and 5: a manufacturer obtains the oral three-dimensional model, personal information and an oral treatment scheme of a patient from a manufacturer client, processes the oral three-dimensional model of the patient and generates shell drawing data of the appliance;
step 6: the manufacturer client sends the shell drawing data to the database, and the patient mobile client and the clinic client receive the shell drawing data sent by the database;
and 7: and (5) after the production client obtains the permission of the mobile client or the clinic client of the patient through the database, controlling the appliance production equipment to produce the appliance by using the shell drawing data generated in the step (5).
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step 1 comprises:
step 1.1: a patient downloads a third party application program at a patient client, registers the third party application program and is connected with a database through the third party application program;
step 1.2: uploading the three-dimensional model of the oral cavity and the personal information to the database by the patient in the third-party application program;
step 1.3: the third-party application program feeds back the type of the oral case to the patient according to the three-dimensional model of the oral cavity of the patient;
step 1.4: the third-party application program receives an instruction whether the client continuously uploads the oral three-dimensional model and the personal information, if so, the step 1.5 is carried out, and if not, the third-party application program is quitted;
step 1.5: the third party application uploads the three-dimensional model of the patient's mouth and personal information to the database.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the personal information comprises a location of the patient by a third party application.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the third-party application program uploads the three-dimensional model of the mouth and the personal information to the database by the patient as follows:
A. the patient client is connected with the oral cavity scanning equipment;
B. connecting the oral scanning device with a third party application;
C. the oral scanning device scans the patient's oral cavity and uploads the three-dimensional model of the oral cavity to a third party application.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the oral scanning device is an oral scanning insert comprising an oral scanner and a USB socket on the oral scanner.
9. The method for producing an appliance based on an internet platform as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step 5, the three-dimensional model of the oral cavity of the patient is processed, and the method for generating the shell drawing data of the appliance comprises the following steps:
step 5.1: processing the three-dimensional model of the oral cavity of the patient by using three-dimensional processing software to generate an editable initial three-dimensional digital model;
step 5.2: editing the initial three-dimensional digital model to obtain an ideal three-dimensional digital model;
step 5.3: dividing the initial three-dimensional digital model into a plurality of correction models capable of realizing correction between the ideal three-dimensional digital model and the initial three-dimensional digital model;
step 5.4: and generating shell drawing data of the appliance according to the correction model.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the step 5.4 comprises:
step 5.4.1: identifying a gum line of the orthodontic model with the three-dimensional processing software;
step 5.4.2: covering a layer of reticulation on the surface of teeth of the correction model, wherein the covered area of the layer of reticulation does not comprise the area outside the gum line;
step 5.4.3: shell extraction data of the appliance is generated using the layer mesh covering the tooth surfaces of the model.
