The cam type quick locking and unlocking device is characterized in that a driven piece is mounted on a cam curved surface of a knob, the knob is rotated, the driven piece generates corresponding displacement along with the change of the cam curved surface, and a limiting structure arranged on a battery box shell can limit the axial displacement of the knob, so that the knob can only rotate, and a lock pin head can only generate axial displacement. The bottom end of the locking pin head is mounted on a limiting structure on the battery box shell, and the battery box shell is provided with a hole which has the same shape as the vertical part of the locking pin head, for example, the hole is approximately square, so that the locking pin head can only generate axial displacement, as shown in figure 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the length of the locking pin is 55mm, and the length of the locking pin for mounting the spring end of the locking pin is 44 mm.
The locating bulge is formed in one end of the lock pin, the thickness of the locating bulge is 1mm, the distance between the position of the locating bulge and the end face of one side of the lock pin is 6mm, the diameter of the lock pin between the bulge and the end face of the lock pin is 4mm, and the lock pin is used for being connected with a locating hole in the bottom of a shell to be connected, so that two parts or mechanisms are connected and locked.
The assembly process of the cam type locking and unlocking device provided by the invention is as follows:
1. installing a lock pin head on a cam curved surface of a knob, enabling extension rods on two sides of the lock pin head to be in full contact with the cam curved surface, and installing the bottom end of the lock pin head on a limiting structure on the side surface of a battery box shell;
2. installing a lockpin spring on a lockpin from one side of the lockpin with threads, wherein the other side of the lockpin is provided with a positioning bulge for fixing the position of the lockpin spring;
3. aligning the knob and the lock pin head to a positioning hole of the battery box shell, and connecting the lock pin (with threads) provided with the lock pin spring with the bottom of the lock pin head;
4. the knob cover is connected with the knob through a screw, and the screw fixes the knob on a limiting structure on the side surface of the battery box shell and is used for fixing the axial displacement of the knob;
5. and when the locking pin head is positioned at the bottom dead center of the cam curved surface, the two parts (mechanisms) are in a locking state.
