9. setting the target rotation speed of the inner cylinder at the acceleration of 20rpm/s as 600rpm (30 s), and keeping the target rotation speed for 10s; then the inner cylinder is freely decelerated to 400rpm and kept for 20s (including deceleration time); then, the inner cylinder is made to rotate at the acceleration target rotation speed of 20rpm/s for 600rpm (10 s) again, and the inner cylinder is kept for 20s after the target rotation speed is reached; then the inner cylinder is freely decelerated to 400rpm and kept for 20s (including deceleration time); then, the inner cylinder is controlled to rotate at the acceleration target rotating speed of 20rpm/s again to 700rpm (20 s), and the inner cylinder is maintained for 20s after the target rotating speed is reached; and finally, reducing the speed of the inner cylinder to 0 by reducing the speed of the inner cylinder at 30rpm/s, braking, and carrying out air drying on the inner cylinder through the acceleration and deceleration of the inner cylinder to change the humid environment of the inner cylinder.
