Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the infectious disease epidemic situation early warning system based on the localization technology of the present embodiment is used for early warning of infectious diseases, which refers to diseases that can be quickly transmitted through air or skin, for example, the infectious diseases are respiratory infectious diseases; alternatively, the respiratory infectious Disease is COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease 2019, novel coronavirus pneumonia). The system comprises a cloud server, a management terminal and a plurality of mobile terminals, wherein the cloud server is in communication connection with the management terminal and each mobile terminal respectively, and the cloud server is connected with each mobile terminal through a wireless network. The mobile terminal carried by the user is divided into a confirmed diagnosis terminal, a suspected terminal, a close contact terminal and a safety terminal according to the degree of infection of the user, wherein the confirmed diagnosis terminal corresponds to a confirmed patient, the suspected terminal corresponds to a suspected patient, the close contact terminal corresponds to a close contact patient, and the safety terminal corresponds to a user who does not have contact with the confirmed patient, the suspected patient and the close contact person. Alternatively, the mobile terminal may be a smart phone or a smart watch or a wearable device or a medical monitoring terminal, etc. The mobile terminal comprises a positioning module for acquiring the position information, and the acquired position information is transmitted to the cloud server in real time by the mobile terminal. Alternatively, the positioning module includes, but is not limited to, a satellite positioning module, a base station positioning module, a WIFI positioning module, a bluetooth positioning module, a sensor positioning module, etc., wherein the satellite positioning module may select a beidou positioning system, a GPS positioning system, a galileo positioning system, etc.
Alternatively, during an epidemic situation, the management department can require that all the confirmed terminals, suspected terminals, close contact terminals and safety terminals must start the positioning module and upload the position information in real time according to the requirement. If the cloud server does not receive the position information uploaded by a certain mobile terminal, or the time for interrupting uploading of the position information by a certain mobile terminal exceeds the preset interruption time, the cloud server sends reminding information to the mobile terminal to remind the mobile terminal to start a positioning module, and the position information is uploaded in real time according to epidemic prevention requirements; and reminding information can be sent to the management terminal at the same time to remind a manager to inform a user of the mobile terminal to start the positioning module, and the position information is uploaded in real time according to epidemic prevention requirements.
The cloud server is used for receiving patient management information such as confirmed person information, suspected infected person information and close contact person information uploaded by the management terminal, and is also used for receiving position information reported by the confirmed person information, the suspected terminal, the close contact terminal and the safety terminal in real time, processing the patient management information and the position information through a preset infectious disease epidemic situation early warning algorithm, making reminding information, and avoiding a user from contacting an infectious disease patient and related personnel, so that the infection of the user is avoided, and the epidemic situation transmission can be researched by utilizing big data.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the infectious disease epidemic situation early warning system based on the positioning technology in embodiment 1, the infectious disease epidemic situation early warning method based on the positioning technology in this embodiment is used for early warning of infectious diseases, and the mobile terminal carried by the user is divided into a confirmed diagnosis terminal, a suspected terminal, a close contact terminal and a safety terminal according to the degree of infection of the user, wherein the confirmed diagnosis terminal corresponds to a confirmed patient, the suspected terminal corresponds to a suspected patient, the close contact terminal corresponds to a close contact patient, and the safety terminal corresponds to a user who has not contacted the confirmed diagnosis patient, the suspected patient and the close contact person. Alternatively, the mobile terminal may be a smart phone or a smart watch or a medical monitoring terminal, etc. The infectious disease epidemic situation early warning method comprises the following steps:
s1, the cloud server receives information of the diagnostician, information of the suspected infected person and information of the close contact person uploaded by the management terminal of the infectious disease management institution. The confirmed information corresponds to the confirmed terminal, the suspected infected person information corresponds to the suspected terminal, and the close contact person information corresponds to the close contact terminal. In order to ensure the accuracy of the information, the infectious disease management entity in this embodiment is a national authority department, such as a government agency, a hospital, a customs department, and the like, and the infectious disease management entity logs in the server through the management terminal, and the management terminal may be an intelligent terminal such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, and the like. In order to ensure the uniqueness of the patient information, the information of the diagnostician, the suspected infected person and the information of the close contact person can be marked by using a user identity card number, a mobile phone number and the like, for example, the mobile phone number is used, and the mobile phone number of each user can be used as an account number of the cloud server.
