Abstract

本发明的提供一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板,利用岩棉芯板和岩棉带芯板作为复合板的芯板,使本复合板的保温、隔热、防火、吸音以及抗风压能力均增强;采用柔性石墨作为封边层,进一步抵抗负风压的吸力,且封边层增加了复合板的柔韧性,减少因热应力、地震力或其他因素引起的变形,延长其使用寿命,且封边层还对复合板有一定的密封保温防水能力;在复合板四周粘合柔性石墨进行封边,增加了复合板的接触处柔韧性,以分散、消纳、释放变形应力和地震应力;采用先将玻纤网格布和砂浆滚压,再将玻纤砂浆层与岩棉层粘结,使得玻纤网格布和砂浆充分融合,提高了复合板的强度。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及环保建筑技术领域,特别涉及一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板及其制作工艺。
背景技术
外墙外保温材料不但能起到保护墙体结构的作用,同时还减少了外界温度、湿度各种射线对主体的影响,适合的保温隔热材料不仅能达到节能保温的目的,还能延长建筑物的寿命。现有的外墙外保温板一般使用岩棉作为芯板。
岩棉保温板是以玄武岩及其他天然矿石等为主要原料制成非连续性纤维,加入一定量的粘结剂等辅助剂再经过沉降、固化、切割等工艺制成不同密度的板状产品,用于工业设备、建筑的绝热隔音等;同时随着建筑节能观念的推广,岩棉保温板的使用范围也越来越广,其种类也越来越多。
但由于外墙外保温板会受到包括风压、地震力、热应力等外来因素的影响,导致外墙外保温般出现损坏。因此本发明提供一种增强复合板以及其制作工艺,增强其承受外来因素破坏的能力,提高其使用寿命。

本发明提供一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板制作工艺,增强其承受外来因素破坏的能力,提高其使用寿命。
技术方案
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板,包括板体,所述板体包括岩棉芯板和岩棉带芯板,所述岩棉芯板和所述岩棉带芯板一侧均依次设有玻纤砂浆层和保护层,所述板体四周均设有封边层。
进一步的,所述保护层包括耐火层和防水层。
进一步的,所述耐火层使用酚醛泡沫材料制成。
进一步的,所述封边层使用柔性石墨制成。
一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、选择岩棉板作为复合板的第一芯板,并将玻纤网格布与调制好的砂浆滚压,形成玻纤砂浆层;
步骤2、在岩棉板的一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层与刷涂砂浆后的岩棉板粘结,并在玻纤砂浆层一面刷涂砂浆;
步骤3、将玻纤砂浆层刷涂砂浆的一面粘结保护层,对得到的板料进行冷压、干燥、切割,得到第一复合板;
步骤4、选择岩棉带作为复合板的第二芯板,在岩棉带的一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层与刷涂砂浆后的岩棉板粘结,并在玻纤砂浆层一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层刷涂砂浆的一面粘结保护层,对得到的板料进行冷压、干燥、切割,得到第二复合板;
步骤5、将得到的第一复合板和第二复合板粘结、冷压及干燥处理后,对其进行封边处理,使用柔性石墨对复合板四周进行密封;
步骤6、对其进行性能测试,检测合格后入库。
进一步的,所述步骤3和所述步骤4中所述的保护层包括耐火层和防水层,在其制作时,先粘结酚醛泡沫耐火层,再刷涂防水层,所述防水层使用环保防水涂料。
进一步的,在所述步骤3和所述步骤4中,所述冷压的时长为3-8小时,所述干燥的时长为4-6小时,且所述干燥的温度为150℃-300℃。
有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)一般来说正风压产生推力,负风压产生吸力,他们都会对建筑外墙保温层造成很大的破坏,特别时对高层建筑,故本发明中使用岩棉芯板和岩棉带芯板作为复合板的芯板,岩棉带其纤维方向呈垂直板面,其抗拉强度和抗压强度相对于正常岩棉板有质的提高,而正常岩棉板其保温隔热、防火、吸音效果较好,故将两者结合,使本复合板的保温、隔热、防火、吸音以及抗风压能力均增强;
(2)地震力会导致大型建筑结构和保温层面挤压,剪切或者扭曲变形,而保温层刚性越大,承受的地震力就越大,引起的破坏可能就更严重,故本发明在复合板四周粘合柔性石墨进行封边,增加了复合板的接触处柔韧性,以分散、消纳、释放变形应力和地震应力;
(3)传统的制作工艺为先在芯板上涂砂浆,再粘结玻纤网格布,或者是先在芯板上粘结玻纤网格布,再填充砂浆,但这两种玻纤网格布和砂浆的结合方式,其效果并不是特别好,以至影响到复合板的强度,本发明的工艺上采用先将玻纤网格布和砂浆滚压,再将玻纤砂浆层与岩棉层粘结,使得玻纤网格布和砂浆充分融合,提高了复合板的强度。

