本发明提供了一种铜铝复合排履带拉拔模具可移动装置,包括履带拉拔机,履带拉拔机右侧同一水平线上设有矫直机和来料导向装置,履带拉拔机右侧设有拉拔模具,所述拉拔模具下方设有模具支架,模具支架前端与履带拉拔机的机架固定连接,所述模具支架上方两侧各设有滑轨,拉拔模具下端位于滑轨内,拉拔模具可沿滑轨前后滑动,拉拔模具下方设有连接板,连接板与模具油缸内的油缸活塞杆相连,模具油缸设于模具支架的后端。本发明解决了铜铝复合排的连续拉拔直线度不稳定不合格问题,从而实现了铜铝复合排的连续拉拔切断成品的工艺稳定性,大幅度提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于双金属复合材料设备技术领域,具体地说涉及一种铜铝复合排履带拉拔模具可移动装置。
背景技术
随着全球对节能环保越来越重视,要求越来越高,铜铝复合排的应用日益扩大,产能越发显的不足,主要集中在拉拔产能低下;为了解决拉拔效率低下的问题,进行了一系列改时,最终将铜管履带拉拔设备成功改造运用到铜铝复合排的拉拔生产上,大大提高了生产效率,但不足的是改造的履带拉无法生产六米定尺成品排,因为生产的排直线度不满足要求,只能将最后一道工序转移到产能低下的液压拉拔,以此来保证材料的直线度,严重制约了履带拉拔工艺的产量;同时现有履带拉拔及模具位置固定不变,距离仅为600mm,铜铝复合排在履带上会出现不稳定的横向波动,对模具内材料变形应力产生的不稳定影响很严重。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种铜铝复合排履带拉拔模具可移动装置,解决了背景技术中履带拉拔最后六米成品排的直线度问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:铜铝复合排履带拉拔模具可移动装置,包括履带拉拔机,履带拉拔机右侧同一水平线上设有矫直机和来料导向装置,履带拉拔机右侧设有拉拔模具,所述拉拔模具下方设有模具支架,模具支架前端与履带拉拔机的机架固定连接,所述模具支架上方两侧各设有滑轨,拉拔模具下端位于滑轨内,拉拔模具可沿滑轨前后滑动,拉拔模具下方设有连接板,连接板与模具油缸内的油缸活塞杆相连,模具油缸设于模具支架的后端,所述履带拉拔机的机架上端设有气缸固定座,气缸固定座上设有气缸,气缸下方设有两个并排的导向辊,其中一个导向辊与调节手轮相连。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过可移动的结构,使模具与履带之间的距离呈几何倍数拉大,通过拉长距离来改善几何因素,该变化会使同样的受力产生的同等几何变动,对材料产生的应力影响降低数倍,以此达到减少变形目的;通过设置导向辊阻挡履带拉拔受力产生的几何变动传递到模具,以此来进一步改善模具定型区材料的应力变化,从而使材料成型更稳定。本发明以较小的改动,较低的成本费用,解决了铜铝复合排的连续拉拔直线度不稳定不合格问题,从而实现了铜铝复合排的连续拉拔切断成品的工艺稳定性,淘汰最后一道工序低效率的液压拉拔,大幅度提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:铜铝复合排履带拉拔模具可移动装置,包括履带拉拔机1,履带拉拔机1右侧同一水平线上设有矫直机3和来料导向装置4,履带拉拔机1右侧设有拉拔模具2,拉拔模具2下方设有模具支架11,模具支架11前端与履带拉拔机1的机架14固定连接,模具支架11上方两侧各设有滑轨10,拉拔模具2下端位于滑轨10内,拉拔模具2可沿滑轨10前后滑动,拉拔模具2下方设有连接板13,连接板13与模具油缸6内的油缸活塞杆15相连,模具油缸6设于模具支架11的后端,履带拉拔机1的机架14上端设有气缸固定座12,气缸固定座12上设有气缸7,气缸7下方设有两个并排的导向辊9,其中一个导向辊9与调节手轮8相连,通过调节手轮8可调节两导向辊9之间的距离。
具体地,尚未进行拉拔前,先把履带复合材料5一端通过来料导向装置4、矫直机3进入拉拔模具2,从拉拔模具2进入履带拉拔机1内,拉动前,拉拔模具2出料口与履带拉拔机1的履带16之间的距离L1为600mm,调整好后,拉拔模具2在模具油缸6的带动下,沿滑轨10向右移动,移动到拉拔模具2出料口与履带拉拔机1的履带16之间的距离L2为1950mm位置处,气缸7带动两导向辊9向下移动,两个导向辊9移动到履带复合材料5两侧,通过调节手轮8,使两导向辊9之间的距离适合履带复合材料5的宽度,此时,矫直机3开始矫正,矫直后的履带复合材料5向左移动,移动到拉拔模具5内进行拉拔,拉拔后的履带复合材料5经过履带拉拔机1进行出料尺寸锯切。
改进后的拉拔模具与履带之间的距离呈几何倍数加大,从600mm距离可以移动到1950mm,降低了铜铝复合排在履带上波动所带来的影响;距离的拉长带来的穿模的困难,为了不增大穿模难度,将模具位置设计为可移动,这样可以保持模具初始位置不变,保留原有的穿模机构而不增加穿模难度。通过油缸带动模具在轨道上前后运动,可以实现模具可移动目标。同时增加了导向辊,在模具移动到远距离后,通过气缸带动导向辊位移到设定的合适导向位置,调节手轮以适应材料宽度。本装置有效限制了材料的横向位移,对铜铝复合排的横向波动传导起到一定阻挡作用,减少其对材料变形应力的影响。

1.铜铝复合排履带拉拔模具可移动装置,包括履带拉拔机(1),履带拉拔机(1)右侧同一水平线上设有矫直机(3)和来料导向装置(4),履带拉拔机(1)右侧设有拉拔模具(2),其特征在于所述拉拔模具(2)下方设有模具支架(11),模具支架(11)前端与履带拉拔机(1)的机架(14)固定连接,所述模具支架(11)上方两侧各设有滑轨(10),拉拔模具(2)下端位于滑轨(10)内,拉拔模具(2)可沿滑轨(10)前后滑动,拉拔模具(2)下方设有连接板(13),连接板(13)与模具油缸(6)内的油缸活塞杆(15)相连,模具油缸(6)设于模具支架(11)的后端,所述履带拉拔机(1)的机架(14)上端设有气缸固定座(12),气缸固定座(12)上设有气缸(7),气缸(7)下方设有两个并排的导向辊(9),其中一个导向辊(9)与调节手轮(8)相连。
