Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 6, the embodiment provides a sterilization method, and the sterilization method provided in the embodiment can select different heat exchangers to perform sterilization and disinfection in different working modes, so that the comfort is improved while the indoor air quality is improved.
The sterilization method provided by the present embodiment is mainly used for the air conditioner 100 in the first embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, reference may be made to the first embodiment for those parts of the embodiment that are not mentioned.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
step S100, receiving a sterilization instruction.
In this embodiment, the sterilization command may be a control command triggered by a user through a key, or may be a control command triggered by the controller 50.
Step S200, it is determined whether the air conditioner 100 is currently in the cooling mode.
After the air conditioner 100 receives the sterilization command, it is necessary to determine whether the air conditioner 100 is currently in the cooling mode.
Step S210, when the air conditioner 100 is in the cooling mode, the compressor 21 is controlled to be conducted with the four-way valve 10 through the first heat exchanger 30, so that the first heat exchanger 30 sterilizes the indoor air.
In the present embodiment, when the air conditioner 100 is in the cooling mode, the first port 81 and the second port 82 of the control connection valve 80 are communicated to communicate the compressor 21 with the first heat exchanger 30, so that the compressor 21 is communicated with the four-way valve 10 through the first heat exchanger 30.
The high-temperature and high-pressure heat exchange medium flowing out of the outlet of the compressor 21 passes through the first heat exchanger 30 and then flows into the first heat exchanger 30, and the first heat exchanger 30 sterilizes indoor air entering the indoor unit 25.
Step S220, receiving a first sterilization temperature of the surface of the first heat exchanger 30.
In the present embodiment, the first sterilization temperature of the surface of the first heat exchanger 30 is received in real time during the operation of the first heat exchanger 30.
Step S230, determining whether the first sterilization temperature is within a first preset interval.
In this embodiment, the first preset interval refers to an optimal sterilization temperature of the first heat exchanger 30 during the sterilization and disinfection process, and the first sterilization temperature of the first heat exchanger 30 is kept within the first preset interval, so that the optimal sterilization effect is achieved while no energy is wasted, and energy is saved.
In step S240, when the first sterilization temperature is not within the first preset interval, the first sterilization temperature is adjusted to the first preset interval.
In this embodiment, when the first sterilization temperature is not within the first preset interval, the opening of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted until the first sterilization temperature falls within the first preset interval. When the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted to the preset maximum threshold value or the preset minimum threshold value and the first sterilization temperature is not within the first preset interval, the rotating speed of the inner fan of the air conditioner 100 is adjusted until the first sterilization temperature is reduced to the first preset interval.
In the present embodiment, when the first sterilization temperature is not within the first preset interval, the opening degree of the adjustment valve 60 is preferentially adjusted until the first sterilization temperature falls within the first preset interval. When the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted to the preset maximum threshold value or the preset minimum threshold value, the first sterilization temperature is still not in the first preset interval, and at this time, the rotation speed of the inner fan of the indoor unit 25 is adjusted until the first sterilization temperature is reduced to the first preset interval.
In this embodiment, when the first sterilization temperature is greater than the upper limit value of the first preset interval, it is described that the current first sterilization temperature value is higher, the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is increased, the flow speed of the heat exchange medium inside the first heat exchanger 30 is increased, and when the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted to the preset maximum threshold value, the first sterilization temperature is still greater than the upper limit value of the first preset interval, the rotation speed of the inner fan of the indoor unit 25 is increased, the air flow speed in the indoor unit 25 is increased, and the heat dissipation is increased until the first sterilization temperature falls within the first preset interval.
When the first sterilization temperature is lower than the lower limit value of the first preset interval, it is indicated that the current first sterilization temperature value is lower, the first sterilization temperature needs to be increased, and at this time, the opening degree of the regulating valve 60 is reduced, and the flow speed of the heat exchange medium in the first heat exchanger 30 is reduced. When the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted to the preset minimum threshold value and the first sterilization temperature is still smaller than the upper limit value of the first preset interval, the rotating speed of the inner fan of the indoor unit 25 is reduced, and the air flowing speed in the indoor unit 25 is reduced until the first sterilization temperature rises to the first preset interval.
