Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a medical auxiliary instrument, and particularly to an instrument which can be inserted into an animal body including a human body to perform an observation operation.
Background
The endoscope is a tube equipped with a light, and can enter the human body through a natural orifice of the human body or through a small incision made by surgery. For example, with the aid of an endoscope, a physician can observe ulcers or tumors in the stomach, and can set up an optimal treatment plan accordingly.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an endoscope 10a of the related art has an insertion portion tip composed of an outer tube 1, and a CCD/CMOS cable 2, a light guide bundle 3, a forceps tube 4, and an air/liquid feeding tube 5 accommodated in the outer tube 1. The CCD/CMOS objective lens 21 is arranged at the end of the CCD/CMOS cable 2 and is exposed out of the front end of the outer tube 1; the ends 31 of the two light guide beams 3 are exposed out of the front end of the outer tube 1; the end 41 of the forceps pipeline 4 is exposed out of the front end of the outer pipe 1; the air/liquid feeding nozzle 51 is provided at the end of the air/liquid feeding pipe 5 and exposed to the front end of the outer pipe 1.
The existing endoscope structure adopts the light guide beam 3 to send light, so that the problems of high precision, high cost and large size of the light guide beam 3 exist, and the light guide beam 3 is easy to break, thereby influencing the imaging effect of the endoscope. Therefore, there is a need for an improved endoscope structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to provide an endoscope, which is advantageous for reducing the cost of the endoscope and improving the imaging effect of the endoscope, in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem comprises the following steps: an endoscope is provided, the insertion section head end of which is composed of an outer tube, and a CCD/CMOS cable, a forceps tube, an air/liquid feeding tube, and an LED module which are accommodated in the outer tube; the CCD/CMOS objective lens is arranged at the end of the CCD/CMOS cable and is exposed out of the front end of the outer tube, the end of the forceps tube is exposed out of the front end of the outer tube, the air/liquid feeding nozzle is arranged at the end of the air/liquid feeding tube and is exposed out of the front end of the outer tube, the end of the LED assembly is exposed out of the front end of the outer tube, and the ends of the LED assembly are distributed along the circumference and are closely positioned at the inner side edge of the outer tube.
Compared with the prior art, the endoscope disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the LED assembly replaces the light guide beam in the traditional endoscope, so that the problems of easy wire breakage and high cost of the light guide beam can be well solved, the cost of the endoscope is favorably reduced, and the imaging effect of the endoscope is improved.

Wherein the reference numerals are as follows: in the prior art, 10a, an endoscope 1 has an outer tube 2, a CCD/CMOS cable 3, a light beam 4, an air/liquid feeding tube 5, a CCD/CMOS objective lens 31, a light beam, and a tip 41, an air/liquid feeding nozzle of a forceps tube; in the present invention, 10 the endoscope 1 has an outer tube 2, a CCD/CMOS cable 4, a forceps tube 5, an air/liquid feeding tube 6, an LED assembly 21, a CCD/CMOS objective 41, and an LED lamp 61, an LED lamp ring 62, and an LED cable at the tip 51 of the forceps tube.
Detailed Description
For the purpose of illustrating the construction and features of the invention in detail, reference should be made to the following description of the preferred embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the insertion section tip of the endoscope of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a front view of the insertion section tip of the endoscope of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a front view schematically showing another embodiment of the insertion section tip of the endoscope of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of an LED assembly in the endoscope of the present invention. The present invention provides an endoscope 10, the tip of an insertion portion of which is composed of an outer tube 1, a CCD/CMOS cable 2 housed in the outer tube 1, a forceps tube 4, an air/liquid feeding tube 5, and an LED module 6. The CCD/CMOS objective lens 21 is arranged at the end of the CCD/CMOS cable 2 and is exposed out of the front end of the outer tube 1. The end 41 of the forceps channel 4 is exposed at the front end of the outer tube 1. The air/liquid feeding nozzle 51 is provided at the end of the air/liquid feeding pipe 5 and exposed to the front end of the outer pipe 1. The end of the LED assembly 6 is exposed out of the front end of the outer tube 1. The ends of the LED assemblies 6 are distributed along the circumference and are closely positioned on the inner side edge of the outer tube 1, so that uniform and reliable illumination can be provided, and the imaging effect of the endoscope can be improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the LED assembly 6 is further composed of an LED lamp ring 61 and an LED cable 62 electrically connected to the LED lamp ring 61. The LED lamp ring 61 is constituted by a plurality of individual LEDs arranged in a ring shape at the front end.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the LED lamp rings 61 may be arranged closely or at intervals to meet different illumination requirements according to practical application requirements.
Compared with the prior art, the endoscope 10 of the invention can well solve the problems of easy wire breakage and high cost of the light guide beam 3 by replacing the light guide beam 3 in the traditional endoscope 10a with the LED assembly 6, is favorable for reducing the cost of the endoscope and improves the imaging effect of the endoscope.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention. All such modifications and variations are intended to be included herein within the scope of this disclosure and the present invention.
