Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺,属于建筑领域,包括如下步骤:(1)墙体放线、(2)转孔安装卡件、(3)挂制作好的装饰板、(4)调整好保温层的厚度和平整度禁锢卡件调节螺钉、(5)喷入按防火设计要求的硬质聚氨酯发泡胶、(6)装饰板缝用弹性美缝剂处理。本发明保温装饰施工工艺能够保证与建筑同寿,使用硬质聚氨酯发泡剂保温更彻底,粘结装饰板更牢固,加上卡件的承载双保险,确保了保温层和装饰板抗正负风压极强,粘结更加牢固,且整体做工精细耐侯耐污性好。本发明方法施工速度快、人工费低,制得的保温层和装饰板寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,具体涉及一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺。
背景技术
目前我国建筑外墙保温装饰现有Eps板薄抹灰做法,具体包括如下步骤:墙体表面清理、涂刷界面剂、粘贴Eps保温板、打磨找平、Eps板表面抹灰、铺设玻纤网格布、用钢抹子将网格布压入灰浆内、再抹灰待干、再抹灰待干、6-7天后,涂刷封碱底漆,刮弹性腻子两遍找平,放水平和垂直线,分格线,粘贴分格纸胶带,喷涂真石漆涂料,揭掉分格纸胶带,用砂纸打磨涂料表面,清扫灰尘沙粒,喷罩光漆。此施工工艺的缺点是较繁琐,施工费高,做工粗糙,受冷缩热张影响大,墙体易开裂脱落褪色,耐侯性差;
现有的保温装饰一体板做法,具体包括如下步骤:墙体放线、转孔安装卡件、一体板打上粘结胶、粘贴一体板禁锢卡件、缝隙用塑料膨胀条塞满、按板缝边缘粘贴纸胶带、用密封胶密封板缝、掉纸胶带。此施工工艺的缺点是物流成本高,施工难度大,人工费高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)墙体放线、(2)转孔安装卡件、(3)挂制作好的装饰板、(4)调整好保温层厚度和平整度后禁锢卡件调节螺钉、(5)喷入按防火设计要求的硬质聚氨酯发泡剂、(6)装饰板缝隙用弹性美缝胶处理。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的墙体放线是用水平仪和经纬仪在墙体上弹出门窗洞口的竖向和水平控制线及墙体的阴阳角控制线,便于后续装饰板按此控制线进行安装固定。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的转孔安装卡件是通过转孔用膨胀螺钉的方式将卡件固定安装在外墙上。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的装饰板为大理石、瓷砖、硅酸钙板表面喷涂理石漆的装饰板、硅酸钙板表面喷涂水性氟碳金属漆的装饰板、外墙树脂材料装饰板中的至少一种。
进一步的,步骤(4)中所述的保温层的厚度按照保温施工设计厚度的要求进行调节。
进一步的,步骤(4)中所述的装饰板坐在卡件的卡槽内,按保温层厚度要求调整好平整度然后禁锢调节螺钉。
进一步的,步骤(5)中所述的硬质聚氨酯发泡剂按防火等级要求进行控制。
进一步的,步骤(6)中所述的美缝处理是用弹性美缝剂对装饰板预留好的表面缝隙进行填充处理。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明施工工艺能够保证保温材料层无缝隙的贴合保温,添加使用的聚氨酯发泡剂粘结装饰板更牢固,加上卡件的承载双保险,确保了装饰板更加牢固,且整体的耐侯耐污性好。本发明方法施工速度快、人工费低,制得的保温层和墙体装饰寿命长,与建筑物同寿。

1.一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)墙体放线、(2)转孔安装卡件、(3)挂制作好的装饰板、(4)调整好保温层厚度和平整度后禁锢卡件调节螺钉、(5)喷入按防火设计要求的硬质聚氨酯发泡剂、(6)装饰板缝隙用弹性美缝胶处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的墙体放线是用水平仪和经纬仪在墙体上弹出门窗洞口的竖向和水平控制线及墙体的阴阳角控制线,便于后续装饰板按此控制线进行安装固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的转孔安装卡件是通过转孔用膨胀螺钉的方式将卡件固定安装在外墙上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的装饰板为大理石、瓷砖、硅酸钙板表面喷涂理石漆的装饰板、硅酸钙板表面喷涂水性氟碳金属漆的装饰板、外墙树脂材料装饰板中的至少一种。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的装饰板坐在卡件的卡槽内,按保温层厚度要求调整好平整度然后禁锢调节螺钉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑外墙新型保温装饰施工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述的硬质聚氨酯发泡剂按防火等级要求进行控制。
