Claims (9)

1. A patient signature device of an information-based medical record management system is characterized in that: the signature device is detachably arranged on the supporting mechanism;
the signature device comprises a shell and a functional module, wherein the front surface of the shell is provided with a touch display screen, a fingerprint input end and a functional key end, and the upper end of the shell is provided with a telescopic camera, an identity card identification card slot and a handwriting pen; the function module comprises a processor module, a storage module, a data transmission module, a voice module, a character recognition module, an image recognition module, an identity card reading module and a pupil recognition module, the processor module is integrated in the shell and connected with other modules, the telescopic camera controls the telescopic motion through a function key end and is provided with the front image recognition module and the rear image recognition module and the pupil recognition module, and the voice module controls the input through the function key end and is connected with the installed recording hole and the loudspeaker; the article identification module is integrated on the touch display screen to identify characters sketched by a handwriting pen, and the identity card reading module is installed in the identity card identification card slot;
the supporting mechanism comprises a signature device holder and a supporting seat, and the signature device holder comprises a lower end supporting part and clamping parts at the left end and the right end.

The patient signature device of the information-based medical records management system of claim 1, wherein: the signature device is internally provided with a power supply module, the power supply module is matched with a charging interface, and the power supply module supplies power to other internal modules;
the signature device is internally provided with a network module and is connected with a wireless network or selectively inserted into a traffic card;
a processor module of the signature device is provided with a printing driver;
and a bar code identification module is arranged on a telescopic camera of the signature device.

The patient signature device of the information-based medical records management system of claim 1, wherein: the right side of the shell is provided with a fingerprint input end, and an indicator lamp is arranged on the fingerprint input end; the upper side of the fingerprint input end is a function key end, and the function keys comprise an upper function key, a lower function key, a left function key, a right function key and a middle recording key;
the upper left end of the shell is provided with a cylindrical groove and is provided with a handwriting pen, and the tail ends of the handwriting pen are connected through a rope body.
4. The patient signature system of the informatization case management system of claim 1, wherein:
the signature system includes:
a human-computer interaction module: various modules for selecting a signature device to interact with a patient;
an acquisition module: the signature information acquisition module is used for acquiring, receiving and identifying signature information;
the processor module: for processing information and deploying modules;
a voice module: used for sending instructions or receiving voice information;
an APP module: the mobile APP is used for processing the mobile APP consistent with the signature system to perform signature operation;
the human-computer interaction module selects a signature mode through the touch display screen, the processor module controls the corresponding acquisition module to work after the selection, and the acquisition module acquires the signature in an acquisition, receiving and identification mode; the voice module identifies a voice signature and sends a next operation instruction;
the processor module allocates and processes the work of each module according to certain logic;
the APP module generates a corresponding two-dimensional code, and corresponding operation is performed through the APP login mode.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the patient signing device comprises:
the initial interfaces of the human-computer interaction module are a patient inlet and a family inlet, and the processor module sets different logics for the subsequent human-computer interaction module according to different inlets of the human-computer interaction module.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the patient signature system comprises:
the signature method comprises the following steps:
step 1: interaction selection of human-computer interaction module
The human-computer interaction module in the standby state displays an APP access two-dimensional code on the touch display screen and can scan and log in the APP; the interactive interface of the APP and human-computer interaction module comprises a patient entrance and a family entrance;
step 2: selection of signature scheme
After entering the corresponding interactive interface and the corresponding entrance, selecting a corresponding signature mode on the interactive interface according to the configuration of the processor module, and transferring and configuring the corresponding module to enter signature preparation after selecting the signature mode;
and step 3: execution of electronic signatures
Under the instruction assistance of a voice module, signature operation is carried out by selecting at least 1 signature mode, wherein the signature operation mode comprises one of fingerprint identification, voice input, character input, image input and pupil input identification;
and 4, step 4: electronic signature operation completion

when entering from the family member interactive interface, the signature mode selection comprises voice input and character input;
the APP interactive interface is consistent with the signature device interactive interface.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the patient signature system comprises: the step 3 of executing the electronic signature operation comprises the following steps:
fingerprint identification: clicking a fingerprint identification interactive interface, then performing module configuration through a processor module, prompting through a voice instruction of a voice module after the configuration is completed, simultaneously lighting an indicator lamp of a fingerprint input end, and entering a standby state after the fingerprint input and the fingerprint input are completed;
and (3) voice input: clicking a voice input interactive interface, then carrying out module configuration through a processor module, carrying out voice input by pressing a recording key at a functional key end through voice instruction prompt of the voice module after the configuration is finished, and entering a standby state after the voice input and the completion are carried out;
character input: clicking a character input interactive interface, then carrying out module configuration through a processor module, taking out a handwriting pen for inputting characters on a touch display screen through voice instruction prompt of a voice module after the configuration is finished, then identifying the input characters through a corresponding identification module, and then finishing the operation and entering a standby state;
image input: clicking an image input interaction interface, then performing module configuration through a processor module, after the configuration is completed, performing image acquisition through a voice instruction prompt of a voice module, and simultaneously performing image comparison and verification operation in cooperation with identification of an identity card to complete operation to enter standby;
pupil input: and clicking an image input interaction interface, then performing module configuration through the processor module, and after the configuration is completed, performing image acquisition through a voice instruction prompt of the voice module and stretching the camera.
