Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a drain valve and a washing machine, which can prevent thread scraps from winding on a rotating shaft of a driving structure when washing water is discharged, reduce the risks of failure of a driving device and blockage of the drain valve, and improve the working reliability of the drain valve.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a drain valve, which includes a valve body and a valve core rotatably connected to the valve body; the valve body comprises a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is positioned on the top surface of the valve body, and the water outlet is positioned on the side surface of the valve body; the valve core comprises a diversion trench and a sealing surface, when the drain valve is in an open state, one end of the diversion trench extends to the water inlet, and the other end of the diversion trench extends to the water outlet; and rotating the valve core, sealing the water inlet by the sealing surface, and closing the drain valve.
In the above drain valve, the valve element includes a body and a rotating shaft connected to the valve body; the flow guide groove is formed in one side of the body, and the sealing surface is formed on the side opposite to the flow guide groove.
In the above drain valve, the body includes a guide plate and a sealing plate fixedly connected to each other; the sealing plate comprises a sealing part forming the sealing surface and mounting parts positioned at two ends of the sealing part; the guide plates are fixed on the inner side walls of the installation parts, and the guide plates are sunken towards the sealing parts to form the guide grooves; the rotating shaft is located on the outer side wall of the mounting portion.
In the above drain valve, the guide groove is an arc-shaped groove.
In the above drain valve, the drain valve includes an electric driving device connected to the rotating shaft; the electric driving device comprises a motor and a coupler, the valve body is provided with a mounting seat for fixing the motor, one end of the coupler stretches into the valve body and is connected with the rotating shaft, and the other end of the coupler protrudes out of the valve body and is connected with the motor.
In the above drain valve, the valve body is a rectangular housing, and includes a top surface, a bottom surface, two first side surfaces arranged oppositely, and two second side surfaces arranged oppositely; the water inlet is located on the top surface, the water outlet is located on the first side surface, and the electric driving device is arranged on the second side surface.
In the drain valve, an elastic sealing element is arranged on the end surface of the water inlet facing the valve core, and the elastic sealing element is in contact with the sealing surface.
In the above drain valve, the valve element is provided with a positioning block at the bottom close to the valve body, and when the diversion trench is communicated with the water inlet and the water outlet, the positioning block is abutted against the bottom of the valve body.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a washing machine, including a fixed bracket and the drain valve; the drain valve is arranged in the washing machine through the fixed bracket; the drain valve comprises a valve body, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe is communicated with a water outlet positioned on the first side surface of the valve body, one end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with a water outlet of the washing machine, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water inlet positioned on the top surface of the valve body; the fixed bolster is provided with the confession the mounting hole of outlet pipe joint, the valve body with a side that the outlet pipe is relative with the fixed bolster laminating is fixed.
In the washing machine, the valve body is symmetrically provided with two positioning buckles, and the two positioning buckles are both positioned on the first side surface of the valve body; the fixing bracket is provided with a limiting flange around the mounting hole, and the limiting flange forms a limiting groove matched with each positioning buckle; the positioning buckle is clamped in the limiting groove and is abutted against the limiting flange.
Compared with the related art, the drain valve and the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention have the following advantages;
the drain valve and the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention comprise a valve body and a valve core which is positioned in the valve body and rotates relative to the valve body; the valve core comprises a diversion trench and a sealing surface, wherein when washing water is discharged, one end of the diversion trench is communicated with the water inlet of the valve body, and the other end of the diversion trench is communicated with the water outlet of the valve body, so that the washing water can directionally flow in the valve body along the diversion trench and is discharged out of the washing machine; otherwise, when the washing water does not need to be discharged, the valve core is rotated to seal the sealing surface with the water inlet of the valve body, and the drain valve is in a closed state; because the valve core is provided with the diversion trench, the washing water flowing into the valve body can flow directionally along the diversion trench, and the phenomenon that the thread scraps in the washing water move irregularly in the valve body and are wound on the driving device is avoided, so that the risk that the driving device breaks down and blocks the drain valve is reduced, and the working reliability of the drain valve is improved.

