Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant propagation, and particularly relates to a rapid seedling raising method for mangrove plant lacquer.
Background
The native aquilaria resinifera, also called native aquilaria resinifera, belongs to euphorbiaceae and the genus of ainia, is in the shape of dicotyledonous plants, shrubs or trees, is mainly distributed in the southern Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian (extinct), hongkong and Taiwan of China, and is also distributed in countries such as India, Srilanca, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippine and Australia. The sea lacquer grows on saline-alkali land in high tide zone or ultra high tide zone of sea-land crossing area, has low requirement for soil, can grow on wet and poor gravel soil or places with higher tide ditch edge, and belongs to typical amphibious semi-mangrove plants. The growth speed is high, and the mangrove forest is one of pioneer tree species for mangrove forest afforestation.
At present, relatively few researches on the propagation method of the seedlings of the mangrove plant of the lacquer are carried out in China, the researches are mainly focused on the related technologies of the seed collection, the seed storage, the seedling raising, the seedling growth and the like of the lacquer, and the related reports of the culture of the lacquer seedlings by the cutting technology are not seen. Chinese patent application No. CN 104285747 a discloses a method for cultivating seedlings of mangrove plant lacquer. According to the method, the seed of the lacca sativa is sowed in the matrix of the high-tide nursery garden, and the alternating acclimation treatment of seawater and fresh water is carried out, so that the operation is complicated, the cultivation period is long, and the seedling culture success rate is low. Therefore, it is important to find a method for quickly culturing seedlings of the mangrove plant of the sea paint.
