本发明涉及一种硅基多孔复合板材,包括支撑体层,其特征在于:在支撑体层上从里到外依次有致密层和多孔层;所述致密层为建筑用防水胶或0.12~0.30 mm厚的超薄玻璃;所述多孔层,按质量百分比计,由10%‑25%硅溶胶、70%‑85%硅藻土、5%‑15%玻璃粉烧结制得。本发明的有益效果:该复合板材结构简单、各结构单元制备工艺成熟、易大尺寸规模化生产;吸水率是多孔层体积的2‑4倍;复合板材适用于有消毒需求的居家或公共环境的室内墙面或地面。

技术领域
本发明属建筑材料领域,涉及一种硅基多孔复合板材。
背景技术
随着冠状病毒在全球此起彼伏的肆虐,在日常生活中人们越来越关注卫生安全问题。人们的居家生活以及公共活动多数都是在室内进行的,因此,人们对于个人房屋以及公共场所所用的建筑材料有了更高的要求,在建筑材料耐用、环保的同时还希望其具有可杀菌消毒的作用。目前,尤其是室内所用的建筑装饰材料多数都是光滑的或是不易喷洒液体消毒剂的材料,比如瓷砖,其表面是光滑的,在喷洒消毒液后不仅容易使人滑倒而且消毒液也会很快挥发失去消毒作用;而对于墙面漆或墙纸来说,喷洒液体消毒剂可能会造成墙面漆或纸的起皮脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有建筑装置材料喷洒消毒液后消毒作用不持久、墙壁易脱落、易致人滑到的问题,提供一种硅基多孔复合板材,该复合板材的多孔层可吸存大量消毒液,从而达到长期持续消毒的效果,同时表面的多孔特性更容易吸附病毒并将其固定下来,减少其在空气中继续传播;多孔的表面具有较大的摩擦力,喷洒液体后也不易滑倒。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种硅基多孔复合板材,包括支撑体层,其特征在于:在支撑体层上从里到外依次有致密层和多孔层;
所述致密层为建筑用防水胶或0.12~0.30 mm厚的超薄玻璃;
所述多孔层,按质量百分比计,由10%-25%硅溶胶、70%-85%硅藻土、5%-15%玻璃粉烧结(800-1100℃)制得。
进一步,所述建筑用防水胶为聚乙烯胶水、聚丙烯胶水、聚酰胺胶水、聚碳酸酯胶水、橡胶胶水、聚氨酯胶水或聚苯乙烯胶水。
进一步,所述多孔层中硅藻土中值粒径为30μm。
进一步,所述多孔层中玻璃粉中值粒径为50μm。
进一步,所述多孔层中玻璃粉为纳钙硅玻璃粉或硼硅酸盐玻璃粉。
进一步,所述多孔层,按质量百分比计,由13%-18%硅溶胶、75%-80%硅藻土、8%-13%玻璃粉烧结制得。
进一步,所述支撑体层为硅酸盐水泥、瓷砖等传统高强度无机非金属建筑材料。
进一步,所述支撑体层和致密层也可作为整体,为致密釉层的瓷砖。
进一步,所述多孔层的拐角可设置储液槽,能够储存更多的消毒液,进一步延长消毒作用。
高强度的支撑体层作为复合板材的承载体能够保证复合板材使用过程中的可靠性及安全性,致密层可防止多孔层中的消毒液渗透、流失,多孔层可吸存大量消毒液达到长期持续消毒的效果,同时多孔表面更容易吸附病毒将其固定下来而不会继续在空气中传播,同时当其作为地板材料时,多孔表明摩擦力较大不会使人滑倒;其中,致密层也起到将支撑体层和多孔层紧密粘结在一起的作用,使整个复合板材不仅具有支撑体层的结构强度,同时具有多孔层长期持续消毒的功能性,最终制备出结构、功能一体化的复合板材。
本发明的有益效果:该复合板材结构简单、各结构单元制备工艺成熟、易大尺寸规模化生产;吸水率是多孔层体积的2-4倍;复合板材适用于有消毒需求的居家或公共环境的室内墙面或地面。

以下实施例中所用超薄玻璃为中建材蚌埠玻璃工业设计研究院有限公司所生产的厚度为0.12~0.30 mm的超薄玻璃,硅藻土中值粒径为30μm,玻璃粉中值粒径为50μm。

由建筑用聚乙烯防水胶制得的致密层可将支撑体层和多孔层紧密黏在一起最终制得复合板材。

一种硅基多孔复合板材,包括由瓷砖制得的支撑体层,在支撑体层上从里到外依次设有致密层和多孔层;
所述致密层为由建筑用聚丙烯防水胶制得;
所述多孔层,按质量百分比计算,由20%硅溶胶、70%硅藻土、10%硼硅酸盐玻璃粉烧结900 ℃制得;
由建筑用聚丙烯防水胶制得的致密层可将支撑体层和多孔层紧密黏在一起最终制得复合板材。

所述多孔层,按质量百分比计算,由10%硅溶胶、85%硅藻土、5%纳钙硅玻璃粉烧结1100℃制得,并在多孔层的拐角处设置储液槽(如图2所示);