Detailed Description
The bottom of the outer barrel of the washing machine is provided with a water outlet and a drain valve communicated with the water outlet; the drain valve comprises a driving device, a valve body and a valve core positioned in the valve body, wherein the driving device is arranged on the outer wall of the valve body and is connected with the valve core through a rotating shaft; the valve core can rotate in the valve body under the driving of the driving device; when the washing water in the outer barrel needs to be discharged to the outside of the washing machine, the valve core needs to remove the seal of the water inlet of the valve body, the washing water containing line scraps can enter the valve body, water flow collides with the inner wall of the valve body to enable the line scraps to move irregularly in the valve body, and part of the line scraps can be wound on the rotating shaft to cause the stop of the driving device and the blockage of the drain valve, so that the working reliability of the drain valve is reduced.
In order to solve the above problems, according to the drain valve and the washing machine provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the valve element of the drain valve includes the flow guide groove and the sealing surface, when the washing water needs to be discharged, one end of the flow guide groove is communicated with the water inlet of the valve body, and the other end of the flow guide groove is communicated with the water outlet of the valve body, so that the washing water flows in the valve body along the flow guide groove in an oriented manner, thereby preventing the phenomenon that the driving device stops rotating to block the drain valve due to the winding of the thread scraps on the rotating shaft.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a drain valve 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a valve body 10 and a valve core 20, wherein the valve core 20 is disposed in the valve body 10 and is rotatable with respect to the valve body 10; wherein, the valve body 10 comprises a water inlet 11 and a water outlet 12, the water inlet 11 is positioned on the top surface 15 of the valve body 10 and is communicated with a water outlet of the washing machine for leading the washing water into the valve body 10; the water outlet 12 is located on a side surface of the valve body 10 and discharges the washing water in the valve body 10 outside the washing machine.
The valve core 20 includes a sealing surface by which the water inlet 11 can be sealed to make the drain valve 100 in a closed state; the valve core 20 further comprises a diversion trench, which may be located on the backside of the sealing surface; when the washing water needs to be discharged, the valve core 20 is rotated to extend one end of the diversion trench to the water inlet 11 and extend the other end of the diversion trench to the water outlet 12, so that the washing water entering the valve body 10 through the water inlet 11 can flow along the diversion trench 23 in a directional manner and is discharged to the outside of the washing machine.
Illustratively, the valve body 10 may be a rectangular housing and form a receiving cavity therein, the valve body 10 including a top surface 15, a bottom surface 16, two first side surfaces 17 and two second side surfaces 18; wherein the bottom surface 16 is arranged opposite the top surface 15 and wherein two oppositely arranged first side surfaces 17 and two oppositely arranged second side surfaces 18 are located between the bottom surface 16 and the top surface 15. The water inlet 11 of the drain valve 100 is located on the top surface 15, and the water outlet 12 of the drain valve 100 is located on the first side surface 17 or the second side surface 18, in this embodiment, the water outlet 12 may be disposed on the first side surface 17.
As shown in fig. 4, the valve core 20 is located in the accommodating cavity of the valve body 10 and is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the valve body 10; the valve core 20 comprises a body 21, a rotating shaft 22 is arranged on the body 21 towards the second side surface 18, one end of the rotating shaft 22 close to the body 21 is fixedly connected with the body 21, and one end of the rotating shaft 22 far away from the body 21 is hinged on the valve body 10; the rotating shaft 22 drives the body 21 to rotate in the valve body 10 under the action of external driving force, and the rotating axis of the valve core 20 is perpendicular to the second side surface 18. In addition, the two ends of the body 21 can be respectively provided with a rotating shaft 22 to improve the rotational stability of the valve core 20 in the valve body 10, the rotating shaft 22 can be directly connected to the inner wall of the valve body 10 in a rotating manner, or a supporting arm can be arranged in the valve body 10, one end of the supporting arm is perpendicular to the bottom of the valve body 10, the other end of the supporting arm is connected with the rotating shaft 22, and the rotating shaft 22 can rotate relative to the supporting arm.
