Abstract
The invention discloses a compressor or a blower with a diffuser, which comprises a diffuser and a centrifugal impeller, wherein the diffuser comprises a back plate (1), a plurality of first diffuser blades (2) and a plurality of second diffuser blades (3), the radial lengths of the first diffuser blades and the second diffuser blades are different, and the compressor or the blower is characterized in that: the second leading edge radius R2 of the second diffuser vane is greater than the first leading edge radius R1 of the first diffuser vane, the first diffuser vane has a maximum first curvature S1, the second diffuser vane has a maximum second curvature S2, and S1 ≠ S2; and a recess is formed between the arc-shaped body part of the second diffuser blade and the second front edge and the second rear edge, and one or more communication holes (8) are formed in the recess on the back plate. It can effectively reduce the turbulence at the outlet of the diffuser, and promote a part of the turbulence to flow to the concave parts of the second diffuser blades, thereby reducing the pressure fluctuation at both sides of the back plate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compressors or blowers, in particular to a compressor or a blower with a diffuser.
Background
The diffusers of compressors or blowers include vaned diffusers and vaneless diffusers, typically with vanes of a vaned diffuser being either a single length vane or two different lengths of vane. However, the existing vaned diffuser has the problems of larger turbulence at the outlet of the diffuser and larger pressure fluctuation at the two sides of the back plate.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, and to provide a compressor or blower having a diffuser, which can effectively reduce the turbulence at the outlet of the diffuser, and promote a part of the turbulence to flow to the concave portions of the second diffuser blades; by the design of the communication hole, a part of airflow which flows to the concave part of the second diffuser vane in a turbulent way can be promoted to pass through the communication hole, so that the pressure fluctuation at two sides of the back plate can be reduced/balanced, and the overall performance of the compressor or the blower is improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a compressor or blower with a diffuser, which comprises a diffuser and a centrifugal impeller, wherein the centrifugal impeller is positioned at the radial inner side of the diffuser, the outlet of the centrifugal impeller is communicated with the inlet of the diffuser, the diffuser comprises a back plate (1), a plurality of first diffuser blades (2) and a plurality of second diffuser blades (3), the plurality of first diffuser blades and the plurality of second diffuser blades are arranged along the circumferential direction of the back plate at staggered intervals, the first diffuser blades are provided with a first front edge (4) and a first rear edge (5), the second diffuser blades are provided with a second front edge (6) and a second rear edge (7), the radial lengths of the plurality of first diffuser blades and the plurality of second diffuser blades are different, and the compressor or blower is characterized in that: the second leading edge radius R2 of the second diffuser vane is greater than the first leading edge radius R1 of the first diffuser vane, the first diffuser vane has a maximum first curvature S1, the second diffuser vane has a maximum second curvature S2, and S1 ≠ S2.

Further, the R1= (0.6-0.95) R2.
Furthermore, a recess is formed between the arc-shaped body part of the second diffuser blade and the second front edge and the second rear edge, the back plate is positioned on one side far away from the inlet of the centrifugal impeller in the axial direction, and one or more communication holes (8) are formed in the back plate and in the recess.
Furthermore, the communication hole (8) is a through hole penetrating through the back plate, one end of the communication hole is communicated with the diffuser, and the other end of the communication hole is communicated with the inlet end of the next-stage centrifugal impeller of the multistage compressor or the blower.
Further, the first diffuser vane and the second diffuser vane are arc-shaped vanes, and the bending directions of the first diffuser vane and the second diffuser vane are the same.
A multi-stage compressor or multi-stage blower includes a compressor or blower having a diffuser.
The compressor or the blower with the diffuser has the advantages that by means of the curvature design of the first diffuser blade and the second diffuser blade, turbulence at the outlet of the diffuser can be effectively reduced, and a part of turbulence is promoted to flow to the concave parts of the second diffuser blade; by the design of the communication hole, a part of airflow which flows to the concave part of the second diffuser vane in a turbulent way can be promoted to pass through the communication hole, so that the pressure fluctuation at two sides of the back plate can be reduced/balanced, and the overall performance of the compressor or the blower is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a compressor or blower having a diffuser includes a diffuser, a centrifugal impeller IM located radially inside the diffuser, an outlet of the centrifugal impeller IM communicating with an inlet of the diffuser, the diffuser including a back plate 1 (the back plate 1 is located on a side axially away from an inlet of the centrifugal impeller IM), a plurality of first diffuser vanes 2, a plurality of second diffuser vanes 3, the plurality of first diffuser vanes 2, the plurality of second diffuser vanes 3 are arranged at intervals in a staggered manner along a circumferential direction of the back plate 1, the first diffuser vanes 2 have first leading edges 4, the first and second diffuser blades 2 and 3 have different radial lengths, and the first and second diffuser blades 2 and 3 are arc-shaped blades, and the second diffuser blade 3 has a second leading edge 6 and a second trailing edge 7.
