本发明公开了一种水性底漆和水性面漆辊涂工艺,其特征在于,包括水性底漆工艺和水性面漆工艺。水性底漆工艺通过多道工序的底漆喷涂工艺,其获得的UV底漆平板门附着力高,水性面漆工艺通过辊涂底漆和干燥工艺,可获得具有良好的平整度的平板门,满足要求,且制备过程简单,时间短,能够满足现有辊涂工艺的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及油漆工艺领域,具体地说,特别涉及到一种水性底漆和水性面漆辊涂工艺。
背景技术
现有的木门在其表面都会上漆,以保护木门和提高木门的美观性。现有的上漆操作一般采用辊涂工艺,以提高生产效率。辊涂上漆前会先对木门的门板表面进行打磨,然后通过辊涂在门板的表面形成一层漆膜,然后待漆膜干燥固化后就固定在门板的表面上。由于辊涂是在门板的表面形成一层薄薄的漆膜,但是,门板的表面会有很多细小的凹槽,漆膜在涂上门板表面后,部分漆料会流入凹槽内,从而使漆膜干燥固化后形成若干细小的凹槽,导致漆膜的表面形成磨砂面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种水性底漆和水性面漆辊涂工艺,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种水性底漆和水性面漆辊涂工艺,包括水性底漆工艺和水性面漆工艺;
所述水性底漆工艺包括如下步骤:
S1.砂光:平板门通过输送带经过砂光工位,采用砂光机对平板门进行砂光作业,输送带速度为10-15m/分钟;砂带采用240#/320#;
S2.一次水性底漆:平板门通过输送带经过辊涂工位,采用双辊辊涂机对平板门进行胶辊和镭射作业,水性底漆的涂布量为25-30g/㎡;
S3.干燥:平板门通过输送带经过干燥工位,采用干燥机对平板门进行干燥作业,输送带速度为10-15m/分钟;干燥温度为120-140℃;
S4.二次水性底漆:平板门通过输送带经过辊涂工位,采用双辊辊涂机对平板门进行胶辊和镭射作业,水性底漆的涂布量为25-30g/㎡;
S5.砂光:平板门通过输送带经过砂光工位,采用砂光机对平板门进行砂光作业,砂带采用600#;
S6.检砂:人工在输送带两侧采用400#海绵砂块对平板门进行边角处理;
所述水性面漆工艺包括如下步骤:
S7.除尘:平板门通过输送带经过除尘工位,采用除尘机对平板门进行除尘作业;
S8.水性面漆:平板门通过输送带经过辊涂工位,采用双辊辊涂机对平板门进行胶辊和镭射作业,水性底漆的涂布量为25-30g/㎡;
S9.烘干:平板门通过输送带经过烘干工位,采用立体烘干机表干10分钟,温度25±5℃;烘干20分钟,温度40±5℃;冷却10分钟,温度25±5℃;
S10.检验:人工对平板门表面进行验视。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
水性底漆工艺通过多道工序的底漆喷涂工艺,其获得的UV底漆平板门附着力高,水性面漆工艺通过辊涂底漆和干燥工艺,可获得具有良好的平整度的平板门,满足要求,且制备过程简单,时间短,能够满足现有辊涂工艺的需求。

本发明所述的一种水性底漆和水性面漆辊涂工艺,包括水性底漆工艺和水性面漆工艺;
所述水性底漆工艺包括如下步骤:
S1.砂光:平板门通过输送带经过砂光工位,采用砂光机对平板门进行砂光作业,输送带速度为10-15m/分钟;砂带采用240#/320#;
S2.一次水性底漆:平板门通过输送带经过辊涂工位,采用双辊辊涂机对平板门进行胶辊和镭射作业,水性底漆的涂布量为25-30g/㎡;
S3.干燥:平板门通过输送带经过干燥工位,采用干燥机对平板门进行干燥作业,输送带速度为10-15m/分钟;干燥温度为120-140℃;

S3.干燥:平板门通过输送带经过干燥工位,采用干燥机对平板门进行干燥作业,输送带速度为15m/分钟;干燥温度为140℃;
S4.二次水性底漆:平板门通过输送带经过辊涂工位,采用双辊辊涂机对平板门进行胶辊和镭射作业,水性底漆的涂布量为30g/㎡;
S5.砂光:平板门通过输送带经过砂光工位,采用砂光机对平板门进行砂光作业,砂带采用600#;
S6.检砂:人工在输送带两侧采用400#海绵砂块对平板门进行边角处理;
所述水性面漆工艺包括如下步骤:
