本发明属于功能性纺织材料领域,具体涉及一种绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料。本发明从内侧到外侧依次由基底层、隔热泡沫层和面层经绗缝线缝合制成;所述基底层为一侧镀有镀铝膜的长丝机织布面料,且镀铝膜位于外侧;所述隔热泡沫层由聚酯纤维无纺布基材和涂覆在聚酯纤维无纺布基材上的微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜组成;所述面层为一侧镀有镀铝膜另一侧涂覆有伪装花纹的长丝机织布面料,且镀铝膜位于内侧,且伪装花纹为采用喷绘工艺涂覆于长丝机织布面料表面的低红外发射率涂层。本发明能够有效抑制大气窗口范围内的辐射特征,同时还能应对短时间的局部高温,具有很强的综合隐身性能,具有较好的可靠性和耐久性。

Description

一种绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料
技术领域
本发明属于功能性纺织材料技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料。
背景技术
目前用于军事伪装的材料越来越多,如伪装网、伪装帐篷、单兵伪装衣、狙击服装等,对可见光、近红外光以及雷达波段都有较好的防侦察效果,但在防热红外侦察技术方面还不够完善。以单兵作战用的伪装服为例,其伪装效果仍有待进一步提升,特别是在防热红外成像侦察方面。我公司在公开号为CN 107554014 B的发明专利中提供了一种防热红外侦察隐身面料及其制作方法,制得的隐身面料能够在红外成像仪下有效隐身30min以上。在此基础上,如何进一步突破隐身时间的限制,如何进一步提升隐身面料的轻便性,是本领域技术人员面临的一项重要课题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,以提升其综合性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,从内侧到外侧依次由基底层、隔热泡沫层和面层经绗缝线缝合制成;所述基底层为一侧镀有镀铝膜的长丝机织布面料,且镀铝膜位于外侧;所述隔热泡沫层由聚酯纤维无纺布基材和涂覆在聚酯纤维无纺布基材上的微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜组成;所述面层为一侧镀有镀铝膜另一侧涂覆有伪装花纹的长丝机织布面料,且镀铝膜位于内侧,且伪装花纹为采用喷绘工艺涂覆于长丝机织布面料表面的低红外发射率涂层;所述的低红外发射率涂层通过以下步骤制备得到:
S1:按重量计将水250-300份、烯丙醇聚氧丙烯醚磷酸酯5-7份、烯丙醇醚磷酸酯2-3份混合均匀,得混合物A;
S2:按重量计将丙烯酸丁酯50-60份、异丙基苯乙烯10-12份、醋酸乙烯酯10-12份、石油醚8-9份、丙酮5-7份、油性色料2-7份混合均匀,得混合物B;
S3:将水30-40份、正丁醇15-20份、1,2-丙二醇2-3份、1,4-丁二醇2-3份、曲拉通5-7份、石墨烯0.02份、钛酸异丙酯2-3份、三氯化铁1-2份混合均匀,得混合物C;
S4:将混合物A与混合物B混合并搅拌升温至68℃,然后加入含水25-30份含过硫酸铵1份的水溶液,保温5-6h,然后加入混合物C,继续保温并搅拌1.5-2h,得所述的低红外发射率涂层。
本发明的进一步优选方案是,所述隔热泡沫层中,聚酯纤维无纺布基材位于内侧,微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜位于外侧。
本发明的进一步优选方案是,所述隔热泡沫层中,聚酯纤维无纺布基材与微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜之间还夹设有一层金属导热网。
本发明的进一步优选方案是,所述金属导热网为方孔斜纹编织网,网孔直径为2-4mm,金属丝直径为0.05-0.1mm。
本发明的进一步优选方案是,所述绗缝线为经向绗缝线、纬向绗缝线、经纬向相结合绗缝线、菱形绗缝线、弧形绗缝线和曲线绗缝线中的至少一种。
本发明的进一步优选方案是,所述伪装花纹为植被色伪装迷彩图案或荒漠色伪装迷彩图案;所述伪装花纹由多种含有不同颜色油性色料的低红外发射率涂层通过喷绘工艺制备得到。
本发明的进一步优选方案是,所述基底层和所述面层中的镀铝膜均可采用真空镀铝或磁控溅射镀铝加工得到。
本发明的进一步优选方案是,所述隔热泡沫层通过以下步骤制备得到:首先,选用聚酯纤维无纺布,在压光机上进行压光处理获得所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材,工艺条件是压力80-120t、热棍温度80-120℃、速度10-30m/min;然后,在所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材的一面涂布微孔泡沫涂层,涂层材料为水性聚氨酯乳液、发泡剂、稳定剂、增稠剂和固化剂,采用机械发泡机进行发泡,发泡比为1:4-5,涂层浆层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,烘干温度为110-130℃,固化温度为160-180℃,布速为10-20m/min,使所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材的一面附有所述微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜。
本发明制得的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,从内侧到外侧依次由基底层、隔热泡沫层和面层经绗缝线缝合制成。面层为一侧镀有镀铝膜另一侧涂覆有伪装花纹的长丝机织布面料。其中,长丝机织布面料作为基础,保证了整体强度,并赋予较好的可缝制性和耐用性;镀铝膜主要用于阻挡来自内侧的热红外辐射;伪装花纹采用迷彩图案,能够在可见光区进行有效伪装,同时伪装花纹采用低红外发射率原料制成,并对两个大气窗口(3.5-5.5μm、8.0-14.0μm)范围内的辐射特性进行了针对性抑制。由于对伪装花纹材料的红外辐射特征进行了针对性优化,本发明中的隔热泡沫层与常规隔热层的功能有所不同,其主要目的是抑制内部可能存在的局部高温向面层传导,例如热的食物包、火苗等热源,而对于人体或接近人体的温度,面层的红外辐射已基本满足隐身要求;此外,在隔热泡沫层内夹设金属丝网的的优化方案,其目的同样是为了抑制可能出现的局部过热。基底层中,长丝机织布面料作为基础,保证整体强度,并赋予较好的可缝制性和耐用性;镀铝膜主要用于阻挡直接来自内侧的热红外辐射。绗缝线缝合工艺可克服基底层、隔热泡沫层和面层之间胶黏难度大的困难,将三层有效整合成一个整体,耐久性好,可靠性强。
有益效果:本发明制得的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,能够有效抑制3.5-5.5μm和8.0-14.0μm两个大气窗口范围内的辐射特征,同时还能应对短时间的局部高温,具有很强的综合隐身性能,具有较好的可靠性和耐久性。

实施例1
一种绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,从内侧到外侧依次由基底层、隔热泡沫层和面层经绗缝线缝合制成;所述基底层为一侧镀有镀铝膜的长丝机织布面料,且镀铝膜位于外侧;所述隔热泡沫层由聚酯纤维无纺布基材和涂覆在聚酯纤维无纺布基材上的微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜组成;所述面层为一侧镀有镀铝膜另一侧涂覆有伪装花纹的长丝机织布面料,且镀铝膜位于内侧,且伪装花纹为采用喷绘工艺涂覆于长丝机织布面料表面的低红外发射率涂层;所述的低红外发射率涂层通过以下步骤制备得到:
S1:按重量计将水250份、烯丙醇聚氧丙烯醚磷酸酯7份、烯丙醇醚磷酸酯3份混合均匀,得混合物A;
S2:按重量计将丙烯酸丁酯50份、异丙基苯乙烯10份、醋酸乙烯酯10份、石油醚9份、丙酮7份、油性色料7份混合均匀,得混合物B;
S3:将水30份、正丁醇20份、1,2-丙二醇3份、1,4-丁二醇3份、曲拉通7份、石墨烯0.02份、钛酸异丙酯3份、三氯化铁2份混合均匀,得混合物C;
S4:将混合物A与混合物B混合并搅拌升温至68℃,然后加入含水25份含过硫酸铵1份的水溶液,保温5h,然后加入混合物C,继续保温并搅拌1.5h,得所述的低红外发射率涂层。

S1:按重量计将水300份、烯丙醇聚氧丙烯醚磷酸酯5份、烯丙醇醚磷酸酯2份混合均匀,得混合物A;

S1:按重量计将水280份、烯丙醇聚氧丙烯醚磷酸酯6份、烯丙醇醚磷酸酯3份混合均匀,得混合物A;
S2:按重量计将丙烯酸丁酯55份、异丙基苯乙烯11份、醋酸乙烯酯10份、石油醚8份、丙酮5份、油性色料5份混合均匀,得混合物B;
S3:将水35份、正丁醇17份、1,2-丙二醇3份、1,4-丁二醇2份、曲拉通6份、石墨烯0.02份、钛酸异丙酯2份、三氯化铁2份混合均匀,得混合物C;
S4:将混合物A与混合物B混合并搅拌升温至68℃,然后加入含水30份含过硫酸铵1份的水溶液,保温5h,然后加入混合物C,继续保温并搅拌2h,得所述的低红外发射率涂层。
本实施例中,所述隔热泡沫层中,聚酯纤维无纺布基材位于内侧,微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜位于外侧。
本实施例中,所述隔热泡沫层中,聚酯纤维无纺布基材与微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜之间还夹设有一层表面包覆有抗氧化层的铜金属导热网。
本实施例中,所述金属导热网为方孔斜纹编织网,网孔直径为4mm,金属丝直径为0.1mm。
本实施例中,所述绗缝线为经向绗缝线。
本实施例中,所述伪装花纹为植被色伪装迷彩图案;所述伪装花纹由多种含有不同颜色油性色料的低红外发射率涂层通过喷绘工艺制备得到。
本实施例中,所述基底层和所述面层中的镀铝膜均采用真空镀铝加工得到。
本实施例中,所述隔热泡沫层通过以下步骤制备得到:首先,选用聚酯纤维无纺布,在压光机上进行压光处理获得所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材,工艺条件是压力100t、热棍温度110℃、速度20m/min;然后,在所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材的一面涂布微孔泡沫涂层,涂层材料为水性聚氨酯乳液、发泡剂、稳定剂、增稠剂和固化剂,采用机械发泡机进行发泡,发泡比为1:5,涂层浆层厚度为0.3mm,烘干温度为120℃,固化温度为170℃,布速为15m/min,使所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材的一面附有所述微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜。
实施例1至3的发射率谱图如图1所示,可见各实施例在3.5-5.5μm和8.0-14.0μm两个大气窗口范围内的辐射特征均被限制在非常低的范围内,因而具有较强的防红外侦查能力。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,其特征在于:从内侧到外侧依次由基底层、隔热泡沫层和面层经绗缝线缝合制成;所述基底层为一侧镀有镀铝膜的长丝机织布面料,且镀铝膜位于外侧;所述隔热泡沫层由聚酯纤维无纺布基材和涂覆在聚酯纤维无纺布基材上的微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜组成;所述面层为一侧镀有镀铝膜另一侧涂覆有伪装花纹的长丝机织布面料,且镀铝膜位于内侧,且伪装花纹为采用喷绘工艺涂覆于长丝机织布面料表面的低红外发射率涂层;所述的低红外发射率涂层通过以下步骤制备得到:
S1:按重量计将水250-300份、烯丙醇聚氧丙烯醚磷酸酯5-7份、烯丙醇醚磷酸酯2-3份混合均匀,得混合物A;
S2:按重量计将丙烯酸丁酯50-60份、异丙基苯乙烯10-12份、醋酸乙烯酯10-12份、石油醚8-9份、丙酮5-7份、油性色料2-7份混合均匀,得混合物B;
S3:将水30-40份、正丁醇15-20份、1,2-丙二醇2-3份、1,4-丁二醇2-3份、曲拉通5-7份、石墨烯0.02份、钛酸异丙酯2-3份、三氯化铁1-2份混合均匀,得混合物C;
S4:将混合物A与混合物B混合并搅拌升温至68℃,然后加入含水25-30份含过硫酸铵1份的水溶液,保温5-6h,然后加入混合物C,继续保温并搅拌1.5-2h,得所述的低红外发射率涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,其特征在于:所述隔热泡沫层中,聚酯纤维无纺布基材位于内侧,微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜位于外侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,其特征在于:所述隔热泡沫层中,聚酯纤维无纺布基材与微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜之间还夹设有一层金属导热网。
4.根据权利要求3所述的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,其特征在于:所述金属导热网为方孔斜纹编织网,网孔直径为2-4mm,金属丝直径为0.05-0.1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,其特征在于:所述绗缝线为经向绗缝线、纬向绗缝线、经纬向相结合绗缝线、菱形绗缝线、弧形绗缝线和曲线绗缝线中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,其特征在于:所述伪装花纹为植被色伪装迷彩图案或荒漠色伪装迷彩图案;所述伪装花纹由多种含有不同颜色油性色料的低红外发射率涂层通过喷绘工艺制备得到。
7.根据权利要求1所述的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,其特征在于:所述基底层和所述面层中的镀铝膜均可采用真空镀铝或磁控溅射镀铝加工得到。
8.根据权利要求1所述的绗缝线缝制复合成的防热红外侦察隐身面料,其特征在于:所述隔热泡沫层通过以下步骤制备得到:首先,选用聚酯纤维无纺布,在压光机上进行压光处理获得所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材,工艺条件是压力80-120t、热棍温度80-120℃、速度10-30m/min;然后,在所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材的一面涂布微孔泡沫涂层,涂层材料为水性聚氨酯乳液、发泡剂、稳定剂、增稠剂和固化剂,采用机械发泡机进行发泡,发泡比为1:4-5,涂层浆层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,烘干温度为110-130℃,固化温度为160-180℃,布速为10-20m/min,使所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材的一面附有所述微孔泡沫涂层聚氨酯膜。
