Description

Adhesive tape film material composition, application thereof and adhesive tape film material
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of polypropylene preparation, in particular to an adhesive tape film material composition, application thereof and an adhesive tape film material prepared from the adhesive tape film material composition.
Background
With the development of economy and the acceleration of consumption upgrading, the requirements of various industries on the quality and quantity of plastic films are greatly improved, and particularly the requirements on high-quality plastic film packaging materials are particularly outstanding. Polypropylene resin, as an environment-friendly material, has excellent physical properties and good moldability, and thus has been used in an expanding range of applications in recent years, particularly in the field of packaging, and plays an irreplaceable important role.
Biaxially oriented polypropylene film, BOPP film for short, is a very important flexible packaging material, is colorless, odorless, tasteless and nontoxic, has the advantages of high tensile strength, impact strength, rigidity, toughness, good transparency and the like, is mainly applied to the fields of printing, compounding, bag making, coating and the like at present, wherein in the consumption of BOPP film, the adhesive tape film for producing the box sealing adhesive tape occupies a certain proportion. The BOPP adhesive tape film is prepared by coating a BOPP film as a base material with pressure-sensitive adhesive such as acrylic, and has excellent characteristics of strong tensile strength, light weight, low cost and the like, so the BOPP adhesive tape film is widely applied to various packaging, bonding, fixing and other purposes, and particularly becomes a mainstream of packaging and box sealing materials on the sealing and sticking of a carton.
At present, the competition in the field of the BOPP film is intensified day by day, but the chemical enterprises for producing the BOPP special resin in the market at present are few, and the BOPP special resin has the problems of high price, untimely supply and the like for downstream production enterprises, so that the market generally replaces the BOPP special resin with the drawing material (S1003) with low price and stable supply as the core layer material of the BOPP adhesive tape film to prepare the BOPP film. BOPP film manufacturers generally only add an anti-sticking agent in the preparation of adhesive tape films, and basically cannot change the color of film rolls, so that various problems occur in the process of producing the adhesive tape films by using drawn materials at the film material level, for example, the BOPP film rolls produced by using polypropylene drawn materials in the market generally have the problems of red, yellow and uneven end surfaces of the film rolls, multiple colors on the same film roll and the like, so that the color of final products is inconsistent, and the appearance and the quality of the products are influenced.
