Claims (10)
1. A certification recognition device, comprising:
the device comprises a body (1), wherein a placing plate (2) is arranged on the body, a through hole (13) is formed in the middle of the placing plate (2), a first camera component (3) and a second camera component (4) facing the placing plate (2) are respectively arranged on two sides of the placing plate (2), and the first camera component (3) and/or the second camera component (4) comprise a fluorescence camera component (12);
the controller is used for verifying and identifying the image of the certificate to be identified, which is acquired by the first camera shooting assembly (3) and the second camera shooting assembly (4), and comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program is used for realizing the following steps when being executed by the processor:
acquiring an image of a certificate to be identified;
identifying the image to obtain a target VIN code characteristic, a pattern characteristic and a character characteristic of the certificate to be identified;
comparing the target VIN code characteristics with the VIN code coding rule, and calculating the consistency with the VIN code coding rule;
if the consistency of the target VIN code characteristics and the VIN code encoding rules is higher than a preset threshold value, searching whether a VIN code characteristic library corresponding to the target VIN code characteristics exists or not;
if a VIN code feature library corresponding to the target VIN code feature exists, calculating the similarity between the pattern feature and the character feature corresponding to the target VIN code feature and the pattern feature and the character feature corresponding to the VIN code feature library;
and judging whether the similarity is higher than a preset threshold value, and if the similarity is higher than the preset threshold value, judging that the certificate to be identified is true.
2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the fluorescent camera assembly (12) comprises a second camera (7) and at least one uv lamp (6).
3. The certification recognition device according to claim 2, wherein the first camera assembly (3) comprises two first cameras (5) and at least one white light lamp (8); the second camera assembly (4) comprises the second camera (7) and at least one ultraviolet lamp (6).
4. The certification device according to claim 3, further comprising at least one planar moving device (9) for planar movement relative to the placing plate (2), wherein the first camera (5) and/or the second camera (7) are/is mounted on the planar moving device (9).
5. The certification device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a pair of shooting members (10), wherein the pair of shooting members (10) are respectively disposed at both sides of the placing plate (2) and shoot through the through hole (13).
6. A method for identifying a certificate is characterized by comprising the following steps,
acquiring an image of a certificate to be identified;
identifying the image to obtain a target VIN code characteristic, a pattern characteristic and a character characteristic of the certificate to be identified;
comparing the target VIN code characteristics with the VIN code coding rule, and calculating the consistency with the VIN code coding rule;
if the consistency of the target VIN code characteristics and the VIN code encoding rules is higher than a preset threshold value, searching whether a VIN code characteristic library corresponding to the target VIN code characteristics exists or not;
if a VIN code feature library corresponding to the target VIN code feature exists, calculating the similarity between the pattern feature and the character feature corresponding to the target VIN code feature and the pattern feature and the character feature corresponding to the VIN code feature library;
and judging whether the similarity is higher than a preset threshold value, and if the similarity is higher than the preset threshold value, judging that the certificate to be identified is true.
7. The certification recognition method according to claim 6, wherein if the VIN code feature library corresponding to the target VIN code feature is not found, then resolving a target brand feature of the certification to be recognized from the target VIN code feature, and then finding whether a brand feature library corresponding to the target brand feature exists;
if a brand feature library corresponding to the target brand feature exists, calculating the similarity between the pattern feature and the character feature corresponding to the target brand feature and the pattern feature and the character feature corresponding to the brand feature library;
and judging whether the similarity is higher than a preset threshold value, and if the similarity is higher than the preset threshold value, judging that the certificate to be identified is true.
8. The certification recognition method of claim 7, wherein if a brand feature library corresponding to the target brand feature is not found, sending an image of the certification to be recognized to the user equipment.
9. The certification recognition method of claim 6, further comprising: and storing the characteristic information of the certificate to be identified which is verified to be true.
10. The certification recognition method of claim 9, wherein storing the characteristic information of the certified certificate to be recognized, which is verified as true, comprises: and updating the verification result of the certificate to be identified as true, uploading the identified pattern characteristics and character characteristics to a VIN characteristic library and a brand characteristic library corresponding to the cloud platform, and updating a VIN code characteristic library and a brand characteristic library corresponding to the local.
