The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings, which are given by way of illustration and explanation only and should not be construed to limit the scope of the present invention in any way. Furthermore, features from embodiments in this document and from different embodiments may be combined accordingly by a person skilled in the art from the description in this document.
The embodiment of the invention is as follows, and as shown in fig. 1, fig. 17 and fig. 18, a table tennis ball collecting and processing method for training comprises the following steps:
(1) picking up: picking up scattered table tennis;
(2) collecting: collecting the table tennis balls picked up in the step (1);
(3) washing with water: putting the table tennis balls collected in the step (2) into a washing mechanism 5 for washing and then draining for a preset time;
(4) cleaning: dedusting and dewatering the table tennis balls treated in the step (3) in a dewatering and dedusting mechanism 3;
(5) screening: placing the table tennis balls treated in the step (4) in a screening mechanism 4 for screening;

The hinge hinged with the collecting frame 25 at the front end of the box bottom 26 is a damping hinge, namely a hydraulic hinge. The top mounted hydraulic hinge, model ejjfj-Y4517, can be chosen here.
The operating principle of the link mechanism 28 in the present invention: the bottom plate 21 is used for installing a link mechanism 28 and installing a collecting mechanism 29, the push handle 22 is used for installing a push rod 23, the height of the push handle 22 is preferably the height of a person to be picked up, the person to be picked up is prevented from bending down and bending knees to pick up ping-pong balls, wherein the push rod 23 is used as a force application point, by pushing the push rod 23, the whole picking mechanism 2 is pushed by the push rod 23 and moves through a universal wheel 24, a collecting frame 25 is matched with a box bottom 26 for collecting ping-pong balls, the box bottom 26 is hinged at the bottom of the collecting frame 25 to facilitate the opening and closing of the collecting frame 25, under the pushing of an electric push rod A27, the collecting frame 25 is opened, the ping-pong balls in the collecting frame 25 are poured in a basket or a bag, wherein the link mechanism 28 comprises a poking one part 281 and a poking two parts 282 which are symmetrical, the working principle of the link mechanism 28 is illustrated by taking the two poking rods 2811 closed when the piston rod of the electric push rod B286 is contracted to the limit, when the piston rod of the electric putter B286 extends, the angle between the two connecting rods 285 decreases, and the Y-shaped seat 284 rotates counterclockwise, so as to drive the first connecting rod 283 to rotate toward the electric putter B286, further drive the ear plate 2812 to rotate counterclockwise, and finally drive the dial rod 2811 to rotate counterclockwise, so that the two dial rods 2811 are opened. When the table tennis balls are fully gathered between the two shifting rods 2811, a motor A295 in the collecting device is started, an output shaft of the motor A295 rotates to drive a rotating shaft 294 to rotate, a protruding portion of a cam 293 is limited in a limiting hole 29221, the contour line of a waist hole of the pulling portion 292 is tangent to the rotating shaft 294 due to the limiting effect of the cam 293, so that the pulling portion 292 is lifted and moves to a distance from the upper end of the table tennis ball, when the lowest end of the contour line of the waist hole is tangent to the rotating shaft 294, the pulling portion 292 is lowered to hook the table tennis ball, and the pulling portion 292 moves linearly, so that the table tennis balls between the two shifting rods 2811 are collected into the collecting frame 25, and in order to expand the collecting range of the collecting mechanism 29, the whole collecting mechanism 29 is pushed through an electric push rod C296.
In another embodiment of the present invention based on the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the step (3), the collected table tennis balls are conveyed by the conveying mechanism 1 to the upper side of the washing mechanism 5 and are thrown into the washing mechanism 5, the conveying mechanism 1 includes an input end and an output end, the input end of the conveying mechanism 1 is provided with the collecting mechanism 29, the collecting frame 25 is arranged on the upper side of the input end of the conveying mechanism 1, the conveying mechanism 1 is a slope conveyor, the input end of the conveying mechanism 1 is lower than the output end of the conveying mechanism 1, in the step (3), the push rod 23 is pushed, the collecting frame 25 of the picking mechanism 2 is arranged on the upper portion of the input end of the conveying mechanism 1, the electric push rod a27 is started, the electric push rod a27 forces the box bottom 26 to leave the collecting frame 25 to form a gap, and the table tennis balls roll down from the gap onto the input end of the conveying mechanism 1, closing the electric push rod A27 to make the box bottom 26 completely fit with the collecting frame 25; then the conveying mechanism 1 is started, the table tennis balls move from the input end of the conveying mechanism 1 to the output end of the conveying mechanism 1 and drop into the water washing mechanism 5, the conveying mechanism 1 is closed, and the conveying mechanism 1 stops moving.
The conveying mechanism 1 is a apron type conveyor with flanges.
The conveying mechanism 1 is a slope conveyor, the input end of the slope conveyor is in a horizontal state, the output end of the slope conveyor is also in a horizontal state, a slope portion is arranged between the input end and the output end, the input end is used for receiving the table tennis balls picked up by the picking mechanism 2, the slope portion is mainly used for conveying the table tennis balls and conveying the table tennis balls to the output end, and the table tennis balls conveyed to the output end fall into a basket or a bag in a parabolic state due to inertia.
The conveying mechanism 1 may also be a trough conveyor.

In another embodiment of the present invention based on the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 to 16, the water and dust removing mechanism 3 includes a receiving plate 31, the receiving plate 31 is used for receiving the table tennis balls output from the guide plate 54, a tilting mechanism 32 and a lifting mechanism 33 are disposed on a side of the receiving plate 31 away from the washing mechanism 5, the tilting mechanism 32 is disposed between the receiving plate 31 and the lifting mechanism 33, the tilting mechanism 32 tilts the table tennis balls on the receiving plate 31 to the lifting mechanism 33, the conveying mechanism 34 is disposed on a side of the lifting mechanism 33, the conveying mechanism 34 is disposed on an upper side of the tilting mechanism 32, and the lifting mechanism 33 lifts the table tennis balls to the conveying mechanism 34.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the screening mechanism 4 is disposed near the water and dust removing mechanism 3, the screening mechanism 4 is disposed on the upper side of the output end of the conveying mechanism 1, and the delivering mechanism 34 rotates to deliver the table tennis balls to the screening mechanism 4.