The body 21 can be a sealing block, a diversion trench 23 and a sealing surface 24 are arranged on the body 21, and the diversion trench 23 and the sealing surface 24 can be oppositely arranged; the sealing surface 24 can be abutted against the end surface of the water inlet 11 facing the inside of the accommodating cavity and seal the water inlet 11; the two ends of the diversion trench 23 can extend to the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12 respectively, and form a directional diversion channel. For example, the sealing block forming the body 21 may be a partial sphere, and the sealing block may be an 1/4 sphere, the arc profile of the partial sphere is the sealing surface 24, and the side of the sphere away from the arc profile is cut away to form the diversion trench 23.
When the valve core 20 is in a horizontal state, the sealing surface 24 faces the top surface 15 and seals the water inlet 11, and the drain valve 100 is in a closed state; at this moment, the valve core 20 is rotated counterclockwise by a certain angle, the diversion trench 23 on the body 21 is located between the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12, namely, one end of the diversion trench 23 can extend to the water inlet 11, the other end of the diversion trench extends to the water outlet 12, and a certain gap is maintained between the end faces of the body 21 close to the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12, so that interference between the body 21 and the valve body 10 is avoided during rotation, the gap does not affect the washing water flowing into the diversion trench 23 from the water inlet 11, and the washing water is discharged to the outside of the washing machine through the diversion trench 23 and the water outlet 12, so that the washing.
In the drain valve 100 provided in this embodiment, a valve core 20 that rotates relative to the valve body 10 is disposed inside the valve body, and a diversion trench 23 is disposed on one side of the valve core 20, and a sealing surface 24 that can seal the water inlet 11 is disposed on the other side; when the washing water needs to be discharged out of the washing machine, the valve core 20 can be rotated and one end of the diversion trench 23 is communicated with the water inlet 11, and the other end of the diversion trench 23 is communicated with the water outlet 12, so that the washing water flows in the diversion trench 23 in an oriented manner, and the phenomena that the driving device breaks down and the drain valve 100 is blocked due to the fact that the thread scraps in the washing water are wound on the rotating shaft 22 due to irregular movement in the valve body 10 can be avoided, and the working reliability of the drain valve 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the valve element 20 of the present embodiment includes a guide plate 211 and a sealing plate 212, and the guide plate 211 and the sealing plate 212 are connected together; the sealing plate 212 is U-shaped, the sealing plate 212 includes two opposite mounting portions 213 and a sealing portion 214 located between the two mounting portions 213, and the sealing portion 214 may be a flat plate or an arc plate as long as the sealing portion 214 can seal the water inlet 11. The middle part of the guide plate 211 is recessed towards one side of the sealing part 214 to form a guide groove 23, the edge part of the guide plate 211 is attached and fixed with the inner side wall of the mounting part 213, and a connecting rib plate is arranged between one side of the guide plate 211 facing the sealing part 214 and the sealing part 214 to enhance the structural strength of the guide plate 211 and the sealing plate 212.
Further, the guiding groove 23 may be an arc-shaped groove, for example, if the central line of the water inlet 11 and the central line of the water outlet 12 form an included angle of 90 °, the radian of the arc-shaped groove may also be 1/4 arcs, and the guiding groove 23 is an arc-shaped groove, so that the washing water can smoothly flow in the guiding groove 23, and the water flow is prevented from jumping out of the guiding groove 23 due to the excessive impact between the washing water and the guiding groove 23 caused by the excessive fluctuation of the guiding groove 23. The baffle 211 and the sealing plate 212 may be separately manufactured and connected together, or the baffle 211 and the sealing plate 212 may be integrally manufactured. The preferred embodiment selects to design the baffle 211 and the sealing plate 212 as an integral structure, for example, an integral structure formed by an injection molding process, for enhancing the connection strength between the baffle 211 and the sealing plate 212.
In addition, the rotating shaft 22 of the valve core 20 is located on one side of the mounting portion 213 facing the valve body 10, that is, the rotating shaft 22 and the guide plate 211 are respectively connected to two sides of the mounting portion 213, and one end of the rotating shaft 22 away from the mounting portion 213 is connected to a driving device to drive the valve core 20 to rotate in the valve body 10, so as to switch the operating state of the drain valve 100.
