Claims (3)

1. A big data-based electronic entrance and exit verification method capable of tracking and recording is characterized in that: which comprises the following steps:
s1, collecting information of legal organization, enterprises, public places, residential areas and natural people;
s2, verifying whether the input information is real and effective, and distributing an identity ID number to each legal organization, each enterprise, each residential quarter, each public place and natural person; storing the information which is verified to be real and effective and the corresponding identity ID number into an information database;
the ID number is a personal identification number, an enterprise unified social credit code or other verifiable number;
s3, generating an enterprise/legal organization electronic discrepancy and a natural person electronic discrepancy according to the conditions of each legal organization, each enterprise, each residential district and each individual, which comprises the following steps:
s3.1, inquiring whether the applicant is registered or not in an information database according to registration information provided by the applicant, and if the applicant is not registered, jumping to execute the steps S1 and S2 to collect information and verify identity; if the applicant is registered, step S3.2 is executed;
s3.2, inquiring whether the electronic access certificate is already transacted for the electronic access certificate in the electronic access certificate management database, if so, rejecting the request, and if not, executing the step S3.3;
s3.3, if the applicant is an individual, the individual is allowed to have an individual access certificate for each organization, so the individual applies for the access certificate for each organization individually, an electronic access certificate containing organization ID and user ID information is generated for the individual according to the registration information provided by the individual, the electronic access certificate is issued to the applicant, and meanwhile, the electronic access certificate and the bibliographic items are stored in an electronic access certificate database;
if the applicant is an organization, generating one or more electronic certificates containing organization ID information for the applicant according to the registration information provided by the applicant, sending the electronic certificates to the applicant, and simultaneously saving the electronic certificates and the bibliographic items in an electronic certificate database;
each organization can be set to a dangerous or safe state according to specific conditions, and the state can be obtained by scanning the entrance and exit certificate of the organization by an individual user;
s4, verifying the electronic certificate of the registered user, comprising the following steps:
s4.1, when a registered user enters the field, firstly, an electronic access certificate verification method is triggered by scanning and organizing access certificates;
recording the information of the entrance on the personal entrance certificate and storing the information into a database, wherein the fields comprise: user ID, organization security state, organization address and entrance guard detection result;
s4.2, identifying whether the registered user registers a valid permit or not under the current organization according to the organization ID and the user ID, wherein if the registered user does not register or the permit state is invalid, the registered user is a visitor, otherwise, the registered user is identified as a resident;
s4.3, calling electronic certificates from the electronic certificate authority database according to the user ID, wherein the electronic certificates registered by all organizations of the user are directly fed back to the registered user and the user side of the entrance guard and the reason is displayed if one electronic certificate authority state is 'isolating'; if the role of the entrance and exit certificate is a resident, prompting the resident to be in isolation, and requiring the resident to be isolated independently; if the role of the entrance and exit is visitor, prompting 'no pass'; otherwise, executing step S4.4;
s4.4, verifying contents under different verification methods are carried out according to the recognized identity, verification results are fed back to mobile phone clients of registered users and entrance guards, meanwhile, the records of the entrance are generated and recorded into an electronic entrance and exit management database,
if the registered user is a visitor, verifying whether the unit allows the visitor to enter, if not, prompting 'no pass', and displaying the reason;
if the history record of the registered user does not conform to the specified time, normal body temperature detection records exist every day and abnormal body temperature detection records do not exist or isolation records exist in the day, the resident prompts to 'suggest isolation', and the visitor prompts to 'no pass';
if the history record of the registered user is in the set time and the organization with the state being dangerous in the set time is passed, the resident prompts to suggest isolation and the visitor prompts to forbid passage;
if the records are normal, executing the step S4.5;
s4.5, detecting whether the registered user meets the admission condition by a field entrance guard;
if the electronic discrepancy is not matched, marking the electronic discrepancy as unqualified, and refusing to enter; if so, then mark as "eligible"; and updating the entry record to the electronic discrepancy management database.
2. The big-data based traceable electronic access verification method of claim 1, wherein: the predetermined time in step S4 is an integer number of days within 0 to 365 days from the current day.
3. The big-data based traceable electronic access verification method of claim 2, wherein: the admission condition in step S4.5 is body temperature,
if the body temperature detected on site is less than or equal to the specified value, the body temperature accords with the access condition, otherwise, the body temperature does not accord with the access condition;
the specified value is a temperature value between 37 ℃ and 37.3 ℃.
