Abstract
A direct-acting three-way pressure reducing valve for regulating pressure by a servo motor comprises the servo motor, a motor base, a transmission lead screw, a pressure regulating spring, a valve body and a valve core; the transmission screw rod is connected with the valve body, one end of the transmission screw rod is connected with the pressure setting spring, the other end of the transmission screw rod extends out of the shell and is connected with the servo motor, the valve core is tightly matched with the valve body and can slide in the valve body along the axis, and the valve body is provided with an oil inlet P, a throttle B and an oil return port T; the area of the control cavity at the upper end of the valve core is smaller than that of the control cavity at the lower end of the valve core; the pressure of the valve outlet is introduced into one side with small area of the control cavity as positive feedback and introduced into one side with large area of the control cavity as negative feedback; the valve core makes corresponding displacement under the condition of stress at two ends, and the pressure at the outlet of the valve is controlled; the pressure at the valve outlet is directly controlled by a pressure regulating spring compressed by a transmission lead screw driven by a servo motor.

Background
In a hydraulic system, a pressure reducing valve controls the opening of an opening and closing part in a valve body to adjust the flow of a medium, the opening of the opening and closing part is adjusted by utilizing the action of pressure behind the valve, the pressure of the medium is reduced, and the pressure of an outlet of the valve is kept in a certain range; the external regulating system of the pressure reducing valve can ensure the pressure to reach a preset value, and the pressure stabilizing accuracy is ensured. At present, the pressure reducing valve is widely applied to various instruments and equipment used in the field of mine and urban water supply.
The common three-way pressure reducing valve generally adopts a pressure negative feedback structural form, namely, the pressure at the outlet of the valve is used as the driving force of a valve core to promote the area of a throttling opening of a valve port to be reduced, so that the outlet flow of the valve is reduced.
Therefore, the direct-acting three-way pressure reducing valve with the pressure regulated by the servo motor is designed, and the response speed of the pressure reducing valve and the regulation of a hydraulic system are obviously improved.

The valve core 6 is in a stepped five-section outer cylinder form, is packaged in the valve body 5 and is tightly matched with the valve body 5; the upper end surface of the valve core 6 and the inner cavity of the valve body 5 form an upper oil cavity A1, and the lower end surface of the valve core 6 and the inner cavity of the valve body 5 form a lower oil cavity A2; an oil inlet P, a throttling port B and an upper oil return port C are formed in the side face of the valve body 5, and a lower oil return port D is formed in the lower end face of the valve body 5; the throttle orifice B, the upper oil return port C and the lower oil return port D are communicated with the oil outlet A through pipelines; the valve body 6 is linearly slidable in the valve body 5, and the linear sliding of the valve body 6 enables the intermediate land of the valve body 6 to adjust the opening degree of the orifice B.

Referring to fig. 1, a direct-acting three-way pressure reducing valve for regulating pressure by a servo motor comprises a servo motor 1, a motor base 2, a transmission screw rod 3, a pressure regulating spring 4, a valve body 5 and a valve core 6; the transmission screw 3 is connected with the valve body 5, one end of the transmission screw 3 is connected with the pressure regulating spring 4, the other end of the transmission screw 3 is connected with the servo motor 1, and the servo motor 1 is externally connected with the upper side of the valve body 5 through the motor base 2; the valve core 6 is in a stepped five-section outer cylinder form, is packaged in the valve body 5 and is tightly matched with the valve body 5; an oil inlet P, a throttling port B and an upper oil return port C are formed in the side face of the valve body 5, and a lower oil return port D is formed in the lower end face of the valve body 5; the upper oil return port C, the lower oil return port D and the throttle B are communicated with the oil outlet A through pipelines; the valve body 6 is slidable along the axis in the valve body 5, and the linear sliding of the valve body 6 allows the intermediate land of the valve body 6 to adjust the opening degree of the orifice B.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
high-pressure oil enters from the oil inlet P and flows out from the oil outlet A to enter the execution element; at the oil outlet A, part of high-pressure oil enters an upper oil cavity A1 from an upper oil return port C through a pipeline, the other part of high-pressure oil enters a lower oil cavity A2 from a lower oil return port D, the valve core 6 is pushed to move upwards due to the pressure difference between the upper oil return port C and the lower oil return port D, when the middle shoulder of the valve core 6 passes through the throttling port B, the caliber of the high-pressure oil flowing out from the throttling port B is reduced, the pressure value of the oil outlet A is reduced, and the pressure at the oil outlet A is ensured to be the preset pressure value of the pressure regulating spring 4; when the pressure value of the oil outlet A exceeds the preset pressure of the pressure regulating spring 4, the throttle orifice B is completely closed, and a channel from the oil inlet P to the oil outlet A, which flows into the valve body 5, is closed; the lower end of the valve core 6 is higher than the oil return port T, oil in the lower oil cavity A2 flows back to the oil tank from the oil return port T, the pressure of the lower oil cavity A2 is reduced, the servo motor 1 is electrified to push the valve core 6 to move downwards, and the pressure value of the oil outlet A is lower than the preset value of the pressure regulating spring 4.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
high-pressure oil flows into the valve body 5 from the oil inlet P and enters the execution element from the oil outlet A; at the outlet, the oil liquid flows upwards into an upper oil cavity A1 of an upper oil return port C communicated with the oil outlet A and flows downwards into a lower oil cavity A2 of a lower oil return port D communicated with the oil outlet A, wherein the upper oil cavity A1 plays a role in positive pressure feedback, and the lower oil cavity A2 plays a role in negative pressure feedback; the valve core 6 is in a step-shaped five-section outer cylinder form, and the stress area of the valve core 6 contacted with the upper oil cavity A1 is smaller than the stress area of the lower oil cavity A2 contacted with the valve core 6; when the pressure of the lower oil chamber A2 is greater than the pressure of the upper oil chamber A1, the valve core 6 moves upwards, the flow area at the throttling port B is reduced, and the flow passing through the throttling port B is reduced, so that the pressure at the oil outlet A is ensured to be the set pressure value of the spring; when the pressure of the oil outlet A rises to a certain value, the valve core 6 closes the throttle B flowing from the oil inlet P to the oil outlet A, the lower end of the valve core 6 is higher than the oil return port T, and high-pressure oil flows through a lower oil cavity A2 of the valve body 5 from the oil outlet A and flows back to the oil tank from the oil return port T, so that the pressure of the oil outlet A is reduced to a set value of a spring; the set value of the spring is controlled by driving a transmission screw rod 3 by a servo motor 1.