Referring to fig. 7, in step S300, it is determined whether the air conditioner 100 is currently in the heating mode.
In step S310, when the air conditioner 100 is in the heating mode, the compressor 21 is controlled to be connected to the four-way valve 10 through the second heat exchanger 40, so that the second heat exchanger 40 sterilizes and sterilizes the indoor air.
In the present embodiment, when the air conditioner 100 is in the heating mode, the first port 81 and the third port 83 of the control connection valve 80 are communicated with each other, so that the compressor 21 is communicated with the second heat exchanger 40, and the compressor 21 is communicated with the four-way valve 10 through the second heat exchanger 40.
The high-temperature and high-pressure heat exchange medium flowing out of the outlet of the compressor 21 passes through the second heat exchanger 40 and then flows into the second heat exchanger 40, and the second heat exchanger 40 sterilizes the indoor air entering the indoor unit 25.
Step S320, receiving a second sterilization temperature of the surface of the second heat exchanger 40.
In the present embodiment, the second sterilization temperature of the surface of the second heat exchanger 40 is received in real time during the operation of the second heat exchanger 40.
Step S330, determining whether the second sterilization temperature is within a second preset interval.
In this embodiment, the second preset interval refers to an optimal sterilization temperature of the second heat exchanger 40 during the sterilization and disinfection process, and when the second sterilization temperature of the second heat exchanger 40 is kept within the second preset interval, the optimal sterilization effect can be achieved while no energy is wasted, and energy is saved.
Step S340, when the second sterilization temperature is not within the second preset interval, adjusting the second sterilization temperature to be within the second preset interval.
In the present embodiment, when the second sterilization temperature is not within the second preset interval, the opening degree of the adjustment valve 60 is adjusted until the first sterilization temperature rises to the second preset interval. When the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted to the preset maximum threshold value or the preset minimum threshold value and the second sterilization temperature is not in the second preset interval, the rotation speed of the inner fan of the air conditioner 100 is reduced until the first sterilization temperature is increased to the second preset interval.
In the present embodiment, when the second sterilization temperature is not within the second preset interval, the opening degree of the adjustment valve 60 is preferentially adjusted until the second sterilization temperature falls within the second preset interval. When the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted to the preset maximum threshold value or the preset minimum threshold value, the second sterilization temperature is still not in the second preset interval, and at this time, the rotation speed of the inner fan of the indoor unit 25 is adjusted until the second sterilization temperature is reduced to the second preset interval.
In this embodiment, when the second sterilization temperature is greater than the upper limit value of the second preset interval, it is described that the current second sterilization temperature value is higher, the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is increased, the flow speed of the heat exchange medium inside the second heat exchanger 40 is increased, and when the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted to the preset maximum threshold value, the second sterilization temperature is still greater than the upper limit value of the second preset interval, the rotation speed of the inner fan of the indoor unit 25 is increased, the air flow speed in the indoor unit 25 is increased, and heat dissipation is increased until the second sterilization temperature falls within the second preset interval.
When the second sterilization temperature is lower than the lower limit value of the second preset interval, it is indicated that the current second sterilization temperature value is lower, the second sterilization temperature needs to be increased, and at this time, the opening degree of the regulating valve 60 is reduced, and the flow speed of the heat exchange medium in the second heat exchanger 40 is reduced. When the opening degree of the adjusting valve 60 is adjusted to the preset minimum threshold value and the second sterilization temperature is still smaller than the upper limit value of the second preset interval, the rotating speed of the inner fan of the indoor unit 25 is reduced, and the air flow speed in the indoor unit 25 is reduced until the second sterilization temperature rises to the second preset interval.