实施例1
参照附图1-3,一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板,包括板体1所述板体1包括岩棉芯板2和岩棉带芯板3,所述岩棉芯板2和所述岩棉带芯板3一侧均依次设有玻纤砂浆层4和保护层5,所述板体1四周均设有封边层6。
所述保护层5包括耐火层51和防水层52;所述耐火层51使用酚醛泡沫材料制成;所述封边层6使用柔性石墨制成。
在本实施例中,利用岩棉芯板和岩棉带芯板作为复合板的芯板,岩棉带其纤维方向呈垂直板面,其抗拉强度和抗压强度相对于正常岩棉板有质的提高,而正常岩棉板其保温隔热、防火、吸音效果较好,故将两者结合,使本复合板的保温、隔热、防火、吸音以及抗风压能力均增强;采用柔性石墨作为封边层,进一步抵抗负风压的吸力,且封边层增加了复合板的柔韧性,减少因热应力、地震力或其他因素引起的变形,延长其使用寿命,且封边层还对复合板有一定的密封保温防水能力。
参照附图2-3,在使用本复合板对外墙外部进行保温时,其岩棉芯板靠近外墙体7,岩棉带芯板原理所述外墙体7。
实施例2
一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1、选择岩棉板作为复合板的第一芯板,并将玻纤网格布与调制好的砂浆滚压,形成玻纤砂浆层;
步骤2、在岩棉板的一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层与刷涂砂浆后的岩棉板粘结,并在玻纤砂浆层一面刷涂砂浆;
步骤3、将玻纤砂浆层刷涂砂浆的一面粘结保护层,对得到的板料进行冷压、干燥、切割,得到第一复合板,其中所述冷压的时长为3-8小时,所述干燥的时长为4-6小时,且所述干燥的温度为150℃-300℃,所述保护层包括耐火层和防水层,在其制作时,先粘结酚醛泡沫耐火层,再刷涂防水层,所述防水层使用环保防水涂料;
步骤4、选择岩棉带作为复合板的第二芯板,在岩棉带的一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层与刷涂砂浆后的岩棉板粘结,并在玻纤砂浆层一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层刷涂砂浆的一面粘结保护层,对得到的板料进行冷压、干燥、切割,得到第二复合板,其中所述冷压的时长为3-8小时,所述干燥的时长为4-6小时,且所述干燥的温度为150℃-300℃;
步骤5、将得到的第一复合板和第二复合板粘结、冷压及干燥处理后,对其进行封边处理,使用柔性石墨对复合板四周进行密封;
步骤6、对其进行性能测试,检测合格后入库。
在本实施例中,在复合板四周粘合柔性石墨进行封边,增加了复合板的接触处柔韧性,以分散、消纳、释放变形应力和地震应力;采用先将玻纤网格布和砂浆滚压,再将玻纤砂浆层与岩棉层粘结,使得玻纤网格布和砂浆充分融合,提高了复合板的强度。

1.一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板,包括板体(1),其特征在于:所述板体(1)包括岩棉芯板(2)和岩棉带芯板(3),所述岩棉芯板(2)和所述岩棉带芯板(3)一侧均依次设有玻纤砂浆层(4)和保护层(5),所述板体(1)四周均设有封边层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板,其特征在于:所述保护层(5)包括耐火层(51)和防水层(52)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板,其特征在于:所述耐火层(51)使用酚醛泡沫材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板,其特征在于:所述封边层(6)使用柔性石墨制成。
5.一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1、选择岩棉板作为复合板的第一芯板,并将玻纤网格布与调制好的砂浆滚压,形成玻纤砂浆层;
步骤2、在岩棉板的一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层与刷涂砂浆后的岩棉板粘结,并在玻纤砂浆层一面刷涂砂浆;
步骤3、将玻纤砂浆层刷涂砂浆的一面粘结保护层,对得到的板料进行冷压、干燥、切割,得到第一复合板;
步骤4、选择岩棉带作为复合板的第二芯板,在岩棉带的一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层与刷涂砂浆后的岩棉板粘结,并在玻纤砂浆层一面刷涂砂浆,将玻纤砂浆层刷涂砂浆的一面粘结保护层,对得到的板料进行冷压、干燥、切割,得到第二复合板;
步骤5、将得到的第一复合板和第二复合板粘结、冷压及干燥处理后,对其进行封边处理,使用柔性石墨对复合板四周进行密封;
步骤6、对其进行性能测试,检测合格后入库。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3和所述步骤4中所述的保护层包括耐火层和防水层,在其制作时,先粘结酚醛泡沫耐火层,再刷涂防水层,所述防水层使用环保防水涂料。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种无饰面岩棉带增强复合板制作工艺,其特征在于:在所述步骤3和所述步骤4中,所述冷压的时长为3-8小时,所述干燥的时长为4-6小时,且所述干燥的温度为150℃-300℃。
