Claims (10)

1. A spray drying and dust removing method for bulk drugs is applied to a spray drying and dust removing explosion-proof system for the bulk drugs, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: a starting procedure: hot air enters the spray drying and dust removal explosion-proof system of the bulk drugs through a hot air pipeline (16), and the waste gas after dust removal enters a subsequent induced draft fan through a waste gas pipeline (20) of the bag type dust remover;
s2: working procedures are as follows: the method comprises the following steps that materials enter a system from a material pipeline (17), are subjected to atomization drying in a pressure type spray dryer (1) under the action of hot air, and are collected through a first discharging rotary valve (7) at the bottom of the pressure type spray dryer (1) to obtain dried materials;
s3: a dust removal process: and waste gas in the pressure type spray dryer (1) is sequentially introduced into the cyclone separator (2) and the bag type dust collector (3) for primary dust removal and secondary dust removal, and the waste gas after dust removal is introduced into the waste gas pipeline (20) of the bag type dust collector.

The bulk drug spray drying and dedusting method according to claim 1, wherein the ash obtained by primary dedusting is collected by a second rotary unloading valve (9) at the bottom of the cyclone separator (2); and collecting the ash obtained by secondary dust removal through a third discharging rotary valve (15) at the bottom of the bag type dust collector (3).

A dust explosion-proof system applied to the spray drying and dust removing method of the bulk drug of any one of claims 1-2, which is characterized by comprising a pressure type spray dryer (1), a cyclone separator (2) and a bag type dust remover (3), which are connected with each other through a spray drying waste gas pipeline (18) and a cyclone separator waste gas pipeline (19) in sequence; also comprises
The explosion-proof unit controls the influence range of dust combustion and explosion, and comprises a one-way passive explosion-proof valve (4) arranged on a hot air pipeline (16) in the pressure type spray dryer (1), a first chemical explosion-proof device (8) arranged on a spray drying waste gas pipeline (18), a second chemical explosion-proof device (10) arranged on a cyclone separator waste gas pipeline (19) and a two-way passive explosion-proof valve (13) arranged on a bag type dust collector waste gas pipeline (20); and the automatic control unit controls whether to interlock safely and stop according to the detected pressure value and temperature value, and comprises a pressure transmitter (21) and a first temperature transmitter (22) which are arranged on the pressure type spray dryer (1), a second temperature transmitter (11) and a pressure difference transmitter (12) which are arranged on the cyclone waste gas pipeline (19) and the bag type dust collector waste gas pipeline (20).

A dust explosion protection system for a spray drying and dust removal apparatus as claimed in claim 3, further comprising an explosion venting unit, said explosion venting unit comprising a flameless waterfall venting means (6) provided on said pressure type spray dryer (1) and a waterfall plate (14) provided on said bag house (3).

The dust explosion protection system for spray drying and dust removal equipment according to claim 3, wherein the automatic control unit controls whether the first chemical explosion protection device (8) or the second chemical explosion protection device (10) is turned on or not according to a state signal of the explosion venting unit.
6. The dust explosion prevention system for the spray drying and dust removing device according to claim 3, wherein the automatic control unit controls whether the system is safely interlocked and shut down according to the state signal of the explosion suppression unit.
7. A dust explosion protection system for a spray drying and dust removal device according to claim 3, wherein the autonomous unit further comprises the first rotary discharge valve (7), the second rotary discharge valve (9) and a third rotary discharge valve (15); and the automatic control unit controls whether the system is safely interlocked and stopped according to the state signals of the first discharging rotary valve (7), the second discharging rotary valve (9) and the third discharging rotary valve (15).
8. A dust explosion protection system for a spray drying and dust collecting device according to claim 3, wherein the cyclone (2) and the bag house (3) are arranged in an outdoor area.
9. A dust explosion protection system for a spray drying and dust removal apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a switching valve (5) is provided on a material pipe (17) of the pressure type spray dryer (1).
10. The dust explosion protection system for spray drying and dust removal equipment of claim 1, wherein the first chemical explosion protection device (8) and the second chemical explosion protection device (10) comprise a spark detector, a pressure transmitter and a chemical explosion protection bottle.
