Description

Method for manufacturing combined oral cavity false teeth
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral dentures, in particular to a manufacturing method of a combined oral denture.
Background
Dentures are artificial teeth that replace missing natural teeth. Also known as dentures. Partial or even complete loss of dentition can be caused by severe periodontal disease, dental caries, trauma, etc. After the teeth are lost, the functions of facial appearance, pronunciation and chewing can be influenced, the gastrointestinal burden is increased, if the teeth are not repaired in time, the adjacent teeth can be inclined and displaced, the jaw teeth are elongated, the occlusion is disordered, the dentition part is lost, the teeth can be repaired by using a fixed denture or a removable denture, when the teeth are completely toothless, the complete denture (total denture) can be repaired, in the clinical medical treatment, after the teeth of people fall off due to age or diseases, the denture is required to be installed for treatment, and the dentures are used for replacing the teeth.
The traditional false tooth is used for a period of time, the surface of the false tooth is abraded or damaged due to actions such as chewing, the service life of the false tooth is shortened, the existing false tooth has poor antibacterial property, and the false tooth can contact various foods in the chewing assisting process so as to contact various bacteria and germs which can damage the surface of the false tooth.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a manufacturing method of a combined type oral cavity false tooth, which aims to solve the problems that the surface of the false tooth is abraded or damaged due to actions such as chewing and the like when the traditional false tooth in the background technology is used for a period of time, the service life of the false tooth is shortened, the existing false tooth has poor antibacterial property, and various foods can be contacted with the false tooth in the chewing assisting process, so that various bacteria and germs can be contacted, the bacteria and germs can influence the surface of the false tooth, the manufacturing method of the existing combined type oral cavity false tooth has simple process, products which do not conform to the teeth of a patient can easily appear on the processed false tooth, and the qualification rate is reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a method of manufacturing a modular oral prosthesis comprising the steps of:
s1, impression: making a tooth impression of a patient by using a putty type silicon rubber impression material;
s2, wax pattern preparation: making a model of an impression obtained in the mouth of a patient, fixing teeth on two sides of a damaged tooth on the model, and then making a wax pattern on the model;
s3, embedding: cleaning an embedding box, fixing wax shapes in an embedding ring, cleaning the wax shapes with wax washing water, drying the embedding box by using a rubber air gun after cleaning, stirring embedding powder according to the standard of each ring, taking a proper amount of embedding liquid, pouring the embedding liquid into a stirring cup, pouring a proper amount of embedding powder, quickly stirring for 5 seconds, stirring for 50-60 seconds under vacuum, slowly pouring the prepared embedding material into the embedding ring, condensing the embedded ring for 45 minutes, and then putting the ring into a ring burning furnace for heating;
s4, casting a steel support: and (3) placing the casting ring for 30-45 minutes, then placing the required steel on the casting cup, placing the casting ring when the steel is almost melted, and starting to cast. After casting, cooling the casting ring in the air, opening the ring by using a light hammer, blasting sand to the embedding material attached to the casting mold by using diamond, and then polishing the steel support;
s5, casting the rubber support:
(1) filling plastic: taking a proper amount of denture powder, placing the denture powder in a clean container, gradually adding denture water according to the ratio of 24g of powder to 10ml of water until the denture powder is completely wet and is in a wet sand shape, after the plastic is well mixed, covering a vessel, waiting until the dough period, filling the denture powder into a dental crown male mold, adding a mold box cover, and placing the mold box cover in a squeezer to slightly press down so as to prevent the dental mold from being crushed to cause deformation;
(2) and (3) heat treatment: fixing the mould box on a mould box clamp, then placing the mould box in a room-temperature water pot, immersing the mould box in water, heating the mould box to a boiling point within 1.5-2.0 hours, maintaining the temperature for 15-30 minutes, and fully cooling the mould box at room temperature;
s6, opening a box and polishing: taking down the model box, slightly rotating the model box from the upper model box to the lower model box by a knife, knocking the bottom of the model box by a bolt hammer to remove the model, separating the false teeth by a plaster shear,
s7, grinding and polishing: grinding the false tooth to remove the excessive plastic on the edge of the base support, the undercut and the small tumor on the tissue surface, then evenly grinding the ground surface of the base support by using green sand stone or sand containing rubber, carefully grinding by using a small brush of a wet cloth wheel, a fine hair wheel, a big brush and the like dipped with pumice powder paste, and throwing the whole surface of the false tooth by using a dry cloth wheel dipped with polishing paste.
