Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
To facilitate those skilled in the art to understand the system architecture of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an inter-address service handling system, including:
a first mobile counter 100 belonging to a first banking outlet;
a second mobile counter 200 affiliated with a second banking outlet;
a bank server 300 connected to the first mobile counter 100 and the second mobile counter 200.
The invention provides a first embodiment of a different address service handling method, which is applied to a different address service handling system shown in figure 1. Referring to fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S201: the first mobile counter acquires the identification of the second bank outlet and the business operation task.
And when the user arrives at the geographical position of the first bank outlet for on-line transaction or the bank teller carries the first mobile counter for on-line transaction, the user and the first mobile counter are at the same position.
Under the condition that a user wants to adjust a bank outlet for handling business operation, a bank teller can input a second bank outlet identifier and a business operation task required to be handled by the user to a first mobile counter, and the first mobile counter obtains the second bank outlet identifier and the business operation task.
Step S202: and the first mobile counter sends the second bank outlet identification and the business operation task to the bank server.
Step S203: and the bank server receives the identification of the second bank outlet and the business operation task sent by the first mobile counter of the first bank outlet.
Step S204: and the bank server inquires the current value teller identification set corresponding to the second bank outlet identification.
It can be understood that each bank outlet has an attendance system, and the bank server can obtain the current value teller identification set having the authority of using the mobile counter in each bank outlet on the same day through the attendance system of each bank outlet.
Step S205: and the bank server determines the current teller identification capable of handling the business operation task from the current teller identification set.
For a detailed implementation of this step, reference may be made to the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
Step S206: and the bank server sends the business operation task to a second mobile counter corresponding to the current value teller identifier.
Optionally, before the bank server sends the service operation task to the second mobile counter corresponding to the current teller identifier, the method may further include: and sending a new task message to the mobile terminal corresponding to the current teller identifier.
The following three situations may then occur:
the first method comprises the following steps: and under the condition of receiving a receiving instruction fed back by the mobile terminal corresponding to the current teller identifier, sending a task accepted message to the first mobile counter.
The bank teller is in an idle state, and the receiving operation is clicked through a mobile terminal (generally, a mobile phone of the bank teller) so as to receive the business operation accepting task.
And the second method comprises the following steps: and sending a waiting message to the first mobile counter under the condition of receiving a waiting instruction fed back by the mobile terminal corresponding to the current teller identifier.
The bank teller is in a busy state, and the mobile terminal (generally, a mobile phone of the bank teller) clicks a waiting operation, so that the first mobile counter waits for a period of time.
After the bank teller changes from the busy state to the idle state, the bank teller can click and receive operation through a mobile terminal (usually, a mobile phone of the bank teller) so as to receive and accept business operation tasks.
And the third is that: and under the condition of receiving a rejection instruction fed back by the mobile terminal corresponding to the current teller identifier, sending a task rejected message to the first mobile counter.
The bank teller is in other states (cannot handle, has no authority to handle or cannot handle temporarily), and the mobile terminal (generally, a mobile phone of the bank teller) clicks the rejection operation so as to reject to handle the business operation task.
It can be understood that, the bank server sends the service operation task to the second mobile counter corresponding to the current teller identifier after receiving the receiving instruction fed back by the mobile terminal corresponding to the current teller identifier.
Step S207: and the second mobile counter receives the business operation task which is sent by the bank server and initiated by the first mobile counter of the first banking outlet.
Optionally, the bank server may further receive a transfer instruction sent by the mobile terminal corresponding to the current teller identifier; wherein the transfer instruction comprises a specified current value teller identification; and transferring the business operation task to the appointed current value teller identification.
Step S208: and the first mobile counter collects the business material data corresponding to the business operation task and sends the business material data to the bank server.
Optionally, after receiving the task accepted message of the second mobile counter fed back by the bank server, the first mobile counter may collect service material data corresponding to the service operation task. It can be appreciated that different business operations tasks correspond to different business material data.
And after the business material data are collected, sending the business material data to a bank server.
Step S209: and the bank server receives the business material data which is sent by the first mobile counter and corresponds to the business operation task, and sends the business material data to the second mobile counter.
Step S210: and the second mobile counter receives and displays the business material data which is sent by the bank server, collected by the first mobile counter and corresponds to the business operation task.
And the second mobile counter displays the business material data corresponding to the business operation task so that a bank teller can check the business material data corresponding to the business operation task.
Step S211: and the second mobile counter generates a transaction result corresponding to the business material data after auditing the business material data.
Step S212: and the second mobile counter sends a transaction result corresponding to the business material data to the bank server.
Step S213: and the bank server receives a transaction result which is sent by the second mobile counter and corresponds to the business material data, and forwards the transaction result to the first mobile counter.
Step S214: the first mobile counter receives and displays the transaction results.
The invention provides a second embodiment of a transaction method of different address services, and provides a specific implementation process of the step S205 on the basis of the first embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
step S301: and the bank server inquires the current state corresponding to each current teller identifier in the current teller identifier set.
In order to ensure that the business operation task can be timely distributed, the bank server can inquire the current state corresponding to each current-value teller identifier.
Step S302: and if the current value teller identification is in an idle state, determining the current value teller identification as the current value teller identification capable of handling the business operation task.
If the current teller identifier set has a current teller identifier in an idle state, randomly selecting a current teller identifier from the current teller identifiers in the idle state, and determining the current teller identifier as the current teller identifier capable of handling the business operation task.
Step S303: and if the current-value teller identifier does not exist in the idle state, a new task message is sent to the mobile terminal corresponding to the lobby manager identifier corresponding to the second bank outlet identifier, so that the mobile terminal corresponding to the lobby manager identifier can designate the current-value teller identifier.
If the current value teller identification set does not have the current value teller identification in the idle state, the situation that all the bank tellers are in the busy state is indicated, and the business operation tasks cannot be processed in time at present.
For this purpose, the bank server distributes a new task message to the mobile terminal (usually, a mobile phone of the lobby manager) corresponding to the lobby manager identifier corresponding to the second bank branch identifier, so that the lobby manager can specify a current teller identifier based on the situation of the bank branch.
Optionally, after the mobile terminal corresponding to the lobby manager identifier feeds back the rejection instruction, the mobile terminal indicates that the business operation task sent by the first mobile counter of the first banking outlet is rejected.
Step S304: and receiving a current-value teller identifier appointed by the mobile terminal corresponding to the hall manager identifier, and determining the current-value teller identifier as the current-value teller identifier capable of handling the business operation task.
Through the technical means, the following beneficial effects can be realized:
the first mobile counter can send the business operation task and the appointed second bank outlet mark to the bank server, and determines the current teller mark which can handle the business operation task from the second bank outlet, and distributes the business operation task to the second mobile counter corresponding to the current teller mark, thereby realizing the purpose of transferring the business operation task to the second bank outlet.
Since the user is at the position of the first mobile counter, the first mobile counter assists in collecting the business material data corresponding to the business operation task, and the bank server is used as an intermediary to forward the business material data to the second mobile counter.
After the second mobile counter examines materials, the second mobile counter sends a handling result corresponding to the business material data to a bank server, and the bank server forwards the handling result to the first mobile counter so that the first mobile counter can display the handling result.
The invention is realized based on the mutual cooperation of the first mobile counter, the bank server and the second mobile counter, and a user can handle business operation tasks in the first mobile counter and the second mobile counter.