As shown in fig. 6 and referring to fig. 1, the driving device provided in this embodiment may be a manual driving device or an electric driving device 30, and preferably, the electric driving device 30 may be adopted to realize automatic control of the drain valve 100. The electric driving device 30 includes a motor and a coupling 70, one end of the coupling 70 is connected to the rotating shaft 22, and the other end of the coupling 70 is connected to an output shaft of the motor, so that the valve element 20 is driven to rotate and reset relative to the valve body 10 by the forward and reverse rotation of the motor.
Illustratively, the valve body 10 includes two first sides 17 and two second sides 18, which are oppositely disposed, and the water outlet 12 is located on any one of the first sides 17, and the motor can be mounted on the second side 18. The motor is detachably mounted on the second side surface 18, the second side surface 18 is provided with a mounting seat 14 for mounting the motor, and the motor is detachably mounted on the mounting seat 14. In order to meet the requirement of light weight of the washing machine, the mounting seat 14 includes four bosses arranged on the second side surface 18, and the four bosses may be diagonally distributed on the second side surface 18; each boss is provided with a clamping groove, the motor comprises a base, a clamping block matched with the clamping groove is arranged on the base, and the motor can be clamped in the clamping groove of the boss through the clamping block, so that the motor can be detachably connected to the valve body 10; the detachable connection mode of the motor and the valve body 10 is not limited to the clamping mode, and the motor can be installed on the valve body 10 in a bolt fixing mode.
Both ends of the shaft coupling 70 can be connected with the output shaft of the motor and the rotating shaft 22 of the valve core 20 in a key way, and in order to prevent the vibration generated in the operation process of the motor from being transmitted to the valve body 10 and reduce the sealing performance of the valve core 20 to the water inlet 11 and the diversion effect of the diversion trench 23, an elastic buffer member is further arranged between the motor and the second side surface 18 of the valve body 10, and the elastic buffer member includes but is not limited to a coil spring 60.
Furthermore, in order to improve the sealing performance of the valve core 20 to the water inlet 11, the washing effect of the washing machine is prevented from being influenced by the fact that washing water leaks into the valve body 10 in the washing process; in this embodiment, an elastic sealing member is further sleeved on the end surface of the water inlet 11 facing the valve core 20. When the sealing surface 24 of the valve core 20 is opposite to the water inlet 11 and seals the water inlet 11, the elastic sealing element is fully contacted with the sealing surface 24 and is tightly attached to the sealing surface 24 under the self-elasticity-saving effect, so that the sealing effect between the water inlet 11 and the sealing surface 24 is enhanced; the resilient seal includes, but is not limited to, a rubber seal, such as an O-ring seal.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the valve core 20 further includes a positioning block 215, when two ends of the diversion trench 23 are respectively communicated with the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12 of the valve body 10, the positioning block 215 abuts against the bottom of the valve body 10, that is, the valve core 20 is rotated, when the positioning block 215 on the valve core 20 abuts against the bottom of the valve body 10, one end of the diversion trench 23 is opposite to the water inlet 11, and can lead the washing water to the diversion trench 23, the other end of the diversion trench 23 can be opposite to the water inlet 11, and a lower edge of a notch of the diversion trench 23 is flush with a lower edge of the water outlet 12, or a lower edge of a notch of the diversion trench 23 is slightly higher than a lower edge of the water outlet 12, so that the water in the.
It is understood that the positioning block 215 may be installed between the baffle 211 and the sealing part 214; for example, the positioning block 215 may be embedded on the rib plate 216 between the baffle 211 and the sealing part 214. The positioning block 215 may be made of a material having a certain elastic property, and not only can provide positioning for the valve element 20, but also can provide effective support and buffering, so that the valve element 20 can be kept stable in the discharged washing water, and simultaneously, the stress of the rotating shaft 22 can be reduced, and the phenomenon that the rotating shaft line of the rotating shaft 22 jumps in the long-term use process can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a washing machine, which includes an inner tub and an outer tub communicated with the inner tub, wherein the inner tub is used as a washing tub, and the outer tub is used as a water holding tub; a water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel, and the water discharge valve 100 is communicated with the water outlet; when it is required to discharge the washing water, the washing water is discharged out of the washing machine through the drain valve 100.
