Abstract

In order to overcome the problems that the existing electric connector cannot well meet the requirements of water resistance, corrosion resistance, interference resistance, high stability, easy separation and the like after being miniaturized, sealing assemblies are arranged on a plug and a socket, the plug and the socket are in an embedded design, errors are prevented through an error-proof insertion block and an error-proof insertion slot, the plug and the socket are conveniently inserted and connected through a base point indication mark, a differential assembly is arranged in the middle to ensure the transmission of high-speed signals, annular shielding plates are arranged on the outer sides of the differential assembly and an interface, and the anti-interference performance is high. After the plug is connected with the socket, the tail end of the plug is tightened, and the stability of the electric connector can be improved by connecting the plug with the socket through a cable and reducing the transmission of vibration. the plug comprises a plug interface end and a shell, the plug interface end is provided with a plug ring plate and a plug base, the plug base is provided with a through hole, a contact pin is arranged in the through hole of the plug base, the plug ring plate is integrally connected with the plug shell, a sealing assembly is arranged between the rear side of the plug base and the plug shell, the inner side of the plug ring plate is provided with a mistake-proofing slot, and the outer side of the plug ring plate is provided with a base point indication mark; and the tail end of the plug is provided with a tightening assembly.
Furthermore, 2 differential assemblies are respectively arranged on the socket base and the plug base, and the differential assemblies on the socket base comprise an annular outer wall and 4 jacks; the plug base is provided with holes for installing the differential assembly, and the differential assembly on the plug base comprises 4 contact pins.

the plug comprises a plug interface end and a shell, the plug interface end is provided with a plug ring plate 7 and a plug base 8, a through hole is formed in the plug base 8, a contact pin 9 is arranged in the through hole of the plug base, the plug ring plate 7 is integrally connected with the plug shell, a sealing assembly is arranged between the rear side of the plug base 8 and the plug shell, a mistake-proof slot 10 is formed in the inner side of the plug ring plate 7, and a base point indicating mark is arranged on the outer side of the plug ring plate 7; the tail end of the plug is provided with a tightening assembly 11.

The outer side of the tightening component 11 is provided with anti-slip patterns, the inner side of the tightening component 11 is in threaded connection with the plug shell, and the inner side of the tightening component 11 is gradually folded along with threaded locking.
