Description

Disposable absorption article
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to a disposable absorption product.
Background
The absorption article can be embodied on a specific product such as a children diaper, an adult diaper, a women sanitary towel and the like. The traditional paper diaper has poor leakage-proof effect due to the defects of structural design, and when a user lies, the situation that liquid leaks backwards is easy to happen when the amount of the liquid is large. In order to solve the defect, the existing improvement scheme is to enlarge the area of the rear part of the absorption core body along two sides, as shown in fig. 1, the absorption core body comprises an outer body 1 and an absorption core body 2 arranged in the middle of the outer body 1, an adhesive button 3 is fixed on the outer side of the outer body 1, the width of the absorption core body 2 on the hip area is larger than that in the middle, a leakage-proof rib 4 penetrates through the whole outer body 1, but due to the existence of the water-proof non-woven fabric connected with the outer side of the leakage-proof rib 4, the enlarged part of the absorption core body is actually covered by the water-proof non-woven fabric, and the water-proof non-woven fabric is difficult to absorb, so the actual absorption process of the rear part of the absorption core body is to firstly absorb in the middle and then diffuse to two.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a disposable absorption article to solve the problem of back leakage caused by low liquid absorption diffusion speed of the existing disposable absorption article.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: a disposable absorption article comprises an outer body and an absorption core body, wherein the outer body comprises a water permeable area and a non-water permeable area, the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the outer body and the absorption core body are respectively a hip area, a middle area and an abdomen area, the width of the hip area of the absorption core body is larger than that of the middle area of the absorption core body, the disposable absorption article also comprises two leakage-proof flanges, the two leakage-proof flanges extend from the abdomen area to the hip area, the upper ends of the leakage-proof flanges are positioned on the hip area of the absorption core body and form a first distance with the upper edge of the hip area of the absorption core body; more than and two of the upper end of leak protection flange absorb the surface top of core and be the region of permeating water between the leak protection flange.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the upper ends of the leakproof ribs are positioned on the hip area of the absorbent core and form a first distance with the upper edge of the hip area of the absorbent core; more than and two of the upper end of leak protection flange absorb the surface top of core and be the region of permeating water between the leak protection flange. When liquid is on the buttock core, the area above the upper end of the leakage-proof rib is not blocked by the leakage-proof rib, and the liquid can freely diffuse to two outer sides rapidly through the water-permeable area and the surface of the absorption core, so that the phenomenon of leakage after the absorption of articles is avoided.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the invention can be further improved as follows.
Further, the ectosome is including the outer and the water permeability inlayer of non-water permeability of mutual concatenation, the outer region that is non-water permeability, the water permeability inlayer is the region that permeates water.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the non-water-permeable outer layer mainly plays a role in water prevention; the water permeable inner layer is a water permeable area, and is directly contacted with a human body outside the protective absorption core body, so that the use comfort is improved; meanwhile, in the area above the upper ends of the two leakage-proof flanges, liquid can directly absorb and diffuse through the water-permeable area and the surface of the absorption core body.
Further, the water permeable area comprises a partial area of the area where the absorption core bodies extend outwards from the outer sides of the two leakage-proof ribs.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: because the partial area of the absorption core body which extends outwards outside the leakage-proof baffle is also set as the water-permeable area, in the liquid absorption process, the area can directly absorb liquid and diffuse through the water-permeable inner layer of the water-permeable area and the surface of the absorption core body, and the liquid absorption and diffusion efficiency is further ensured.
Further, the water permeable area comprises the whole area of the area where the absorption cores extend outwards from the outer sides of the two leakage-proof ribs.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: as the outer sides of the leakage-proof ribs and the edge area of the absorption core body are all set to be the water-permeable areas, almost all the surface of the absorption core body can perform liquid absorption and diffusion functions.
Further, the leakage-proof flange has a flange inner side and a flange outer side, and the edges of the absorption cores of the middle area and the abdomen area are located between the flange inner side and the flange outer side.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the edges of the absorbent core in the central and abdominal regions are located between the inner side of the flanges and the outer side of the flanges, ensuring maximum liquid absorption under side leakage prevention conditions.
Further, the rear body section length of the outer body is a vertical distance from the middle position of the middle area of the outer body to the upper edge of the hip area, and the ratio of the first distance to the rear body section length is 1/3-1/2.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the position of the end on the leakage-proof baffle is limited in the buttocks area of the absorption core body, so that the optimal effects of leakage prevention and liquid absorption diffusion in the buttocks area can be ensured.
Further, the two leakage-proof flanges are parallel to each other.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the arrangement that the leak-proof flanges are parallel to each other is the conventional arrangement of the existing disposable absorption article, the equipment does not need to be modified in the process of producing the disposable absorption article, the existing equipment can be used, and the additional cost is not increased.
Further, the absorption core comprises a first absorption core and a second absorption core, the liquid absorption capacity of the second absorption core is larger than that of the first absorption core, the second absorption core is located in the middle of the first absorption core, the second absorption core is bonded with the non-water-permeable outer layer, and the first absorption core is bonded with the water-permeable inner layer.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the second absorption core body is positioned in the middle of the first absorption core body, so that large liquid amount is ensured to be absorbed by the second absorption core body and the first absorption core body together instantly, and the liquid is prevented from being accumulated on the surface.
Further, a flow guide layer 8 is arranged between the first absorption core body and the water-permeable inner layer.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: through setting up the water conservancy diversion layer, ensure that liquid diffuses fast between first absorption core and water permeability inlayer.
Further, a toilet paper layer is arranged between the second absorption core and the non-water permeable outer layer.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the toilet paper layer is arranged, so that the bacteriostatic and antibacterial effects of the disposable absorption article are improved.