The second leading edge 6 radius R2 of the second diffuser vane 3 is greater than the first leading edge 4 radius R1 of the first diffuser vane 2, further, R1= (0.7-0.9) R2, preferably 0.8; the first diffuser vane 2 has a (maximum) first curvature S1, the second diffuser vane 3 has a (maximum) second curvature S2, the first curvature S1 ≠ the second curvature S2, further S1= (0.40-0.55) S2, preferably 0.45-0.50. By designing the curvatures of the first diffuser vane and the second diffuser vane, the turbulence at the diffuser outlet can be effectively reduced, and a part of the turbulence is promoted to flow to the concave part of the second diffuser vane.
The arc-shaped body part of the second diffuser blade 3 and the second front edge 6 and the second rear edge 7 enclose/form a recess part, and the back plate 1 is positioned on one side far away from the inlet of the centrifugal impeller IM in the axial direction; one or more communication holes 8 are formed in the back plate 1 and in the concave part, the communication holes 8 are through holes penetrating through the back plate 1, one end of each communication hole 8 is communicated with the diffuser, and the other end of each communication hole 8 is communicated with the inlet end of the next-stage centrifugal impeller of the multistage compressor or the blower. By the design of the communication hole, a part of the airflow which flows to the concave part of the second diffuser vane in a turbulent manner can be promoted to pass through the communication hole, so that the pressure fluctuation on two sides of the back plate can be reduced/balanced.
The compressor or the blower with the diffuser has the advantages that by means of the curvature design of the first diffuser blade and the second diffuser blade, turbulence at the outlet of the diffuser can be effectively reduced, and a part of turbulence is promoted to flow to the concave parts of the second diffuser blade; by the design of the communication hole, a part of airflow which flows to the concave part of the second diffuser vane in a turbulent way can be promoted to pass through the communication hole, so that the pressure fluctuation at two sides of the back plate can be reduced/balanced, and the overall performance of the compressor or the blower is improved.

Claims (7)
1. A compressor or blower with a diffuser, which comprises a diffuser and a centrifugal impeller, wherein the centrifugal impeller is positioned at the radial inner side of the diffuser, the outlet of the centrifugal impeller is communicated with the inlet of the diffuser, the diffuser comprises a back plate (1), a plurality of first diffuser blades (2) and a plurality of second diffuser blades (3), the plurality of first diffuser blades and the plurality of second diffuser blades are arranged along the circumferential direction of the back plate at staggered intervals, the first diffuser blades are provided with a first front edge (4) and a first rear edge (5), the second diffuser blades are provided with a second front edge (6) and a second rear edge (7), the radial lengths of the plurality of first diffuser blades and the plurality of second diffuser blades are different, and the compressor or blower is characterized in that: the second leading edge radius R2 of the second diffuser vane is greater than the first leading edge radius R1 of the first diffuser vane, the first diffuser vane has a maximum first curvature S1, the second diffuser vane has a maximum second curvature S2, and S1 ≠ S2.
2. A compressor or blower having a diffuser as claimed in claim 1, wherein S1= (0.30-0.65) S2.
3. A compressor or blower having a diffuser as claimed in claim 2, wherein R1= (0.6-0.95) R2.
4. A compressor or blower having a diffuser according to claim 2 in which the curved body portion of the second diffuser vane forms a recess between the second leading and trailing edges, the back plate being located axially on the side remote from the inlet to the centrifugal impeller, and one or more communication holes (8) being provided in the back plate and in the recess.
5. A compressor or blower having a diffuser according to claim 4, wherein the communication hole (8) is a through hole penetrating the back plate, and one end of the communication hole communicates with the diffuser and the other end communicates with the inlet end of the centrifugal impeller of the next stage of the multi-stage compressor or blower.
6. A compressor or blower having a diffuser as claimed in claim 2 or 4 wherein the first and second diffuser vanes are arcuate vanes and the direction of curvature of the first and second diffuser vanes is the same.
7. A multi-stage compressor or multi-stage blower comprising a compressor or blower with a diffuser as claimed in claim 1.