Illustratively, a fixing bracket 200 is further provided between the casing and the outer tub of the washing machine, and the fixing bracket 200 is used for mounting the drain valve 100 at the bottom of the casing. The drain valve 100 includes a valve body 10 and a valve core 20 located in the valve body 10; the valve body 10 is a rectangular shell, and the rectangular shell comprises a top surface 15, a bottom surface 16 opposite to the top surface 15, two first side surfaces 17 and two second side surfaces 18; wherein, the top surface 15 is provided with a water inlet 11, and the water inlet 11 is communicated with a water outlet positioned at the bottom of the outer cylinder through a water inlet pipe 40; the first side 17 is provided with a water outlet 12, and the water outlet 12 is provided with a water outlet pipe 50 to discharge the washing water to the outside of the washing machine.
The valve core 20 comprises a diversion trench 23 and a sealing surface 24, when washing water is discharged, two ends of the diversion trench 23 are respectively opposite to the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12, so that the washing water can flow along the diversion trench 23 in a directional manner, and the washing water flows out of the washing machine through the water outlet 12 and the water outlet pipe 50; when the discharge of the washing water is stopped, the valve core 20 is rotated and the sealing surface 24 seals the water inlet 11.
The fixing bracket 200 is an L-shaped structure, and includes two first mounting ears 210 and two second mounting ears 220 which are oppositely arranged, and a bottom plate 230 connecting the first mounting ears 210 and the second mounting ears 220; wherein, the bottom plate 230 is attached to the bottom of the casing of the washing machine, and the first mounting lug 210 and the second mounting lug 220 are respectively attached to two first side surfaces 17 of the valve body 10; the first side surface 17 of the valve body 10 is provided with a water outlet pipe 50, and the water outlet pipe 50 can be inserted into the fixing bracket 200 by using the water outlet pipe 50 as an insertion part.
For example, the first mounting lug 210 is provided with a mounting hole 240 matched with the water outlet pipe 50, the water outlet pipe 50 is inserted into the mounting hole 240 of the first mounting lug 210, and the first mounting lug 210 is kept attached to the first side surface 17; the second mounting lug 220 is attached and fixed with the first side surface 17 opposite to the water outlet pipe 50, and the second mounting lug 220 can be attached on the outer side wall of the first side surface 17; alternatively, the first side 17 is provided with an extension portion facing the fixing bracket 200, the second mounting lug 220 can be fixed on the extension portion, and the extension portion and the second mounting lug 220 are fixed by screws.
Further, in order to improve the fixing effect of the fixing bracket 200 and the valve body 10, a plurality of positioning buckles 13 are arranged on the first side surface 17 where the water outlet pipe 50 is located, and the plurality of positioning buckles 13 are distributed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the water outlet pipe 50; for example, the first side surface 17 is symmetrically provided with two positioning buckles 13. The first mounting lug 210 is provided with a limit flange 250 along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 240; the limiting flange 250 is provided with a notch, a limiting groove 260 is formed by removing a partial area along the direction of the notch far away from the center of the mounting hole 240, and the limiting groove 260 is matched with the positioning buckle 13. After the water outlet pipe 50 is inserted into the mounting hole 240, the first mounting lug 210 is attached to the first side surface 17, and the positioning buckle 13 is embedded in the limiting groove 260 and is abutted to the limiting flange 250; meanwhile, the latch of the positioning buckle 13 is pressed on the first mounting lug 210; thereby enhancing the fixing effect of the first mounting ear 210 and the positioning buckle 13; meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the first mounting lug 210 is inserted into and fixed to the water outlet pipe 50, and the second mounting lug 220 is screwed to a side surface of the valve body 10, so that the fixing efficiency of the fixing bracket 200 and the drain valve 100 can be improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