And S2, the cloud server receives the position information reported by the diagnosis terminal, the suspected terminal, the close contact terminal and the safety terminal in real time, and the position information is acquired by the positioning module of the corresponding mobile terminal. Each mobile terminal logs in a cloud server through software and uploads the position information acquired in real time to the cloud server; it can be understood that the uploaded location information includes tag information of the mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone number or an identification number. Alternatively, the user may fill in personal information such as a mobile phone number, an identification number, etc. during the account registration phase. After the management terminal receives the information of the confirmed diagnostician, the information of the suspected infected person and the information of the close contact person, the corresponding mobile terminals are the confirmed diagnostician terminal, the suspected infectious person and the close contact terminal.
Alternatively, if the mobile terminal interrupts uploading of the location information, for example, if the user cannot acquire accurate location information temporarily when entering a building, the location information at the time of interruption or the location information at the time of re-uploading is used as the location information during the interruption.
And S3, the cloud server judges whether the mobile terminal is located in a danger range corresponding to the confirmed terminal, the suspected terminal or the close contact terminal according to the position information. The cloud server processes the position information of the two mobile terminals by using a preset algorithm to obtain the distance between the two mobile terminals, and the preset algorithm can refer to the prior art. After the distance between the two mobile terminals is obtained, whether the mobile terminals are located in a danger range corresponding to a confirmed terminal, a suspected terminal or a close contact terminal can be judged, the danger range is set by the management terminal through the cloud server, or a user is allowed to select a danger range adaptive to the user in a preset danger selection range, wherein the danger range of the confirmed terminal is larger than that of the suspected terminal, and the danger range of the suspected terminal is larger than that of the close contact terminal; alternatively, the danger range is a circular range centered around the position of the mobile terminal. It can be understood that the danger ranges of different infectious diseases are different, and the cloud server receives the danger range adjustment information for different infectious diseases and different infectious disease infectors, and sets the corresponding danger ranges according to the types of the infectious diseases.
And S4, if the mobile terminal is located in the danger range corresponding to the confirmed terminal, the suspected terminal or the close contact terminal, issuing corresponding reminding information to the mobile terminal located in the danger range, and reminding the user by the mobile terminal through the reminding information.
Specifically, the reminder issued is different for different degrees of infectors, so that the user knows which degree of infectors exists around. If the mobile terminal is located in the danger range of the confirmed diagnosis terminal, issuing a reminding message that a confirmed patient is nearby; if the mobile terminal is located in the dangerous range of the suspected terminal, issuing reminding information of suspected cases nearby; and if the mobile terminal is positioned in the dangerous range of the close contact terminal, issuing the reminding information of the close contact person nearby. And if the terminal is positioned in the dangerous range of the two or the three of the confirmed terminal, the suspected terminal and the close contact terminal, sending corresponding prompt information.
Further, in the embodiment, a plurality of reminding modes can be selected to remind the user, and the mobile terminal can remind the user by using one or more of sound reminding, vibration reminding, light reminding and reminding information displayed on a display screen; in addition, different danger levels can be reflected through sound sizes, different sounds can be used for reflecting no danger levels, different vibration frequencies can be used for reflecting different danger levels, different color lights can be used for reflecting different danger levels, and the like, and various reminding modes can be combined for use to achieve a better reminding effect. Alternatively, the display screen displays different reminding information by using different colors, for example, the reminding information is displayed in a green color for reminding in safety, and the reminding information of the diagnosis confirming terminal is reminded by using a red color for reminding.
Alternatively, since the cloud server receives the location information of all the mobile terminals at the same time, the aggregation condition of the mobile terminals, that is, the aggregation condition of the users, can be obtained. If the gathering is forbidden in the epidemic situation period, when the cloud server detects that a plurality of mobile terminals are specific, reminding information is sent to each mobile terminal participating in gathering, and a user is reminded not to gather. Alternatively, the gathered information can be sent to the management terminal in time, so that the management personnel can take measures as soon as possible.
It should be noted that, although the reminding information is sent to remind the user to be away from the infection source, the specific position of the patient is not displayed, so that the privacy of the patient is not violated, and a protection effect is achieved.
The embodiment monitors the activities of people during the epidemic situation based on the wireless communication technology and the positioning technology, and timely sends out the reminding information to prevent the user from contacting the infectious disease patient and related personnel, so that the user is prevented from being infected, and the epidemic situation can be researched by utilizing big data.
