梳理机梳棉成网,进行热粘合加固或水刺加固成均匀的纤维层,得到阻隔层;
通过缝纫或超声波粘合的方式将亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层加固复合,得到一次性口罩制造用的透气布料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维由如下方法制备:
S1、将棉纤维加入正己烷中,再加入4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯,室温下搅拌反应24h,用乙醇和蒸馏水分别洗涤5-6次,抽滤,干燥,得到预处理棉纤维;
S2、取一定质量的预处理棉纤维加入到装有二甲基甲酰胺的三口烧瓶中,先通入氮气10-15min,除去烧瓶内的氧气,再进行加热和搅拌,当混合液温度升高至60-65℃时,加入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀后,于68-70℃搅拌反应7-8h,反应结束后离心,洗涤,干燥,得到接枝棉纤维;
S3、配制质量分数为10%的次氯酸钠溶液,并用硫酸调节溶液的pH值至7,按照固液比1g:35-40mL将接枝棉纤维置于该溶液中,室温下搅拌反应60-70min,反应完成后,先用自来水冲洗5-6次,再用去离子水冲洗5-6次,最后将产物置于46℃烘箱中干燥2-3h,得到抗菌纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料,其特征在于,步骤S1中棉纤维、正己烷、4-(氯甲基)苯甲酰氯的用量之比为10g:90-100mL:2-3g。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料,其特征在于,步骤S2中催化剂为溴化铜和五甲基二乙烯三胺的混合物,二者的质量之比为1:1;预处理棉纤维、二甲基甲酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、催化剂的用量之比为10g:150-200mL:3-4g:0.1g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料,其特征在于,所述活性炭颗粒由如下方法制备:
(1)将球形活性炭置于160-180℃下,处理9-10min,得到预处理基碳;
(2)将10g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和45-55mL乙二醇同时置于三口烧瓶中,加热至60℃,搅拌至溶解,将1.5-2.0g硝酸银加入到溶液中,并在120℃下加热回流90-100min,冷却至室温后,获得纳米银胶体溶液;
(3)按照1g:8-10mL将预处理基碳加入至纳米银胶体溶液中,并在120℃下搅拌60-70min,过滤,用无水乙醇和去离子水分别洗涤4-5次,烘干,得到球形活性炭颗粒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性口罩制造用的透气布料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体如下:
通过缝纫或超声波粘合的方式将亲肤层、吸附层和阻隔层依次加固复合,得到一次性口罩制造用的透气布料。
